Fantastic experience: They are the loveliest team. They are so kind and considerate and really try their best to go the extra mile, I am a nervous patient and they always go at my pace and I feel totally in control. My dentist Anna is so kind and thorough, you can tell she really loves what she does. My hygienist Bea is also amazing, very gentle on sensitive gums, and really takes her time and doesn’t rush things which is appreciated!

Fantastic experience: Josie and Rebecca, being a pensioner it’s so nice to be told what’s going on, advice on after care, and speaking clearly to ensure I’m not confused, so professional.

Fantastic experience: To say that I am impressed with this practise is an understatement. As an extremely nervous patient I dreaded my visit, but I was treated so well from the initial check up with the friendly and truly professional Amir and his lovely assistant Ellie. Amir spent time asking questions about my goals, listened, and acted. At my first extraction appointment I was so scared and said are you going to take the tooth out now, Amir replied that it had already been removed !. At all following appointments I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed, as time went by my nervousness disappeared and I was made to feel confident visiting on every visit. Receptionists, decor, and hygienist were brilliant. Even the horrible childhood memories of the disinfectant smell upon opening the door were not present here. I will be back, and would like to thank the practise and Amir for giving me my new, confident smile. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Haslemere Dental & Implant Clinic and Dr Paul Cunningham highly enough. I am so grateful to have been able to register with Paul again, having been a patient of his for 20 years in his previous practice in Guildford. I had an extremely painful tooth that needed an expert opinion. I was given an immediate appointment and he provided a clear diagnosis and treatment plan for a cracked molar, which included preparation for a crown, a complex root canal procedure, and finally a crown so natural-looking I can’t tell it apart from my other teeth. All carried out without delay, with great care and all pain-free. At this clinic you get outstanding care, exceptional attention to detail from highly experienced staff, the ability to get appointments when you need them, and a calm, reassuring atmosphere. I live 30 minutes away but won't hesitate to continue coming here. I’m incredibly grateful for the excellent service I’ve received from the whole team over the past month, including the nurses and Claire on reception – they’ve turned a very stressful experience into a positive one!

As someone who has struggled with dental phobia for years, walking into the office was daunting, but Anna and her entire team made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. They took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable and relaxed. Thanks to their compassionate approach, I was able to undergo the treatment without anxiety. I highly recommend Dr. Anna and her brilliant team to anyone who may be nervous about dental work. Incan honestly say I didn’t feel a thing and it hasn’t hurt a bit since, They truly make a difference!

Fantastic experience: Such a positive experience. THANKYOU Having been frightened away from a previous dental surgery, I saw Paul 2 weeks ago with 2 broken teeth. He did a full examination, explaining what he was seeing all the way along. He gave me the full quote for all works needed and 2 weeks later he managed to extensivly rebuild my 2 teeth, with no pain and calmly talking to me all the way through. The 2 rebuilt teeth look so good I can't distinguish them from the rest of my mouth. A great job, done kindly and patiently with good communication from the practice throughout.

Fantastic experience: Staff are super friendly and very professional. I had an extraction ready for an implant. The care was excellent and very quick. Would highly recommended the practice .

Positive experience: I was forced to change dentists a few years back, as mine had retired .My first visit to Haslemere Dental Clinic in Weyhill was nothing short of disastrous. The dentist decided there and then to remove one of my wisdom teeth. After 30 minutes of getting nowhere, there was a reverberating crack that could be heard in Liphook. The net result was that most of the tooth was still in my face with some of it protruding into my mouth. The remainder was in the dentist’s pliers I was sent home with no instruction or invitation to return to have the job done properly and professionally. I paid £308 and went home Well, unsurprisingly it started to hurt and a month later I made an appointment and went back. A maxillofacial surgeon from the Nuffield was in attendance and extracted the tooth in under 5 minutes. There was no charge for this visit Some little time later £308 was credited to my credit card account. No email, communication, explanation or apology forthcoming. Many months later I went back to the practice. This time the dentist could not operate the CT machine properly, (it kept bashing into my arm) and he asked the nurse to help him. She said she had no training in the use of the device, but eventually we got some images. He then went on some sort of tirade to say how bad my teeth were and that this was going to cost £ thousands. He was difficult to understand but I got the sense he wanted to take about half my teeth out. He offered no proposal or quotation for the work that was needed so I simply left and we ended up going nowhere. Now we turn the corner. The dentist who bodged my wisdom extraction has left and the replacement is a breath of fresh air. He used to run his own practice in Guildford and clearly knows what he is doing and a charming person to boot. He gave me an examination, clearly explained what needed doing and sent me a detailed proposal, consisting of fillings and two extractions. We formulated a plan and are now through the first phase of that. I would have no hesitation in recommending X to anyone. I think the lesson here is that the quality of care, communication and treating you as a client is patchy. Get hold of the right clinician though and you’ll be fine

