Fantastic experience: A lovely practice, with very friendly people. Very competent services, thoughtfully delivered, with an emphasis on putting you at ease, and providing only the intervention that is necessary. Certainly the best dental practice I have used, and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I had treatment done at this practice with Dr Anita and Lorna. Such a lovely practice with really nice and caring staff including the reception team. They made sure I was happy with everything, and I also had a courtesy call to check on me a few days after the treatment. I will definitely recommend this practice!

Negative experience: Unfortunately the practice did not live up to the “caring” image they portray. I left them earlier in the year. It took two failed attempts to fit a crown due to one poorly fitting and one completely wrong crown ( which makes a mockery of the 3D scanning). The third attempt was fine but each time it went wrong they just quoted standard waiting times for the remake, with no attempt to expedite, and don’t call us, we’ll call you when it is ready. No respect for my diary or waiting…. They frequently remind you that they will charge if you cancel at short notice, but offered not so much as a packet of floss in compensation for the repeated removal and replacement of temporary crowns. I did complain informally, but they did not see it as their fault. So who is responsible for the poor supplier???

Fantastic experience: My 12 year old daughter just had a procedure done by Professor Cyrus Kerawala and nurse Karen. They really helped her feel comfortable, they spoke to her a level she could understand. They were so lovely and friendly to us both and very thorough and caring. The reception team were so welcoming and professional. Overall I am so happy with the care received. Wonderful team.

Fantastic experience: My dentist Anita is charming, totally professional and very considerate. She is also talented, the least painful injections I have ever experienced. The reception team are also delightful to deal with. I recommend Zebon Copse Dental Practice wholeheartedly.

Throughout multiple fillings and a new crown fitting I have felt informed, looked after and reassured every step of the way. I always receive a warm welcome, the practice is beautifully clean and calm, and I always leave feeling positive. My children have also been cared for by Anita and Lorna and I couldn’t be happier with their service.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental appointment with Anita today to fit my new crown. I can’t express how happy i am with the 5 star treatment i always get from her and Lorna. Fantastic experience: I would like to highly recommend this practice. I am a very nervous patient, and have mobility problems, and am now in a wheelchair. Anju and her team go out of their way to help me. Everyone is so kind and nice, and nothing is too much trouble. Both receptionists are marvelous, and always try to help. Everyone involved in the practice makes a difficult experience as easy as possible, and Anju herself is fantastic at putting me at my ease.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Anju for my dental care at the Zebon Copse Practice for several years and have been impressed by the excellent treatment I've received with regular checkups, hygienist visits, and some cosmetic work to remove old fillings. A big plus is how quickly I was able to receive emergency support when I had a painful gum infection. I've moved some distance away now, but I still travel back to Zebon Copse as I am not changing my dentist!

Fantastic experience: I'm kicking myself at having taken so long to move to ZCDP from my previous practice. The professionalism, friendly and calm environment and modern solutions are night and day from what I was used to. There is a premium, at least compared to my old practice. But it is worth every penny. You will feel you're getting value for money at ZCDP. I've never said that about any other dentist I've used! No matter what your comfort level is with visiting the dentist, I can't recommend ZCDP enough.

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with my experience at Zebon Dental. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in to when I left. I was very nervous before my procedure but Mr Kerawala and the nurse (unfortunately I have forgotten her name!) with him did such a great job of putting me at ease before my procedure. Communicated very well what to expect and it was a very painless procedure. Although I couldn’t answer because I was working, I appreciated the follow up call the next day.

Very fortunately the Zebon team transformed my first desperate urgent situation into a much healthier and stable one. Fantastic experience: Last week I had 2 appointments with Anita. I am a new client and a nervous one, due to difficulties encountered elsewhere. During my 1st appointment both Anita and Lorna ensured I was comfortable at all times, and showed a level of empathy and kindness I was really impressed with. Their communication was excellent so that I knew exactly what was happening. My 2nd appointment involved even more extensive and tricky treatment, yet again I had total confidence in Anita's skill. She is, quite simply, the best dentist I have ever been treated by. In addition she uses technology and techniques to provide a totally 5 star outcome. I cannot recommend the entire practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were founder patients in this excellent practice, started by the indefatigable Liz Fidamann over thirty years ago. When she retired, the dentist was taken over by Anju Mishra, a graduate of Guys in London. We have never seen any reason to change our allegiance and she is ably supported by several excellent staff, including the hygienist, Gillian Singh. The practice has always been kept at the forefront of dental technology. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here to have my wisdom tooth removed by my current dentist at a different location. The original appointment was cancelled at last minute, however i was phoned and text by the reception team and advised of the change. A new date was arranged at the same two for 2 weeks later. I arrived and was greeted by the lovely reception team who made me feel at ease. The dentist removed my wisdom tooth and advised me all the way through what was happening and why. I left with the relevant recovery information. The following day i had a call from the reception team to check on my recovery. Overall - Great Service / highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: On a recent visit to see the lovely team at Zebon Copse Dental Practice I saw Gill for my regular hygiene appointment and had my teeth cleaned so that they felt amazing. Then onto see Anju for my dental appointment and after a thorough examination and X-rays, an all clear. I travel an hour to attend this practice as all the staff are so attentive and friendly. It is worth the drive to have such excellent service. I cannot fault this practice and they are always very helpful and will do their best to accommodate you. I highly recommend them.

After a check up Anju explained what needed to be done and also gave advice on how to look after my teeth to avoid future issues. I also signed up to a monthly dental plan to help cover the costs of scheduled checkups and hygienist appointments. I feel confident now that Anju and team are helping to look after my teeth. I’ve had horrible, upsetting experiences with past dentists (not in Fleet) but that’s all a distant memory now. Anju and all her staff are lovely and professional. My teeth and gums etc are now healthy and I know I’m in good hands. You feel like a person at Zebon Copse Dental, not a number. Fantastic experience: I moved to Zebon following a very negative experience with my usual NHS dentist. Anju is always very patient with any questions or concerns I have and explains the options available with a referral to a specialist for root canal treatment being done quickly. Always welcomed with a smile from the moment you walk in the door and reassured you won't have to wait months to get another appointment. Always left the hygienist feeling squeaky clean and given advice on care that's personal to you.

From phoning to arrange a last minute problem , to arranging my regular appointments, I have always felt that the attention I received was very personal and I was not just another appointment. All my concerns about any issues I had were discussed with me in full prior to any treatments and I have been more than happy with all of the treatments and contact I have had with them. Fantastic experience: Haven’t been to the dentist for years due to a lot of bad experiences, Anju and the team have most definitely remedied that. After cracking my molar and having a bodged emergency filling which was pushing on the nerve, Anju and her team made sure I had the best possible care to remedy the pain and the help the tooth.
