Negative experience: I have gone here for a dental check up and had a horrible experience. Dentist did not clearly mention what the issues are and what treatment is needed, no clear diagnosis was made, when asked for a write up of the observations she denied. She was screaming from the beginning with impatience and very rude behavior. No action was taken even after complaining at the reception.

Fantastic experience: I went for my check up appointment and met my new dentist Jasmine. All went ok and I felt at ease. The reception staff were lovely, very welcoming. There was a lovely atmosphere in the whole practice

They were both so lovely and very caring when I came in which really put me at ease. Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I have had an amazing experience with Amna Rashid. When I first met her, I couldn’t even sit in the dentistry chair as I had a bad experience at the dentists before. Amna has worked on my anxiety and today, I managed to come in without support from anyone and have a filling done. Amna is an incredibly passionate and patient dentist and you are in complete safe hands. She works hard on getting to know the patient first, making them feel at ease and will cheer you on every step of your journey. Amna has built on my confidence and has put my faith back into dentistry. Thank-you so much.

Negative experience: This has to be the worst dental practice in the UK Reception staff rude and have no basic training involving what the dental practice provides They take ages to answer the phone . I Was promised buy the incompetent Reception staff They can do a crown on nhs So I book a appointment Then to be told buy the dentist in question who didn't seem to like me "You need to go back to your dentist who done the root canal treatment " Even though I told her It was not done correctly plus it's 780 quid I then asked for a check again refused I later phoned up To be told we can't help I will get the manager to ring you ? To which she didn't So I rang surgury waited 10 minutes .to be rudely told I will pass you through to the manager I was kept on hold for 8 mins For her to say the manager is in a meeting Surely a proper dental practice Would have a known the manager is in a meeting ? This is probably why it takes so long to get through on the phone The Reception staff are next to useless . I was then told you are being abusive !!? Then when I tried to explain I got silence . Then phone was terminated I rang up again , 9 minutes to get through Another receptionist who was even more rude She also put the phone down on me Stay away from this practice I think they dislike certain patients If you complain They say your being abusive Then they terminate the phone on me Some of the reviews are shocking Iam surprised they haven't got more bad reviews This is the nearest practice to me that take nhs patients But I would never use them again Even if they were the only dentist in the uk What is the manager doing allowing this incompetence ? They register me has a patient But then refuse to offer any help Iam currently in pain with a toothache But iam the wrong type of person So they refuse to assist me I have used multipl e dentists Never known one has bad has this They operate a zero tolerance To freedom of expression or complaining They are a joke .

Fantastic experience: Miss Sinha has looked after my teeth in recent years. She is always thorough, approachable and kind. If anything needs to be done she talks through options before deciding the best way forward.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Amna enough. I have been very anxious about the dentist ever since a traumatic experience as a child. The second I met Amna, she put me at ease. She could see I was anxious, so she listened to all of my concerns and helped make a plan together where I’d feel comfortable. I didnt feel rushed or pressured at all. We agreed we would do one thing at a time, and she would give me regular breaks and tell me exactly what was coming next so I knew what to expect. I’ve seen her again since and she’s now the only dentist I’ll see! She was so gentle and reassuring. For my first appointment, I dreaded it for months.. I was even having nightmares about it. But for my second appointment, the only time I felt a bit anxious was as I was walking up to the building on the day, and that disappeared as soon as I stepped into her room. A huge thank you to Amna and her team!

Negative experience: Getting to the surgery was stressful, the signpost was not visible at all, I had to park my car and walked up and down the hill to look for it, I didn't find the place until I called the surgery and someone.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment with Sruthin and the nurse Thasnim was lovely. No pain. And the receptionist or admin at the front desk Muhammad explained everything well. Always recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Just had 2 teeth removed by Amna, ably assisted by Anushka. Amna remained calm throughout, which enabled me to do the same. This has been the best tooth extraction I have ever lived through. It was as pleasant an experience as it could be. Thanks Amna. PS I'm so sorry, but I lost the lovely photo of the 3 of us.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental surgery Coray (I:m sorry if it's not the correct spelling) is very informative, he gave me little tips on how to take care of my teeth better, without pressuring or putting blame on you. He is the most patient and supportive dentist I met. The reception staff is also very lovely, chatty. Always welcome you with a big smile ☺️

