Fantastic experience: Dr Deepa Vekaria is a perfect professional. She is knowledgeable, careful and skilled. Had she been my dentist initially, I would not have had an aversion to dentists. Similarly, Cynthia the Lead receptionist is brilliant and a real asset to the dental practice. A wonderfully clean and modern dental surgery with highly competent staff.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time visiting the hygienist and it was great. She explained everything to me. Each step had a full explanation about what she was doing and why. She gave me the option for the full clean as it was my first visit, but didn’t apply any pressure to do so. She had a very good bedside manner and explained how my treatment plan would progress as I continued to come back on a regular basis. 10/10. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned by the hygienist, Arghavan Ghazi today. She used airflow which is the most effective in removing plaque and bacteria. Arghavan showed me a technique how to brush my teeth correctly as I was doing it too harshly which caused some tooth damage. The appointment took nearly an hour as the hygienist took time and precision to clean all my teeth from plaque properly. She was explaining what she was doing. I was given a mirror to hold and see what was being done to my teeth. I already booked my next appointment as it should be done on regular basis. Also it is difficult to book the appointment sometimes so it’s better to book advance and reschedule if necessary. Arghavan is very professional and skilled in her job. She has a passion for it.

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter to Beaufort Dental Clinic today. She has extreme fear of the dentist but Dr Lorin Sulaiman was so kind and lovely. She literally took all her fear away. She explained everything and made sure my daughter knew what was happening at all times. The practice is modern and clean. The Receptionist Cynthia is a star! She used to work at the practice before they moved from Graham Park and she’s always been kind and lovely. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Thank you all so much

She does a good job and she clearly cares about people. The dentist saw today is a young Dr who is confident and has good patient care so does her dental assisting nurse. Negative experience: Very disappointed with this practice. The present 4.3 rating is not accurate at all. I've had many bad experiences with most doctors at this practice (4 in total). Their dental hygienist is very heavy-handed and although she'd seen that my gums were inflamed she went ahead the treatment without anaesthetic . I've asked her to use some and she initially refused; finally when she applied she didn't allow it even one minute to set... Last 2 times I’ve got fillings done- one lasted 3-4 month only and the other lasted just a few days before it sunk and a piece of it fell off. Today I had an appointment and my doctor was late. Dr. Li came out of the surgery 15 minutes late and brushed passed me in the waiting lobby without greeting me or apologising for the delay. A few minutes earlier, Dr Thakkar came out searching for a patient, looked straight at me and again, failed to greet me although, she attended me 3 times before. This is extremely rude and unprofessional by any standard. I couldn't take it anymore and I just left. I've waited in total 35 minutes or more. Other issues would be, when you ring, you can hardly ever go through. You will not be recommended the best course of treatment but the ones that make them more money. I've experienced a general lack of care for my wellbeing and health. Some of the doctors here, like Dr. Thakkar seem rather inexperienced. Definitely not a 4 star clinic. I’ve only used them because they were nearby

Positive experience: I recently had a filling done at Beaufort Park Dental and I was dreading it. However, shoutout to Dr. Emile & the dental assistant (whose name I didn’t catch) - they were both extremely welcoming and chatty and put my mind at ease. Dr Emile was so gentle I barely noticed he was drilling into my tooth. If all dentists were like him, we’d all stop pretending we “forgot” to book our check-ups. The receptionist Cynthia is also always so lovely and welcoming On the less dreamy side, the hygienist was a bit too enthusiastic - I feel like she was a little heavy handed both times I have visited now. All in all, fab experience with Dr. Emile - 10/10 would let him near my molars again.

His calm manner and clear explanations make a real difference, and I always feel confident in the care I receive. Plus the reception staff are really lovely and welcoming too - especially Cynthia. Fantastic experience: This is an amazing dental practice very welcoming and look after their patients well. The reception staff are efficient and effective. They do an amazing job and you can tell they really cares about people. My son was seen by Dr Emile Misquita. He explained the process to me and my son and explain how he would treat the problem. My son is in the Spectrum and struggles with new scenarios. Dr Emile Misquita reassured my son and really made the treatment so much easier and comfortable as possible. I can’t rate this practice highly enough. They always put patients first and look after patients so well. They take both NHS and Private patients and treat everyone the same.

Negative experience: Very dissapointed. Four hours before my appointment at 13:00 on Saturday 1 March I received the voice message that it was cancelled because the dentist won't be awailable. I called the practice and sent an email to ask for a new appointment but noone answered. To my surprise, not long after the time of my appointment I got the call that I missed my appointment. Incredible! When called again, I was told that their message was about confirmation of my appointment not cancellation (as private patiient)!!!! So untrue! I had to visit the practice to claim refund for advanced payment. Received it only several days later. I unsubscribed soon after.

Fantastic experience: Had a hygiene treatment, it was thorough and professional, leaving my teeth feeling exceptionally clean. Airflow procedure was really comfortable and worthy. The hygienist Arghavan was gentle, informative, and provided great advice for maintaining oral health.

