Fantastic experience: Yasmin and Safa assisted my daughter with her dental treatment. As it was her first time, they were wonderful — making her feel comfortable and explaining each step clearly and kindly. My daughter and I left feeling very pleased with the care and professionalism of the team.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t recommend Dr Rowand highly enough, he is honestly the best dentist around. I rarely write reviews, but after my experience, I felt I had to share how incredible he and his team have been. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt completely at ease. The clinic itself is beautiful, and the whole team made me feel so comfortable and reassured throughout the entire process. I was really nervous about getting veneers because I was worried they might look fake, something I absolutely didn’t want. Dr Rowand took the time to listen to my concerns and assured me that he would create a natural look that suited me. He completely delivered. I am absolutely over the moon with my new teeth. I’ve hated my smile for years, even after having braces, and now I can’t stop smiling. The results look so natural, and everyone I know has complimented them. Thank you, Dr Rowand, for giving me my confidence back!☺️

Fantastic experience: Myself and family have always had a great experience with Dr Yasmin and her assistant Sada. They are both so friendly and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease. Dr Yasmin explained everything clearly and was really gentle and professional throughout. Sada was also lovely and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They make a great team and made the appointment feel calm and stress-free. Both are really great with my Son who is always in the past been a bit anxious but he feels calm seeing Dr Yasmin. Negative experience: My elderly father receives Pension Credit and is eligible for free NHS dental treatment. This practice accepted him as an NHS patient, saw him last week, and confirmed that his treatment was covered. However, they then told him he needed a scan and charged him £150, which he paid under pressure and confusion due to his age. When he attended the scan appointment today, he was told that the scan was not needed and was sent home. When he asked why he had been charged £150, he was told the money was for a “consultation,” despite the fact that he had been treated as an NHS patient and was never clearly informed of any private charges in advance. This experience was extremely upsetting and, in my opinion, unethical. Elderly patients should be treated with honesty, clarity, and respect not pressured into paying unexpected fees. I will be raising this matter formally and strongly urge the practice to issue a full refund and a written apology. This is the minimum that should be done to correct this situation.

I felt very welcomed from the moment I arrived, from start to finish everything has been amazing and professional. Everything was explained to me very well and all my needs were met. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Rose Garden Dental Clinic enough, especially Dr Rowand Khafaf. I came to get porcelain veneers on the top set of teeth and he explained everything so clearly and made the whole veneer process feel calm and comfortable. I’m usually very nervous at the dentist, but Dr Khafaf and his team completely put me at ease. Ryan at reception was also incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made a huge difference from the moment I arrived. Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Rowand Khafaf for more than 10 years and I highly recommend him. What I appreciate the most about him is that he has never suggested any unnecessary procedures, he always tries to save your teeth rather than going for the easy option of pulling them out. He is also very good at replicating your actual tooth if there is a need for reconstruction and even with fillings. I recently had a tooth reconstructed and an implant and I am so happy with the results.

