Fantastic experience: Receptionists are always very friendly and helpful. New Hygienist and Dentist and both were very professional and caring. No complaints whatsoever.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, right from the reception team to tge hygienist and the dentists we both use. I had an implant fitted which involved the implant being fitted at a partner dental surgery in Farnham and the crown fitted in Hook yet the handover was seamless and everything went extremely well. So an A +++from me.

Fantastic experience: Hook Dental have been looking after my teeth in all aspects for over 25 years. I moved to the West country 17 years ago, but continued with Hook Dental practice. The friendly and helpful reception, the excellent facilities and the always excellent dentist care and attention have been more than worth the journey back to Hook.

Fantastic experience: Despite the cost I would not now wish to go anywhere else. Their timings are accurate and communication excellent both before during and after treatment.

However, recently I have been able to commence visits again and I was welcomed back like an old friend! The friendliness, advice, and dental care I received all made for a wonderful experience. Her nurse Laxmi worked so hard to ensure everything else was taken care of without even noticing she was the at times. This is how a trip to the dental hygienist should be.

Fantastic experience: From the receptionists as you enter Hook Dental Centre to sitting in the dentist/hygienist chair, I have always been made to feel at ease. Recently having had a fair bit of cosmetic dentistry, the whole process was very transparent regarding prices and timelines - both very reasonable. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to see Gareth and his lovely assistant, Chris for about 40 years or more - where Gareth and Chris previously worked and since Gareth opened his practice in Hook many years ago - this has meant travelling some distance for the appointments! I have always been treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Gareth is so patient and has always taken the time to explain the options and treatment available. The staff are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. I have never considered going elsewhere.

Positive experience: We used to go to the other dentist in Hook and changed to this one and it's such a different experience. The receptionists are always helpful and friendly and the other staff are just as good. All lovely. Just lose a star because, like a lot of businesses, not great opening hours for those that work full time

It was stress-free, and Shree made sure my daughter felt relaxed and understood what was happening through every step. Fantastic experience: Recommend Hook Dental Surgery 100% Friendly, efficient service, have had a crown and large filing since Srikala took over as my dentist and both were done very professionally.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with Hook Dental. Shri was very thoughtful and kind during an extraction. Explained everything very well and I was put at ease.

Negative experience: I called a few minutes ago to register as a new patient and schedule an emergency assessment. A receptionist picked up, discussed the times for the first assessment, and asked for an upfront payment over the phone. I wondered whether it was possible to pay in person; she refused. I asked whether non-emergency appointments also attract a payment over the phone, and she hung up as I was finishing my sentence. It is extremely disappointing to see those rather costly services degrading, especially in a small village like Hook, where you would expect people to observe politeness more than in large urban areas.

Positive experience: As a long time patient at Hook Dental I have been able to receive extremely good dental care and advice from Gareth and the whole team, which include the delightful Reception staff, who are always happy to help.
