Fantastic experience: I've just registered with the centre. A great experience with both Vicky, the hygienist and Louise, the dentist and the extremely helpful reception staff. Both Vicky and Louise were very professional, friendly, listened to my additional health issues and provided excellent advice and care for my teeth problems. Would highly recommend the Centre.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had our first appointment at the surgery after nearly two years, and the experience was excellent. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I’d especially like to mention the hygienist, Vicky, who was fantastic during my appointment. My wife is a very nervous patient, but Nurse Buduna went above and beyond to help her feel calm and at ease during her appointment with the dentist. A great first visit — thank you to everyone at the practice!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient with Goldsworth Road Dental Practice for nearly 16 years now and have nothing but praise for such a friendly and professionally run practice. I'm of an age where a visit to the dentist was not something to look forward to, it seemed dentists then were extraction happy, their equipment was basic and goodness knows what alchemy went into fillings. Thankfully time and technology have advanced and changed dentistry to another level, enabling people like me the opportunity to maintain their natural teeth or if necessary, offer alternatives such as implants. I visit the practice every three months for professional check ups with Louise Stride and the expertise of hygienist Victoria Bonilla but on occasion, I've also required a couple of implants which at the time were expertly fitted by Mr Andrew Pritchard. However, on January 2nd, one of my implant crowns lost it's adhesion, requiring attention so a call to the ever helpful Head Receptionist Hayley Wright who kindly arranged an appointment at the earliest with Dr Ben Kemsley, Practice Principal for January 6th. I was thinking of a worst case scenario but Ben, calmly and skilfully rectified the situation, restoring my smile in the process. In my opinion, this is a first class dental practice to whom I wish a belated Happy New Year to everyone. . . . . Jk

Fantastic experience: Had to have a filling taken out, as I had broken off the back of my tooth. Needed doing ASAP, so as I am such a nervous wreck when I go to the dentist. I was offered to have it done then and there. As there was a slot free.I did not have time to think about it. I just said yes please, 45 mins later it was all done. Injections are not nice at all but I managed to keep calm. They were so kind and understanding, which made me feel better. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I had the Invisalign straightening and am very happy with the results. I completed the course without any problems, just as Ben explained in the initial consultation. I'm especially grateful that even though I had to travel overseas for an extended period during my one-year treatment, he adjusted the timing of my treatment steps and check-ups, allowing me to complete the treatment without any issues or delays. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Invisalign treatment at this dentist to any of my friend or family.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering with bad tooth pain for a couple of weeks hoping it would just go and as I knew I had a check up booked waited until then. My very kind and patient dentist Ben was very gentle when checking the tooth and taking an X-Ray and advised me of my options, root canal treatment and a crown or an extraction as my tooth was cracked through the middle. I am a very anxious patient and was a little upset as it was not the news I wanted as it was a large back tooth. I opted for an extraction which I had this morning and it was painless and very quick. Ben was amazing talked through everything and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. I cannot recommend Ben enough for any treatment. Everyone at the dental surgery are so welcoming and caring and always take the time to make sure you are ok and don’t have any questions. Hayley was brilliant from my check up through to my treatment today, she always goes the extra mile offering support and pre and after care. Excellent dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant root canal treatment. No pain during the procedure, no swelling or pain afterwards. Only downside was having to keep my mouth open for an hour!

