Fantastic experience: Great place. Everyone is friendly and welcoming!!

Negative experience: Spoke to the receptionist to ask about an appointment. When I said the waiting time would be too long for me, she simply hung up the phone. Completely unprofessional and left a very bad impression.

Fantastic experience: My dental appointment today was with Harry. He was very thorough, gave me some good advice on teeth care and was generally a lovely, charming young man.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the hygienist, Elena at the whitehouse dental clinic. I have visit Elena a few times and thought it's about time I did a review. From day one when you walk in her room ,she makes you feel at ease and when you get in the chair (I have arthritis in my back ) ,Elena makes sure you're comfortable before she starts . One thing I noticed is Elena checks with her fingers under your jaw line and just under your rear of jaw where it meets your neck ,no other hygienist I've ever seen does that. Elena explains everything she is doing ,applies numing jel if you've a bit sensitive to the process of cleaning the plaque off. Also full of good advice moving forward to keeping your teeth in good condition. Generally if your a bit a worrier about even going to the hygienist, then in my opinion ask for Elena.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to the dentist for quite sometime. I saw Aisha who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what needed doing, she went through a treatment plan with me and step by step we are slowly coming to the end. Through every step she has told me what she was doing and made sure that I was comfortable with the process. She has a very calming way about her is very gentle in how she works. Her dental assistant is also very professional , i would highly recommend being treated by Aisha and once my treatment is completed I will make sure I have 6 monthly check ups. The reception team have always been so polite and helpful and were always able to accommodate my requests for appointment timings due to my work. I have had great care and treatment at the Whitehouse Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: Went to have a large filling on Wednesday. May and her assistant Elin were very patient and informative though out my experience. Toni one of the receptionists, is very kind and helpful. I would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: 5* surgery (this from a bloke who’s terrified of dentists). Elena (hygienist) is brilliant: calm, gentle and persuasive. It helps that she’s got a melting personality too. And Dr. Eisha (dentist) is same: ultra-professional, caring and always reassuring. Even the Receptionists are kind and helpful! Can’t believe how lucky I was to be accepted on their NHS list.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient but Aiesha was very kind, caring and patient with me, I had a very difficult double tooth extraction, but Aiesha was so gentle, calm and reassuring throughout, Payman the dental nurse was also very good, never leave Aiesha, your a credit to the practice. Highly recommend this practice as all the staff are lovely, the girls on reception cannot do enough for you.

Fantastic experience: Whitehouse is a very good dental clinic, friendly and professional. Dr Aiesh has been great, I have some difficult dental issues to deal with and Aiesh is doing her very best to help me. Very pleased with the level of care from Whitehouse Dental Clinic.

I have my treatment on the NHS but have also used their private dental services upstairs and because they use specialists in particular areas who visit every so often, that treatment has been very positive and worth the extra cost

Fantastic experience: White House Dental Clinic has got a very good team. It’s been years we are coming to this place. Farzana is a professional front of the house lady. She is very polite and helpful. Manisha Patel (dentist) who checked the teeth is professional and always gives a good advice in regards to looking after teeth. My kids love coming to the Whitehouse Dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had an incredible experience at the dentist today! The staff on the counter were incredibly friendly and helpful. I took my 1-year-old with me, and they were so patient and caring with my little one. It made my day! I wish I could find people like this everywhere I go.

Negative experience: a prime example of what greed does to a once wonderful business. I have been going here for years seeing the same dentist who made me feel at ease and looked after my teeth while. It seems now to be the model of many dentists to go private instead of NHS. I've therefore been moved to another dentist upon explaining. That's I was quite nervous about this move and asked how long she had been a dentist for all I got was a very rude receptionist telling me that she's qualified. What else do I need to know? I can't believe that after years of loyal custom, I have now been cast aside to either use an inexperienced dentist who doesn't know me or my teeth, and I don't even know how long she's been qualified for because they won't tell me or find another dentist? I did previously have a five-star review for here as I was a big champion for this establishment. I hope they see the error of their ways, but I highly doubt it when greed is involved.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly impressed. I was a little anxious as not having been to the dentist for over 40 years but I needn't have been. Everybody that I dealt with was a breath of fresh air. May was an absolute pleasure and kept me reassured throughout my appointment. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: DONT USÉ THIS DENTIST Absolutely disgusting…. Dentures don’t fit at all (too big) dentist told me to use fixodent. She used half a tube of fixodent (she had to Google how to apply) She then pushed the denture in my mouth so hard that the fixodent came out all over the sides of my denture and all into the back of my throat.(she didn’t clean it up) I’ve just had two severe panic attacks trying to get the fixodent out of my throat, gums and roof of my mouth (it took me over 30 mins of serious scrubbing with a hard brush) my mouth is now raw and bleeding. She also told me to brush through the bleeding (severe gum disease) and not to worry about the amount of blood. THESE PEOPLE KNOW NOTHING ABOUT DENTISTRY. (They are students and not qualified)