Fantastic experience: Amna is brilliant Dentist , She explained and gave me advice on the future treatment that I would receive and involved me in the future procedure of what might be done. was so Gentle that I could hardly believe procedure during cleaning my teath Brilliant! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Lowcroft for years, since I was young, and I have always been very satisfied with the service they have provided. I am always greeted with Gemma’s wonderful personality on reception, Dr Aayush Shah‘s expert advice and Waheed’s fantastic hygienist work. I really wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Negative experience: I had a very very bad experience.I called them on 27th may to book an appointment for my 6 yrs daughter .After listening to all my concern they advised me to call on 28th may at 8.15 am to book an appointment .I called them 8.15 am as they said and I was in waiting call number 2.After picking my call as usual listening to all concern they said the slot is full as I did not call them in time. They compared my daughter problem with all other children and concluded her complaints is common and they are not worried about it. But they have no solution or advise to give .I can understand some concern will be common and no need to worry, it's not emergency but still reach individual will have different feeling and worries about their health issues. I did not expect being a professional the staff and the manager will answer in that way .I am very disappointed .finally they told me to book an regular appointment which is three and six months once .I ask when is that ,even for that they have no answer.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to this dentist as an NHS patient for some years now & being a regular attendee of dentist every 6months /yearly I’ve always been quite anxious but Amna is the only dentist that has made me feel at ease through the whole of my 45 years, she is so kind & compassionate & understanding making you feel at ease the moment you walk through the door, I could not recommend Amna enough. Fantastic experience: I’ve recently undergone quite a lot of treatment and during the whole process Dr Rashid has explained everything clearly for me.Dr Rashid has a very calming and caring manner and always manages to make you feel at ease but also informed at every step of the treatment.Recently she also treated my 86 year old Mother who finds a visit to the dentist quite stressful but once again Dr Rashid put her immediately at ease and did her utmost to make her as comfortable as possible throughout.Thank you very much for your kindness and professionalism.

I become a patient at Lowcroft and was some what traumatised due to my previous dentist. The staff and dentist at Lowcroft made me feel at ease and have continued to until this day. I can not thank the practice enough for the care and treatment that I have received through my time as a patient at Lowcroft. Thank You.

Fantastic experience: I always have a really good experience at this dentist. I am an NHS patient. Due to some past trauma I am very nervous to have people working in my mouth. I always see Doctor Amna Rashid and she is wonderful and patient even when I am upset or needing lots of breaks. Amna is so kind and warm, she takes the time to listen and understand my concerns about my teeth and works with me to make me comfortable every session. She understands how important it is for me to have trust with my dentist and never does anything without explaining and checking first. She does all of my checkups and cleanings and has done fillings for me, and she is always careful, gentle and thorough. I have some issues with tooth hygiene due to the difficulties I have with mental health but Amna never makes me feel judged, and she notices and celebrates improvements. I feel so lucky and grateful to have found Amna. The dental assistants are also very non-judgemental, friendly and sweet every time I visit. I am updating this review to say that there are new reception staff who I am happy to say are now also very kind and friendly! I cannot recommend Lowcroft enough.

Fantastic experience: Lowcroft Dental Redhill were very professional and very caring i hadn’t been to dentist for years but obviously i had to have a bad tooth that had to come out well i am terrified of the dentist but let me tell you Sindhu my dentist who done my procedure yesterday was so kind and put me at ease hardly any pain all done very quickly i am not scared anymore to visit the dentist all staff are very kind and professional.

Fantastic experience: I’ve previously always dreaded the dentist, but Lowcroft has changed my opinion! Plus sides: - Never struggled for parking. - Reception staff are lovely and very personable, always greeted with a smile and are always friendly! - Nilam is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had! She communicates excellently, when it comes to procedures, she is very gentle and is very accommodating (I’m a nervous patient). And her work is perfection! - Following my treatment, I received an online survey to make sure I wasn’t in any pain, and what to do if I was. - Nilam also took the time to understand where I want to be with my teeth and has given me great plan to get there! - Hygienist is also very thorough, my teeth felt so smooth after and no pain at all during the clean! I felt very well looked after and I know I’m in great hands when I visit Lowcroft! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Avoid this dentist at all costs!! My father in law who is 92, had a tooth extraction which left him in terrible pain for weeks. He returned to the dentist several times, but they did nothing Eventually took him to A&E as he was unable to eat... they sent him to Guildford dental hospital to see a specialist who found the dentist had been so rough he had pulled a ligament in his jaw. Thankfully they were able to help and he soon recovered. But a truly awful experience!!! BEWARE!

Fantastic experience: Amna, is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable as much as possible. She will check with you throughout the procedure if you are ok and not force anything in your mouth which is causing discomfort. She explained everything she was going to do and made sure I understood and agreed. Good job Amna for a brilliant customer service. Today I have a nice smile.

Fantastic experience: Visited Miss Sinha today for my appointment and she was brilliant as always and I have booked to have a white replacement filling in June. Nurse and Receptionists are so friendly and helpful. This is a very professional surgery and right on my doorstep.

Positive experience: My dentist Amna is the ultimate professional. I would recommend her to everyone. My only complaint is with the number of appointments i had to attend to get one set of false teeth. I am given to understand it was the fault of the dental technician which you have now changed.

Negative experience: My last 2 out of 3 appointments have been cancelled without me being told by phone or letter. Causing me to turn up for no reason and lose time and money off work. Very frustrating to say the least.

Negative experience: Incompetent, unethical and money grasping. Not only did they show absolutely no remorse for having lost all my records, they then struck me off the NHS dentist list, even though I'd been going there for 30 years and two of my children are still actively registered. The 'reason' was that I'd not been there since well before covid. They explained that they have a limited number of NHS patient spaces and get paid per treatment. So people who attend regularly bring them more money and I clearly don't bring enough. This has completely undermined confidence in their decision making about treatment. Would they recommend the best treatment or simply what makes them the most money? I see they also lied to me as they told me that I was the only person this had happened to, but I've just read the reviews below mine and see it has happened a lot! (And that's just the people who thought to write a review).
