Positive experience: A great service. Easy to get an appointment and not a long wait unlike a lot of other places at the moment. Everyone is very friendly and approachable

Negative experience: The receptionist was lovely as was the dentist. I had all my bottom teeth taken out. A new denture for the top of my mouth which I still can't wear. I was terrified going in the first place. I was in pain for weeks after. I would have liked to have gone back to get it sorted but was too scared.

Fantastic experience: I am happy with Monklands Dental Practice since moving to them in December 2023. I have been with them 6 months now and had an urgent appointment (due to infection starting) setup on the same day. The staff have been nothing but pleasant and accomodating each and every time I have dealt with them.

Negative experience: Would not recommend dentist put a filling on the wrong tooth then when I told him this after getting it done as I couldn't see what tooth he was doing till the end got very angry refused to speak to me and them got a manger to come speak woth me and all she did was say it wasn't gonna kill me

Fantastic experience: First visit to Monklands Dental Practice and I would highly recommend. If like me you are an anxious person when visiting the dentist then look no further as staff are very professional, friendly and make you feel comfortable and at ease straight away. The Dental Practitioner Vikas Sharda explains everything beforehand which helps ease the nerves. I have made my next check up appointment already which I would never do as usually only contact dentist when required.

Fantastic experience: Vikas Sharda is a breath of fresh air. As somebody with both an anxiety disorder and autism, I find the dentist extremely distressing and I was preparing for the worst. However, Sharda immediately managed to put me at ease with his speed and professionalism paired with a friendly demeanour. I'd 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: My name is Sharon Downie and I felt that this Dental Practice deserved this review. The practice itself is now bright and welcoming when you enter and I immediately noticed how nice and down to earth the Receptionist was; as she is the first port of call for the practice, I was impressed and happy with her. She was cheerful and put hme first even though I couldj see that she was busy. Most practices will not give you the time of day now if you want to be a new patient as they are overwhelmed but this place went out their way to help. The actual dentist was lovely and genuinely appeared to care about me and instead of rushing me out when finished he took time to listen to my questions. He made me feel at ease. Finally the dental assistant was also lovely and acknowledged me. Great dental practice all round.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Monklands Dental Practice since November 2022. I went along on the recommendation from others. I have been totally at ease with the Dentist and he has listened to me and treated me with the utmost respect. I am delighted with my treatment and the service from the Dentist as well as the customer service from the Reception Staff has far exceeded my expectations. I have a hearing issue and have found all staff go out their way to explain anything to me and go over anything I'm not really hearing. Fantastic experience: Monklands dental surgery is a good surgery. They can always get you an appointment. The dental surgeons are very competent and have a nice calm manner. For example .l I always hated getting my teeth cleaned but at monklands the dentist has cleaned my teeth without the usual stress I have felt in the past

I have always had a huge fear of the dentist and I never thought I would say this but since I joined last year the fear has totally gone thanks to Vikas and his team. They make you feel so comfortable and at ease, for someone who was terrified of the dentist I feel that much at ease I’ve allowed major work to be carried out and each time it was stress and pain free.