Negative experience: I came to massively distrust this dental practice because of 3 reasons; the constant upselling of services when they weren't really required, dreadful and opaque communication and the poor work that they performed. Regarding the poor treatment, I had a simple filling which was done incorrectly and had a rough edge to it. They then quoted me for a repair! I'd like to say that there's better in Haslemere but unfortunately they're all pretty bad but this is the most expensive by some margin.

Fantastic experience: I've been receiving very good dental and periodontal care from this practice for 3 years now. Bea is an outstanding hygienist who was able to diagnose, treat and refer my condition properly and because of her care and diligence, I'm doing much better these days. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding dental practice. I was recommended this clinic and I have never looked back. I previously had a bad experience with a hygienist and had really painful sensitive teeth but when I saw Bea for an appointment she put me at ease and I had no pain! I have also seen Becky for my general dentistry and she is incredible. She is one of the friendliest, caring and thorough dentists and always takes time to explain exactly what she is doing and why! She never rushes the appointments either and I am always made to feel like she genuinely cares and takes her time with me. Laura who works with Becky is also amazing and always welcomes me with a friendly manner and looks after me! Claire and the rest of the reception team always welcome me when I enter the building and are so friendly and helpful. Thank you to all of you.

Fantastic experience: Becky (Rebecca) is an excellent dentist who I trust implicitly with the care of my teeth. All the staff at the Clinic are welcoming, helpful and professional. As a family, we have used the Clinic for years and have all been very happy with the services provided.

Nothing but positive experiences and amazing aftercare too. would be a really good place to take children so they don’t get that “fear of dentists” at a young age. Very relaxed and professional environment. These guys know what they’re doing. And of course they all have amazing teeth too. Highly recommended. If you suffer with fear of the dentist, this is the place to come. After one visit.you will see how it’s a totally different experience here.

Negative experience: As people mentioned before, it’s all about money. In my case unsafe, poorly executed treatments. I am lucky to be looked after now by independent dental clinic where one of the top surgeons is dealing with the aftermath. The pain and suffering I have experienced in Haslemere Dental Clinic ( new patient) is unimaginable.

Fantastic experience: Superb hygienist appointment with Ellis - totally professional, efficient, great advice and most importantly I left with shining teeth and that great clean feeling. First visit and really impressed. All round great experience and Receptionists also excellent and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient here for most of my adult life.. I know and love the team and the experience is always impeccable. It feels as though the staff are handpicked not only for skills but for fit, including empathy with professionalism. The best dentist I've ever been to 100% of the time, every time!

Negative experience: Be aware that the prices have increased massively and they will not tell you until it is time to pay at the end! (After upselling you a polish). They asked for feedback via email which I provided and never heard anything back.

Fantastic experience: Just to put in this into a context have a general needle + dentist phobia. So when one day I woke up with a toothache I was somewhat concerned not only about the state of my teeth but also how I was going to get through the treatments. Today, after a few visits, with all the work finished I have to say that if you are even a little like me - this is a clinic you need to go to. Throughout the whole process the attention was not only on getting the work done but also on my experience of the process. A lot of attention goes to making sure you feel no discomfort or pain. And it really worked. Many thanks to the dentist Rebecca and the nurses helping her out on various visits.

Negative experience: Really disappointed in practice after an experience my husband had today. After being in the chair for 1 hour and 40 minutes for two fillings the dentist said ‘I’m just going to do a scan’. This scan then cost £175! There was no prior warning of this scan let alone the cost and no explanation of what the scan was for.

Positive experience: I was booked in and seen almost immediately. The Dental Nurse led me to her Clinic and had my Historic Records at hand. Mouth wash and protective Glasses were at hand. After a brief chat and explanation of procedure, work commenced. The Dentist appeared soon after the completion of the hygenists examination and cleaning etc.