Fantastic experience: From the moment you ring for an appointment right through to treatment I received excellent service. Jackie the receptionist is very helpful, kind and caring, and couldn’t do enough for me, knowing I was a nervous patient, jackie was so understanding when I rang, and got me booked in for an emergency appointment, on arrival jackie calmed me down and reassured me every step of the way. Ellen my dentist was very kind and gentle and explained everything to me, I was back the next day and had a tooth extracted and I can honestly say Ellen was so gentle and took her time, I healed very quickly and with no infection or bruising, I cannot thank you all enough, I have had many bad experiences at other dentists in the past, I’dd wished id gone here sooner, thank you so much for looking after me. Definitely better service, better atmosphere and better quality treatment, despite being on NHS.. from dentists, to Hygienists, assistants, receptionists etc... all and all, best dental clinic we have been customers of by a mile... thank you and keep up the good work..

Emergency advice on two occasions was invaluable. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, the dental nurse has been great with our children and Heidi the hygienist provides a great service.

Fantastic experience: I have been with the Whitehouse Dental Clinic for years and throughout that time they have provided a caring and professional service - more recently I have used their Invisalign system and am enjoying the life changing benefits of having straight teeth, at an affordable price taking advantage of the pay monthly option. The invisalign retainers have changed my life and my teeth - for the first time I can smile with real confidence - couldn't recommend the White House Dental Clinic and their dentists and support staff enough. Thank you for always looking after me and my teeth!

Also Heidi the hygienist also very reassuring and kind they both explain everything they are doing and are extremely professional. Jackie and Pat are amazing receptionists so kind and will do anything to make your trip a lot easier to handle if you are nervous. Overall, it is a great dental clinic, and a great friendly atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: I have been with the white house for years and never had a problem. the receptionist is very helpful, happy and polite. I have seen a bad review about one of the receptionist being rude and unhelpful, although she is not as bubbly, or happy as the other receptionist. she is not rude. My son whom has special needs has always seen dentists recommended by his special needs school. we came somewhat unstuck when his dentist retired. i introduced my son with special needs to this clinic. we were both very nervous about his first visit and had no need to be. the dentist was amazing with my son, making him feel very comfortable and at ease. he made him so comfortable my son asked the dentist to remove his wobbly tooth. Then the dentist made him feel very brave about having the tooth removed. can not fault them.

Fantastic experience: Took my son who has refused to go in years as his autism and anxiety makes it difficult for him. we had a lovely dentist sachin Patel who was very calm patient and undestanding my son stayed very calm throughout and sachin was very good with him 100% recommended

And receptionist Jackie is just amazing. Such a lovely, lovely lady. I would say she is a diamond and I think,without her this clinic would not be the same. Fantastic experience: If I could give 6stars I would. Had an issue with wisdom tooth, made an emergency app and on the day lovely Jackie greeted me. So efficient, polite and caring. Dental nurse also impressed. Knew exactly what she was doing. Best of all the Dentist Dr Dhaliwal talked me through options, put me at ease and extracted the tooth so quickly devoid of pain I was amazed. He also carried out a filling(which I dread) the next day which again didn't hurt.. thank you so much. Totally recommend this dental surgery

Negative experience: Rude receptionist! Had an appointment with the hygeniest who is brilliant. The receptionist was beyond rude leaving me standing at the door outside and not even a greeting when she eventually opened it. Wont be going back.
