Fantastic experience: When I first walked into Tudor house, my teeth were an absolute crime scene. I’d avoided dentists for the last few years — partly fear, partly cost, but mostly shame. And every time I did go somewhere, I left feeling judged or hurried in and out with no care. But with Dr. Koray and Lola, everything changed. They explained every step with clarity and care, never rushed, always patient, and genuinely made me feel human again. They’ve now completely rebuilt my smile with fillings, crowns and veneers. For the first time in so many years, I can laugh and smile without covering my mouth! The teeth looked amazing right away, and even when one temporary crown became a little loose, they saw me within a couple of hours, refitted it same-day, and I had no issues after that. That kind of responsiveness is rare — and very reassuring when you’re mid-treatment. If you’re anxious, embarrassed, or feel beyond saving — you’re not. Go see Dr. Koray, Lola and the whole team :)

Fantastic experience: Dr Carmel Coombs has been looking after my teeth for more than 30 years! She is very professional, skilled, friendly and gentle. I would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Unfortunately the way in which I was spoken to by the receptionist was rather rude and aggressive. This was not the experience I had on my first visit. I had booked in for urgent dental treatment today but the practice had made an administrative error and they had booked me in for this time next week. As an NHS consultant my schedule is very busy and I had to swap out of a shift and an important governance meeting to be able to make it today (it means I can’t make it next week either because that is the day I swapped into in order to come today). Out of desperation I then requested if I can have access to my x rays so I can enquire elsewhere, as I need time-critical treatment and the receptionist (with a strangely curt and cold tone of voice) told me that it will be available to me within 28 working days, whilst fully knowing that the treatment is urgent. Also I can’t fill out the form to event request the x rays today. As somebody who works in the healthcare setting and have family members in the dental profession, empathy and a compassionate approach should be at the forefront of what we do, and sadly my experience today fell far short of this. I would advise considering other practices where the staff are warm and have a more considerate approach.

Fantastic experience: I saw Nuwan this morning for my Hygiene visit. He did a very excellent job. He was the most gentle clinician who worked on my teeth. With my usual teeth hypersensitivity I was very anxious that I may jump from pain, but that did not happen. It was very comfortable and I recommend Nuwan 100%. The whole Team at Tudor House were very pleasant and friendly.

Fantastic experience: . When I went to Tudor House for the first time, I was blown away and couldn't wait for my next appointment. Dr. Koray and his assistant did an excellent job. Originally, I had gone in for teeth whitening, but during the visit, it was discovered that four of my bottom teeth had decreased in height and needed to be fixed. The necessary arrangements were made and my second appointment was booked. The entire process was handled with professionalism and my assessment was thorough.

Fantastic experience: Booked in efficiently and seen to at the earliest convenience has made my life just that much better thanks to all the staff at Tudor dentistry. Lovely welcome to the practice which put me at ease straight away. Seeing the Dr, straight away saw my problem and talking through the procedure. Not 30 minutes later all was complete. Tooth extracted and booked in for the follow up in a couple of weeks. Highly professional, yet personable at the same time. Thank you for making it painless and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Can I just say I had the best experience hygienist was so good and I cannot speak highly enough of Max the dentist and his lovely assistant I was told at another dentist I would lose my tooth and have to pay £750 to have it removed. Max composite bonded the tooth which was half gone now you wouldn't even know its looks perfect and it was a quarter of the price He also mada me feel so comfortable as I've had not the best experiences at dentists through my life

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment with Max as part of my invisaliner journey. Prior to this did some work before commencing. Journey. Had previous horrible experience at hospital dentist which makes me anxious at dental appointments but Max always puts me at ease. 5 weeks in and can already notice suttle changes. Fantastic experience: Tudor House Dental is a great practice run by Dr Urszula Tokajuk. I go for regular hygienist appointments with Diane and check-ups and consultations with Urszula. All the team in the practice are very friendly and helpful. Treatments are explained in detail and care is taken when discussing the best course of action. I can't praise and thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: I rate the dental services provided by Urszula very highly and also the dental hygienist “Nuone” I think is his name exceptionally high. I usually dread seeing the hygienist but he is so gentle it causes me no discomfort at all. .

Fantastic experience: Autoimmune patient and had to cancel several times. After a year I finally made it to the dentist and everyone was so supportive. No repercussions due to lapse of time. Fantastic experience: Booked for a new patient examination and xray, got an appointment within 2 days so very quick to get me in. Friendly staff and open good hours to fit around work, my appointment was 8am which worked nicely for me. Will be going back for follow up treatments as they have very competitive prices for private appointments. Would recommend to anyone in the local area.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished treatment for Invisalign teeth straightening. Carmel spent a lot of time with me over a 9 month period ensuring that everything was going according to plan. At each stage she clearly explained the process and next steps. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend Tudor House to anyone wishing to undergo Invisalign treatment.

Negative experience: Never had to leave such a poor professional review. I had privately paid for a composite filling in summer 2021 that had fallen out 15 months later. As the original dentist is no longer there.. the practice were expecting me to pay for another filling as they only guarantee them for 1 year. I had a temporary filling done that didn’t last a week and today the offer was yet again a temp filling as a permanent would be charged at full cost. The practice manager was poor and rude in his approach, taking no accountability with no offer of goodwill either. They have now lost a family of patients who were previously very happy with the service and had an excellent team of hygienists and Becky the receptionist who was always kind and helpful.