Fantastic experience: Dr Yasmine was incredible. She was so friendly, kind compassionate and bubbly with so much positive energy. She made me feel really comfortable and at ease . She explained the procedure well and also gave me the choice of wanting painkillers or not for the procedure. Loved her humming during the process that meant we were both at ease. She seems a very passionate doctor who make the patient so relaxed that one even forgets why you came in. Dr Yasmine is a great asset to the practice. The practice venue is very clean and very well organised with all the H&S needs .The nurses and receptionists are very kind and patient. It is wonderful to have a practice like this on my door step that takes NHS patients immediately ( will pass the word around) . The only Big negative is that l also wanted my husband to join immediately but unfortunately as a last resort he had to come to the practice as a private patient during COVID which prevents him from joing as a NHS patient according to the practice managers rule. This is pretty sad and disappointing for a local person who lives a few minutes from your great practice who has to now go elsewhere where. I am speaking on behalf of all the locals as private dental is not affordable by many and would like to have this NHS offering locally. We were told that it's all up to the practice manager. I strongly feel he/she should review the rules and be more accommodative. Many thanks Dr Yasmine and the practice for your kindness and care.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Rose Garden since i was a teenager, i cannot recommend this place enough. I have known Dr Rowand for many years now and he has always been extremely kind and helpful with me. It is easy to feel like dentist want to take your money - for a few years my wisdom tooth was hurting but not excruciating pain where he would recommend not to take the tooth out. When he felt like now is the time, thats when he recommended it. At the point when it was recommended, the pain levels were insane so i knew it was the right decision. I have been taken care of very well by the dentist throughout the years, they have always treated me with respect and over the years have built such a great relationship with them. I have a lot of trust in the dentist and know it’s not a money game, they are looking out more for my best interest for my teeth and good health.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to thank Rose Garden Dental for helping me with my perio disease. I have been to numerous dentists over the years and I left the same way that I came in- with bleeding gums and swollen gums. After 2 cleaning sessions, my gums stopped bleeding and I could see improvement in how my gums look and feel. I'm really grateful for finding this amazing clinic and I look forward to working with them in getting my teeth done.

Negative experience: Dentists seem good. Practice appears to be avaricious. Will happily remove you and your family as NHS patients without properly notifying you but will pursue you incessantly to make an appointment with the dental hygienist.

Fantastic experience: 100% pleased with the service I received. I needed a lot of work done to my teeth which has recently been completed. I am so happy with the results and grateful for the time given during the consultation and how clearly all my options were communicated with absolutely no pressure to do anything unnecessary. The same clear communication and care given by the staff and receptionists really put me at ease and the finished results have meant that I am no longer in pain when I eat and I know what I need to do for the aftercare.

I was incredibly nervous going in, but Dr Khafaf’s calm, compassionate approach put me completely at ease. Each step was explained clearly, and before I knew it the fillings were completed. Fantastic experience: Rose Garden dental practice was professional from start to finish as I entered for my routine hygiene appointment . I was greeted by Mariam who was lovely throughout the procedure. She explained everything as she was doing the cleaning and I felt like I left with much more understanding of how to keep my teeth clean. The procedure was painless and quick. I even took pictures of the before and after cause I was soo impressed!!

Fantastic experience: My experience at Rose Garden Dental Practice is always amazing. The lovely reception staff have excellent customer service skills. The practice is always so clean and welcoming. I would like give a special shout out to two people. First is Dr Meera. She is an incredible Dr. She explains everything so well and makes the entire dentist visit so comfortable. She listens attentively and answers any questions I may have. She is a true asset to your practice. Another shout out to Emmanuel, your hygienist. Oh my days, Emmanuel introduced me to a numbing gel as opposed to numbing injections and I didn’t feel a thing! Thank you Emmanuel for giving me the assurance and introducing me to a much less painful experience. My experience with you was incredible.

Negative experience: Horrible horrible receptionist. Cancelled appointment because of her. Had an appt booked for Monday which I had previously booked on the past Friday. Over the weekend it occurred to me that the Monday appt would not work. She then ridiculed and belittled me for not cancelling the appt over the weekend. She proceeded to ask a thousand questions trying to ‘catch me out’ in a very off putting tone. I informed her that I tried calling but was unable to get through over the weekend. She proceeded to inform me that it is encouraged to leave a voicemail (who in this day and age uses voicemail) to cancel the appt. When I informed her that this information isn’t advertised anywhere she said it is stated at the end of the automated message. Who is going to wait to listen to an automated message after it has told you that the practice is closed? Regardless, if this information was made clear on the website I would’ve left the voicemail. It is horrible to speak to someone on the phone at 9:14am on a Monday morning and they be so miserable and judgy. As someone who has worked in a similar background as a receptionist, this is not how you speak to clients. If I was management, I would consider training reception staff further as they are the first point of contact future clients have.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this dentist receptionist! Do not use their services! Extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone to me, I have been a long standing customer of there’s for over 15 years! They went back in my record history to 2011, recounting times when I missed an appointment, then refused to see me in 2025! Crazy! Awful awful customer service and tone, found them extremely threatening on the phone

Negative experience: Completely unprofessional. This Dental Practice is only interested in you if you are private and treat you like scum if you are Booking on the NHS. I’ve had two appointments now, one which I was five minutes late for Due to work and the second I was well within my appointment window (the first two minutes) And they said I can’t be seen for both. The policy is money first and patience, safety and well-being second and it is a disgrace. I would give zero stars if I could, and beware before you spend your money on your health here.