Fantastic experience: Amazing…..as ever! The staff are all so lovely and the care is top notch. I needed some root canal work unfortunately which I approached with some trepidation but Noman and his nurse were lovely, calm and reassuring and did an amazing job to the point that I could feel myself beginning to drift off and my eyes drooping despite Noman saying my case was “challenging”!! Quite an achievement to get a nervous patient to this point! . Thank you everybody for making such an unpleasant necessity as easy and painless as possible.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my course of invisalign with Ben Kemsley and am so pleased with the results. Ben was excellent all the way through the process - from the initial consultation and explaining how everything would work and being very accurate with how long it would take, right the way through every follow-up and finishing off appointment. He was very patient and went through everything, and made my teeth the envy of my friends and family! He also replaced the composite fillings on my front teeth at the end to match the finished whitened teeth, so everything looks perfect. Would recommend invisalign (and Ben) to anyone considering straightening their teeth. Its remarkable how quickly they can be corrected, painlessly and virtually undetectable. I also see the other dentists here for my regular checkups as well as the hygienists and all are excellent, friendly and professional.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency on Friday afternoon with half a veneer missing from front tooth and I have been in pain when arrived to the practice. Jana and the manager arranged seeing a dentist as soon as possible and after short wait I have been all sorted with temporary crown and dates booked for further appointments. Huge thanks to Jana for organising it so swiftly.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say a big thankyou to Ektaa. I wanted botox for a while and she explained everything to me before we went ahead with treatment. I decided to get my massaters and crows feet done. She was very gentle and caring during the procedure. It takes 2 weeks for the results but it's amazing. Definitely coming back to get more done.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist for quite a while, somewhere around 10 years, and wasn't overly comfortable about returning. Very glad I did though, no surprise I needed some work done- 2 fillings. I'm not very good with needles, but Shreena was fantastic, made me feel very comfortable and got the work done without any pain and great quality (can't even tell where the work was!) Sarah (Hygienist) as well was pain free and gave tips on how to improve brushing etc, so I'll make sure next time I'm an easier customer to deal with! Overall I shall be returning on a 6 month basis, I have learnt my lesson! Everyone there is very welcoming and I didn't have an worries by the end of my first appointment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a regular at Goldsworth Road since 2013 and have resisted the temptation to move to a local dentist in West London given how good a practice it is! They have gone over and above to help out with all sorts of dental challenges from teeth straightening to crowns, to implants to emergencies, making sure I’m accommodated at the earliest opportunity and providing top dental care. Negative experience: Our family has been using this practice for over 10 years and found them to be quite efficient. However, we were disappointed to be notified that our son (16) will no longer be offered free NHS care here!! Also, I found on my last visit that both the dentist and hygienist spoke to me in an extremely condescending way, as if I had no idea how to care for my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to share my recent experience with my new dentist Ektaa Chopra ….. basically she was amazing - an old root canal tooth had cracked and had to be removed and she carried this out in an emergency lunchtime appt with such great care and ease and made me feel so relaxed I hardly knew she had removed it ! I actually couldn’t believe it was out - she is amazing I highly recommend her ! Thank you so much Ektaa… I went away on my holiday a few days later and had no problems what so ever with the gum area where it had been removed ! Massively thankful to you

Fantastic experience: All the staff at Goldsworth road dental practice are always welcoming and kind. I wanted to say a particular thank you to Dr Joy and his microscope ‘Barbara’!! Dr Joy was wonderfully reassuring and patient with my very problematic root canal problem (assisted by Barbara and Dr Joys nurse Vicky!) It has been a difficult month with toothache and anxiety that things weren’t settling, but I’m pleased to say that all seems well now and I am very grateful. Karen the hygienist is also always fantastic. Thank you all!

Negative experience: After the first visit I was informed that two fillings needed to be replaced. When I had the first filling replaced the dentist said that he was not sure if it would work and I was in a lot of pain (first time in my life that a filling had been replaced which resulted in pain for 2 weeks) which delayed the replacement of the second filling. On the second tooth the dentist replaced half of the filling in the tooth and again there was pain after the replacement. I am writing this 2 months after replacing the first filling and I am still in a lot of pain. I am afraid the £232 spent on the replacement has been in vain as I will need further treatment.

Fantastic experience: After a ‘ Waitrose’ moment - I broke my tooth on an olive stone ,I was forced to see a dentist. I’m a baby, only go to the dentist in an emergency situation and loathe the whole process. To begin with the receptionist Hayley couldn’t have been kinder or more professional (which always helps) and suggested a dentist whom she explained would understand my anxiety. Fast forward two visits later and I’m a convert ! My dentist Joy ( and let me tell you he couldn’t have a more appropriate name ) simply was a joy as was his fabulous nurse Vicky. It was the best dental experience I’ve had in years and I’m confident enough to go back. I live between the States and U.K. and it’s the best dental experience I’ve had. Joy could teach the Americans a thing or two. No ego ,no money making suggestions just excellent dentistry. Highly recommend this surgery albeit too much beige on the walls !!! A little stark and cold but you can’t have it all and I’d give good dental surgery the win over ( in my opinion) dreary interiors.

Positive experience: It was sad to see Felicity leave, but I have to say that Dr Joy appears to be as efficient as Felicity - he certainly has a hard act to follow though!

Fantastic experience: I used this practice as an emergency as had a very loose crown & a lot of pain. The receptionist spotted me outside as I misunderstood the parking sign & thought I needed to buy a ticket. She assured me I didn't need one, ushered me in & showed me to a seat. This was one in a group of many staff who behaved in such a professional, gentle, caring, non judgemental manner. Louise the dentist was incredibly gentle & kind. This was the first time I can say I've had a tooth extracted & not had an infection. Yay! I'd recommend this dental practice to everyone.
