Positive experience: Overall positive especially with appointment times and reminders however dentist was a little harsh regarding their opinion on how well my child had brushed around his new brace on his first return visit- making him feel uncomfortable and anxious for next return visit.

Fantastic experience: I had an extremely overcrowded mouth, had 4 teeth taken out and then went to my orthodontist for a fixed brace which i had on just over 2 years and the difference from before and after is incredible! you wouldn’t think these were the same teeth. I must say All the staff were lovely and very welcoming, especially the reception staff and any information i needed was given, i couldn’t recommend My orthodontist Durham enough and thank each and every member of staff!!

Fantastic experience: They were awesome! I now have my retainers, I know exactly what to do and the process I still need to take from the orthodontists’ clear and easy to understand instructions. The whole process took a good amount of time. I didn’t need to wait ages. The reception staff are always very friendly and easy to talk to. The whole thing is efficient and the dental nurses are very kind and knowledgeable, I always feel comfortable asking questions. Basically, whole thing is easy and surprisingly enjoyable!

Fantastic experience: I got recommended this orthodontist in April 2021 after being on the waiting list for a year and by July 2021 my braces were on. They made me feel at ease 24/7 in their care and were always so gentle with my sore gums and sensitive teeth. i couldn’t recommend this orthodontist enough, got my braces off 11th sep 2023 and i’ve never been so happy with the result especially with how self conscious i was about my smile i will gladly smile now :) Thank you girls at My Orthodontist Durham