Positive experience: The receptionist, Cynthia is unpleasant, rude and a bully. Her attitude has discouraged me from visiting the clinic, despite the fact that the dentists are excellent. I've noticed she's friendly to some people, offering them payment options, but with others, she pressures them to pay immediately, even though I've overheard her giving certain individuals more time. She raised her voice at me and treated me like a child. If I do return to the clinic, I will refuse to interact with her. Other than that, Deepa is a brilliant dentist, it's hard to find a dentist you can trust and who will do the job to the best of their ability.

Negative experience: One of the receptionists is as grumpy as always, even for minor things such as an enquiry via a phone call for less than 5minutes. I have been in touch with this clinic for a few years now. Not the service I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Yester - I underwent Root Canal Treatment - by Dr P Patel. It was miraculously smooth. Impeccable work. He pre-explained the plan. He used the MOST gentle approach w numbing injections. Hardly felt them. I fell asleep for 1.5hrs during the treatment. Absolutely no discomfort, no pain - at all. Excellent experience throughout. Highly recommend - perfect for nervous patients - like me. I feel like the luckiest patient - to benefit from such skilled work and care.

Negative experience: The receptionist didn’t acknowledge me when I entered even though it was absolutely quiet but she continued with her head down.She was very condescending and rude.Obviously I refused to register and walked away.

Negative experience: This clinic only proves they are money centric. When I first registered with them in April 2022, they first told me as a new patient, I can't just do airflow and have to do the hygiene with airflow for £120. As far as I know, the hygiene session isn't by machine, but with the old traditional method. When I tried making my first appointment, they suddenly said I could do just airflow, so I did. They can clean well so no complaints there. I later had a check up and another airflow appointment during the rest of the year. However, in July 2023, when booking another airflow, they said they're discontinuing the airflow only, trying to make me get the £120 option, so I refused. 24 hours later, they called me saying they can still do the airflow only, but I said no, because I booked somewhere else that does a scale and polish for £75! Better deal. Beaufort's dental services are good, but they do seem to try to con you, making nonsense up just to sucker you into paying more. They just lost a customer, abysmal!

Fantastic experience: I’ve only just recently signed up to this dental practice after moving locally. Cynthia on reception is AMAZING! From signing up, getting both dentist and hygienist bookings she’s always happy to help. It’s never a big ask for her and if she’s able to fit me in she’s always accommodating.

I want to thank the receptionist for fitting me in for an emergency appointment. And a heartfelt thanks to Deepa for seeing me. Deepa was so pleasant. She surly made what once was daunting experience into a comfortable one. She took care of me, didn’t experience much discomfort for the treatment given. Also thanks Deepa’s assistance for being there helping with the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Hadn't visited the dentist in over 5 years due to less than favourable experience. Today I had appointments for myself and my four children. I am beyond grateful for the service that we all received at the very capable hands of the dentist (Emile Misquita) his interpersonal skills are second to none. The communication between him and his assistant is exceptional. This dentist is focused, detailed and coherent. He is patient and response according to your question. One of my children had a treatment and I could not believe that she went through the entire process without a sound. This is a child that will not let you touch her hair, she is sensitive to everything, has very low pain tolerance. The dentist, spoke to her, assured her, spoke in child friendly tones, made her to be in understanding and at ease prior to starting. Continued to speak to her throughout. The assistant too was great. I am keeping all my fingers crossed that I and my family will not see any other dentist other than Mr Emile Misquita. He includes you in all he does, gives you options and let's you decide. He is not condescending and gives deserved respect. Calm, smiles is encouraging. Thank you once again for making a family of 5 stay with this practice. I was certainly ready to move on.

I got booked in for an emergency appointment via 111, my issue got resolved quickly with Dr Roshni. She was very caring and dealt with the matter at hand with such knowledge. 11/10 experience here, that I decided to register my children here for dental care going forth.

Negative experience: Called the practice to find out if they are accepting new nhs patients. Was told that they are not accepting new adult patients because they have reached their capacity and only accepting children. How is this possible when they have reached the capacity? This is ridiculous if they can accept children then they should accept adults too.

Fantastic experience: I had a double extraction this morning. It was done expertly by Reshma. It was a totally painless procedure and, five hours later, I feel fine. I would highly recommend this dentists. They are brilliant.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Beaufort Dental for a few years now. Recently, I was assigned to a new dentist and. I received treatment from Dr. Reshma Ratansi for a few good months on various tooth. I’ve had some issue previously, where my fillings kept falling off, and needed an RCT plus a new crown. After a few months of the treatment, I must say that everything she did has held up very nicely. Not to mention that my crown fitting is perfect, and I had absolutely no pain during RCT procedure. I have had a bad experience with RCT previously so I was a little hesitant, but this was a breeze. I highly recommend Dr. Reshma.

Fantastic experience: Having been a very anxious patient for most of my life, I decided that I finally had to see a dentist for recurring pain in one of my teeth. I have always been told that I had a nice smile with lovely teeth, so I didn't want to lose any. From the 1st time of meeting Dr P Patel, I knew I had found the right dentist for me. He was very calming, professional and attentive. He clearly explained what the problem was and what treatment I would require. 6 months later, I am proud to say that I have undergone all my procedures and Dr Patel has given me my gleaming smile back. I cannot thank him and his excellent team enough for putting my faith back into visiting the dentist!