Positive experience: The hygienist Prashamsha (prashu) is very good fast and light handed. She had done a good job of cleaning my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Meera had carried out my Invisalign plan and i was very pleased with the results. Throughout the entire journey she made me feel at ease and always made sure all my questions were answered. She also taught me a lot about oral health and what I should do to maintain good gum hygiene. ( Thanks to Safa for also bringing that positive energy and making me feel at ease)

Fantastic experience: Recently I went to get some chipped teeth fixed and whitening done. At every step of the way staff were polite in all areas and all my concerns were listened to and taken with regard. Everyone was very professional and I felt well taken care of. I cannot recommend their services more highly, in addition they have checked in after each procedure which is well appreciated. 5/5 for sure oh and lastly my teeth are shining white now. They are great at what they do.

Negative experience: Usually I have a great experience in this dental practice however Dr Meera’s lack of empathy was very disappointing. As a dentist your job is to be reassuring and understanding towards anxious patients, especially when they are breaking down in tears and are nervous for an extraction. Instead of calming me down and patiently allowing me a few minutes to gather myself, she stopped the procedure and wanted to refer me to a hospital, rather than deal with the inconvenience. There was no prep talk prior to starting the procedure to put me at ease and I was numbed within 30 seconds of entering the room. She was more concerned the appointment would run over her break, which I found very bizarre and irrelevant as I was in her room for a total of ten minutes and arrived earlier than my appointment, as she had asked for on the same day. It is perfectly normal for patients to be nervous for any dental procedure however she did not once offer me any calming words or comfort, in fact her cold responses and lack of compassion caused me more panic. She completely dismissed my needs and seemed disinterested in attending to a crying patient as she was worried it would take more of her time. Her assistant was fantastic and comforted me which I appreciated and the receptionists are always lovely. Kindness doesn’t cost anything and is part of any job description however I left in tears feeling very traumatised and unimpressed as I paid with my own money to be treated like this.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Haider Moosa at Rose Garden Clinic was fantastic with my son during his recent tooth extraction. The procedure went smoothly, and Dr. Moosa took the time to explain everything in detail, putting us both at ease. My son felt comfortable and well-cared for throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Rose Garden Clinic for anyone needing dental care, especially for kids!

Anna at the reception is extremely friendly and efficient, making scheduling a breeze and taking my messages and questions to Dr Meera. I had quite complex work done but during every appointment, Dr. Meera demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism. She took the time to explain each procedure thoroughly, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way. Her gentle and confident approach instantly put me at ease, which is a rare find in dental care. The clinic itself is modern and impeccably clean.

Negative experience: Extortionate price for a filling that after a few months fell out in one peice! Even when the filling was done I felt like it was inevitable that I was going to have issues with it in the future. Really not happy with my overall experience.

Negative experience: I went into this dental surgery for what was a medical emergency. I am a type 2 Diabetic. I pleaded with staff to allow me to use the toilets, and the women in reception said no. The desperation was all over my face. However, they refused, telling me to ask the doctor's surgery next door. (Quite cold and uncompromising). It is pretty ironic as they were recommended to me for four dental implants. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Lies check the CCTV if you have it. Your reception was empty and I was not seeking treatment. Be careful what you say on line I routinely wear a body-cam it is always on for dealing with false allegations. Any further escalation and you will face legal action

Fantastic experience: Excellent Service. I had a crown placed and several fillings all without any pain whatsoever. They are very good at explaining what the problem is and the options for fixing it. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anybody. Very happy with them.
