Negative experience: Very bad experience with dental rituals gildersome Regarding appointments the cost in transport to get here sometimes wasted journeys. Been a single mum with 4 kids I've struggled and wasted £100s of pounds on taxis to appointments to get nowhere as our dentist was very bad with cancelling appointments for treatment she needed before dental rituals would make further appoinmnets & which were cancelled last minute & were out of our hands Made my daughter to feel very belittled and h. was quiet rude to her. She does have behavioural issues and as a result he decided he didn't like her attitude or the way her face was so took the decision to cancel her treatment completely. We have been on this waiting list over 6 years for her braces!! Absolute joke

He seemed to really take his time and care about what he was doing . So glad we have been given this practice

Negative experience: Nightmare service. Arrived 5 minutes late for appointment due to traffic at 8.30am in the morning. My appointment was cancelled and they would not see my daughter. Apparently there is a 5 minute policy and we were just on it. No discussion just a no - up until not the service has been amazing - such a shame so disappointing in them.

Positive experience: Not a great experience of this place so far to be honest. My son was referred here by NHS after a very long wait and his treatment has since been beset by delays. The latest was being called one day prior to actually having his braces finally fitted in, to be told that there will be another delay of over 3 months that will occur due to NHS contract and his treatment now being able to be funded until June….

Fantastic experience: I got a replacement retainer from here and the process was very smooth and easy, competitive pricing with other surgeries and I got my final retainer very quickly, very high quality. It’s been 2 months and the retainer is still great.

Negative experience: Came here for the 1st time with my son. The dentist spoke rudely to me and tried to belittle me when I explained regarding the treatment at my personal dentist. Will not taking any further treatment from this practice. Really needs to work on how you speak to people.

Negative experience: We have had the worst experience with dental rituals at the Morley practice. I was made to feel belittled by the dentist who ushered me out of the room. One of my children attends a different orthodontist and my experience there has been so positive in comparison. I absolutely do not recommend anyone accept a referral to this practice. It may look nice and new but the dentist is unfriendly and rude.

Fantastic experience: I take my foster son here for his teeth straightening/brace. Right from the first appointment where everything was explained in detail and to the following appointments, everything about this place is professionally well presented Update. Phoned yesterday for advice as the sons retainer had broken a wire. Appointment made for 1st thing the following day, no fuss at all. Thanks guys, very much appreciated

Fantastic experience: Professional Service offered and quick to respond to a repair that was required.

Positive experience: Nice environment and friendly staff, but my son is autistic and I didn’t feel like the orthodontist we saw interacted with him in a way that was helpful for his needs. Speaking very intensely to an autistic child and maintaining extreme eye contact is not helpful at all when they are already highly anxious.

Fantastic experience: The whole team at Dental Rituals are friendly, informative and helpful. They communicate extremely well face to face and the reminders of appointments too. Can't recommend them high enough.

They managed to fit my Daughter in as an emergency and managed to sort the wiring on her braces and then tightened them too. Which saved me going back in a few days. Fantastic experience: After waiting for almost 3 years to see an orthodontist, I was finally referred to Dental Rituals. My parents hadn't heard of them before I was referred here, but I am glad this place was chosen for me. The staff here are so welcoming, from reception, to dental nurses, therapists and my Orthodontist, they make you feel like you really matter. Everyone is very professional but they are still genuinely caring. My orthodontist, Mr Raja, explains everything to me in detail and includes me in the decision making process even though I still have to have a parent present because I am not yet an adult. So far I have had nothing but positive experiences here, and I feel like I am in good hands.