Fantastic experience: After living all around London I've been to many dentists whom I have not had great experiences with. So it was a relief when I found Beaufort Dental Clinic. I joined as an NHS patient and have had a mixture of NHS and private work done on my teeth. I must say, as somebody with a sweet tooth, that they have done an incredible job with my teeth. I now have a confident smile which certainly helps in my media profession. The staff are incredibly friendly and personable, even recently being able to accommodate a tooth emergency at very short notice. As I'm set to move away from London soon I'll be sad to leave this practice. So much in fact that if I learn to drive I would consider making the 20 mile journey back. Finding a good dentist is like gold dust, so I would thoroughly recommend this to an. 5/5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Shortly after moving to London, I opted to go to Beaufort Dental Clinic for my Invisalign treatment as the clinic was local to me and I had heard great reviews. I can't thank Michael enough, my new smile has totally boosted my confidence and I was treated with care from start to finish. I used to absolutely dread going to the dentist but Michael made the most uncomfortable parts of the treatment a lot more stress free and kept me up to date/informed with all the information and after care I needed. The treatment was completed in the exact time frame I was hoping for too which was a massive relief/bonus for me! I LOVE my new smile and can't stop looking at my teeth! Thank you so so much. :) As well as Michael, I'd also like to mention how friendly the receptionist at Beaufort Park Dental Clinic is too. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist (attached is my before and after).

Fantastic experience: Dr Roshni Rabheru and Nurse Raluca were both brilliant and really make you feel at ease. I would recommend anyone to go to see them, you will not regret it. Amazing team. The main receptionists are also lovely and extremely helpful. Thanks all.

Jo made him feel so comfortable and Cody has had 2 fillings and is now free of his phobia of dentists. Great lady who put my sons needs and fears first even mine as his mum. Fantastic experience: Went through Invisalign process with Michael. Process was initially delayed due to first lockdown, but then everything ran smoothly from September until last month when I finally completed my journey. It has been a pleasure dealing with Michael, he is very passionate and meticulous. I am going to miss him :)

Fantastic experience: Modern, clean, COVID-proof practice. (This put me immediately at ease!) All the staff are all very friendly and super helpful. Dr Reshma Ratansi is such a lovely dentist. Not only is she gentle, her chairside manner is impeccable. She really took the time to address any concerns, to discuss treatment options and she took the time to make sure any questions were addressed. You can see she truly cares. It was greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: NEED MORE STARS - AT LEAST ANOTHER 5 ***** As you walk in through the front doors the clinic looks amazing, the visual design and colour scheme is welcoming and upbeat, the latest state of the art equipment and technology, exceptionally clean and taking COVID into account sanitizer and thermometer at the ready by the very polite and helpful receptionist Lavanyah, who was clearly smiling behind her mask. Well done Beaufort Team 10 out 10 for your vision. As parents we want the best for our children, well Beaufort Dental Clinic and its staff are the best! Over the years we have used many Dental Clinics because they were convenient and local eventually we had to choose between convenience and excellence and that is Dr Pete Patel all over, kindness with a very generous shot of humour. Dr Patel looks after 3 generations in my family, he is the epitome of professionalism and expertise together with a comfortable and gentle nature with all, recently both my children were suffering from excruciating pain and reoccurring infections from their wisdom teeth - Dr Patel swiftly came to the rescue...advised on one and extracted the other. Finally, congratulations on being one of the best training centres in the United Kingdom for our next generation of dental stars, they could not be in better hands. The word 'SENSEI' comes to mind. Lastly, Dr Patel thank you for your services and keeping your doors open throughout COVID for dental emergencies.

Fantastic experience: I went here for a tooth removal the dentist was excellent, very professional painless and great experience would definitely recommend this dental surgery to all. They followed covid guide lines very well and is a very clean and presentable clinic.

Fantastic experience: The best local dentist by far. Have been going here for a few years and honestly love it. Reception and clinical teams are both just lovely. Polite, bright, great dentistry & everyone really cares about you. The practice is clean and modern too. They had strict covid measures and made me feel very secure and safe. Fantastic experience: I've just finished a course of Invisalign and have had whitening and composite bonding done with Dr Michael Orlans and couldn't be happier with the results. Along the way, he's been incredibly helpful and informative and on occasion when I've emailed out-of-hours, he's replied rapidly and has been happy to answer any queries I've had. He's also always been mindful of my budget and has accommodated this where necessary, without compromising on the quality of my treatment. When appointments were postponed due to Covid, communication from reception was fantastic. Highly recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Update Nov 2020 The website form still doesn't work and there is still no email. I have also called twice this week and been promised a call back twice and neither happened. -------- Hi - can you please fix your website. Whenever I fill out the online form I get no reply, and when you click on 'email', no email shows up. When I called I was told 'it didn't work' but for some reason you keep it on there!
