Fantastic experience: Very nice place Made u feel very comfortable

Negative experience: Scammers!!!!! Avoid at all costs. I came to We Care Dental (now know as RTW Surgeries) the start of the year for an Invisalign consultation, everything seemed great and in February I agreed to proceed and paid almost 4K in full for my treatment upfront. As soon as I paid, everything went downhill. I was told I could start my treatment in 3 weeks, turned up on the day to which the dentist informed me he had a ‘personal issue with invisliagn’ and therefore there would be another 3 weeks delay, I was promised that would be the max and if my aligners were not there at that point I could have a full refund. Unsurprisingly, the 3 week mark hit and again I was told my aligners were not back so I could not start treatment. At this point, I requested a full refund to which the practice manager agreed. Despite daily chasing for my refund and being constantly parred off, I was then told that the company had gone ‘bankrupt’ and they would have to reach out to the insolvency company for my money back - this was brand new information to me and took me by surprise considering this dentist is still taking on new patients as we speak. Do not risk losing thousands of pounds, go elsewhere, avoid RTW Surgeries!!

No issues and she let me go with a reminder to “keep up the good work and keep flossing”. Till the next time Charis.

Positive experience: I suffer from anxiety, depression and social anxiety, when I go to wecare dental-stanground the staff, dentist and hygienist make me feel relaxed as they are very understanding as I have explained my mental health issues and told them I have always been a very nervous patient. Fantastic experience: I can't speak highly enough for this dentist's practice, with such friendly staff that really put you at ease. Mr Mahmood and his nurse we're amazing and had me pain-free in no time at all, and considering the amount of pain I was in, it's such a relief.

Fantastic experience: Like most people, I'm not a fan of the dentist. I have the worst gag reflex which adds to the anxiety of visiting the dentist. I've needed a bit of work over the last few months; Dr Mahmood Ahmeen and Dr Morne Williams have been absolutely brilliant. They have been so kind, patient and understanding, working around my gag reflex, making the treatment I've needed practically stress-free- in fact the biggest stress has been the anticipation when waiting to go in! Every time I come out is a sigh of relief, and thinking what was I worried about? The dental nurses supporting them have always been kind and chatty, and there is always a warm welcome from the ladies on reception. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: AMAZING!! Highly recommend this dental service! Ashraf Ameen is the best dentist I have seen, he has gone above and beyond and has his patients best interests at heart! Prices are worth the work unlike NHS dentists that cause more harm than good! Staff are very polite and inviting - cannot fault this dentist!!!

The care and professionalism given by every member of staff I have had contact with has been so lovely. Taking the time to explain what was happening, listening and answering questions is very much appreciated by a very happy patient. Fantastic experience: Moved from BUPA, and I'm so glad I did. Moved to WeCare over a week ago. Both the dentist and hygienist have been fantastic. It's slightly cheaper than BUPA, too! The dentist (Ashraf) is very good at putting you at ease, and if you ask a question, he makes time to explain it all. You can tell he is very passionate about his work. Reception staff are friendly and diligent. However, they could put some effort into making some small talk (minor minor point). No complaints about the facility. Clean. Parking is available, although it is a bit odd - I never know if I've parked or abandoned my car! If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I'd give more stars if I could! My daughter received exceptional care at WeCare Dental in Stanground a couple of weeks ago. She got her sports mouthguard stuck onto her fixed brace while fitting it, and they kindly opened up on a Saturday to help remove it! They couldn't have been nicer towards us, and got us out of a sticky situation! Very kind, genuine people. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: First time visiting this practice as I usually go to Fletton for all my appointments - lovely modern and clean practice. Also my first time seeing Rebecca for a hygiene appointment, who was very friendly and welcoming, instantly putting me at ease (I am a nervous patient!). Rebecca was also helpful with other dentistry questions I had and pointed me in the right direction, a great service overall!

Fantastic experience: Had a welcoming experience. Helpful dentist who then arranged an appointment with a surgeon Mr Sundaram at the Fletton branch who examined an issue and he went above and beyond to help. Through my doctors it would take 18 months to see him but through here it was a week.

Fantastic experience: Extremely professional and friendly staff. Dr A. Ameen and his assistant was very experienced and friendly. I was really nervous first time but treatment was painless ,even when injecting anaesthetic I couldn’t feel a thing and really surprised me. Very happy with work they done , two teeth’s badly broken was reconstructed beautifully, and quite few fillers. Definitely not going anywhere else but here. And I would highly recommend this place especially if you have fear of dentist.

Positive experience: Every time I've been here, the staff have been so friendly, they've not in any way made me feel more anxious than I already get being someone who suffers regularly with anxiety. Had two fillings done today. I dont have a high pain threshold but wasn't the worst pain I've experience when it comes to needles. All worked out well and I'm left feeling comfortable to come back again for more treatment.

Fantastic experience: Recently had a tooth extraction by Beatrice and her assistant. I have avoided dentists for years due to my medical anxiety. I first met Beatrice and her assistant for a filling on my problematic tooth and was advised if any further issues to come back for a root canal or extraction. I ended up getting a tooth infection less than a year later and I figured the more cost effective option for me was removal. I cancelled my first extraction appointment as I was so nervous but I was invited in to talk about the procedure and what happens. Returned 10 days later, honestly felt sick with nerves when I arrived and thought I was going to back out again. As soon as I sat in the chair I felt more comfortable, Beatrice even let me put my headphones in. I was numbed which was bareable and then she began. I heard a bit of cracking/popping and pressure but all perfectly manageable. If anything the tooth pain I had with the infection were 100x worse. It were over in less than 20 minutes. Minimal bleeding and great aftercare advise! Thank you for being so comforting and calm. I’m gradually getting less anxious with each visit

Fantastic experience: I had my first ever hygienist appointment last week with Jacqui, and it couldn't have been any better. She was so warm and welcoming, such a lovely member to have part of the We Care Dental Practice! Made my teeth look lovely and fresh, even got off some of the cement that has been on my teeth for over 8 years that my orthodontist never removed! Look forward to my next appointment with her in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: Just had two crowns replaced by Dr Ashraf Ameen. Both done in single appointments of 90 mins or so with just a small wait mid appointment for the new crown to be digitally created. Was well worth the wait though for an impressive outcome completed by a skilled dentist. Nice relaxing establishment with pleasant staff.
