Fantastic experience: I contacted Queens Street Dental Surgery for an emergency appointment after ignoring a broken tooth for too long which was causing a lot of pain. The reception team were a fantastic help and managed to get me in the following day in a cancellation slot. Dr Lad was absolutely fantastic. Quickly diagnosed the problem, went through the possible treatments and fees and managed to do the tooth extraction for me there and then. I can't recommend him highly enough

Negative experience: I am a live in carer who happens to be on assignment close by looking after an elderly person with mobility and health problems. It happened that I had excruciating toothache and needed an emergency appointment. I was very coldly and inconsiderate told that there is nothing till a week and a half later. I explained that I can’t even sleep from the pain but that was the cold, inconsiderate statement from them. Completely lack of empathy! Would not recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from very severe pain due to an abscess above my upper right 6th tooth, I’d been previously prescribed a course of antibiotics for the abscess by an emergency dentist. I was struggling find a dentist to help me with the above problem. The dental care I received at Queen street dental practise was exemplary I was very impressed with their care ( and of course relieved) .I was very impressed by the professional treatment from dental surgeon Sariat Kareem and dental nurse Matilda.

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend this Dental Surgery enough. I had two appointments for a root canal procedure with Dr Sariat Kareem who was nothing but excellent through & through. She reassured me with my anxiety and dental fears/trauma during both sessions. Provided all the explanations I had asked for AND more and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with proceeding & any further questions I was more than welcome to ask and speak my mind. Fantastic experience: First visit to Hygienist Lucy and Dental Nurse Matilda and they were excellent in putting me at my ease. Lucy took the time to listen to my history and my preferences and followed exactly what I'd asked and took the time to talk through preventative strategies for the future. They created a welcoming environment where you felt you had the time to talk and be listened to. I've already rebooked. Would definitely recommend.
