Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment with Shreya and Eloise on 15 October 2025. I am quite a nervous patient when it comes to dental work, due to a bad experience when I was younger. However both Sreya and Eloise made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. I was lucky enough to get an appointment the following day to get a filling done. If your afraid of needles or the drilling then I highly recommend Shreya, she was quick, and it was painless! Thanks for making me feel so comfortable and at ease.

Fantastic experience: This morning i took my 16 year old daughter, to this denist for her first appointment. She has been with another dentist in shrewsbury and dispite years of bullying, in regards to her teeth Not received braces. The dentist was fantastic he has made a referral, taken xrays and taught her how to floss. All in 1 day. More than other dentist did in 16 years. Very impressed, He made her feel at ease and human, talked to her and for the first time she came away smiling thank you so much for everything.

Fantastic experience: An Amazing Practice start to finish. Clean, professional and the team in reception are so welcoming! I’m a nervous patient myself but I’ve built such a friendship and report with the staff , I know im completely taken care of every time. I’ve been for so many different treatments and always been happy and thankful for their time and skills. But today was next level !! My son (who’s on the spectrum) had to have some work done and the treatment he received was nothing but exceptional and genuinely whole heartedly caring. James ( dentist ) did such a fantastic job with him , precise and timely so my son wasn’t in the chair for longer than needed. He also explained things patiently and cracked a few little jokes to help settle his nerves. Chloe was his dental nurse, all I can say is this lady is worth her weight in Gold. She took the time to explain the tools , noises and reassured my son on how well he was doing regularly. The whole experience was above and beyond! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Monkmoor dental practice. I had a car accident which fractured my front tooth and had to be removed, this was replaced with an implant. Farid did the tooth extraction and implant and he put me at ease throughout all my appointments at the practice. During this time I also had Invisalign to get the perfect alignment, Amit and the team were so helpful throughout my plan and I’m so happy with the end results. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone wanting an implant or Invisalign treatment, they really care and have a very personable approach which is so nice.

Fantastic experience: Although the receptionists are kind and friendly, my experience with the dentists at this clinic has been disappointing. I’ve seen two different dentists here, and neither seemed confident or knowledgeable in their work. I recently had a filling done that was poorly executed and has caused me ongoing pain. Additionally, they were unable to address my other dental issues, which has significantly affected my quality of life. I do not recommend this place. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is to ensure this review gets noticed.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Monkmoor Dental Practice for a tooth extraction, and I can't praise the team enough. I was very nervous going in, but Tayib and Chloe put me at ease immediately. Tayib took the time to explain each step of the process, which really helped calm my nerves. After my mum knocked a front tooth out when falling over she was seen very quickly and her anxiety around attending the dentist was managed with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign treatment in April 2023, and given the fact I had 2 veneers at the front, I was sceptical it would work. Monkmoor Dental Practice were very thorough, and completed additional scans to ensure my front teeth were strong enough. The invisalign braces worked exactly the way they should, and I replaced my 15 year old veneers at the end of the treatment, I am really happy with the result. Monkmoor Dental Practice were brilliant throughout the whole process. They kept in regular contact with several appointments, and made sure I knew what to expect at every stage. The costs were laid out after the initial consultation, and there were no additional hidden charges. Great service from start to finish and really professional looking finish.

Fantastic experience: Having put off going to the dentist form over 10 years. I fineally found the courage to go. My dentist James and his dental nurse Sophie are amazing. They both made me feel comfortable and explained everything. They work amazing as a team with good communication. I’ve now had 2 filling and didn’t feel a thing. Fantastic experience: Where to begin?! I am an EXTREMELY nervous patient, but was forced into a situation with the pain in my teeth that I had to call and make an appointment somewhere and I am so happy I have found this practice. I called up on Friday, explained my situation and from the moment my call was taken, through the the end of my appointment, the care, respect and treatment I received was incredible. To give context on how nervous I am, I have fainted whilst being in a dentist office before, but from when I walked in, every person I met, from the reception team, through to Kellie and Tayib were beyond amazing. Tayib, was kind, listened to me and was very reassuring, explaining everything that needed to happen but took time to ask me questions and respected what I saying which meant we worked through the whole process together. They gave me the time and the space to get through each aspect of the appointment, as well as keeping me as calm as I could be. I can not give any higher praise to both of them for their work, care and dedication to getting me through the treatment I needed. A lot of people who haven't cared for the teeth as they should, fear a lot of judgement (myself included) but I experience none of that, just understanding and patience and thanks to everyone I encountered on Friday, I have had the courage to call up and make another appointment with them, to hopefully start the process of making a plan for the rest of my teeth. I have full faith in them as a practice and emplore any nervous patient to call of visit. You won't regret it. Fantastic experience: Started Invisalign on Feb 2023- Decided to invest in my teeth after several years of debate, to was it worth it. A push in circumstances made me decide. Finished the course today and so happy with the end product. I found the whole Invisalign easy, didn’t bother me at all wearing the Invisalign’s. Makes you snack less and clean your teeth more. Mild discomfort on change over day sometimes. I used to change up before bed, sleep through the discomfort. Found support was there when I wanted it and always knew what was next in the process. Can finally open my mouth with out the fangs or cross overs, you don’t realise how non straight they’re until they start to move and you see your progress pictures. Highly recommend Monkmoor Dentist, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Monkmoor Dental Practice highly enough. I was told I had to have a dental checkup before receiving some treatment for cancer, but had not been to the dentist in over ten years. I was really nervous about going and felt sure I would be 'told off' but the staff could not have been nicer and kinder. I have found all the staff to be friendly and very professional. The receptionists are very welcoming and have always been able to find me appointments in between hospital visits and my dentist has been great. The work I have needed doing has been quick and pain free. I am no longer a nervous patient.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Monkmoor Dental Practice for Invisalign treatment. The initial consultation with Steph was very informative and she answered any questions I had. The Invisalign team, Amy and Amit, are really friendly and welcoming and keep regular checks on your progress. When ever I had a query or needed to book an appointment during treatment, Tracy was excellent and always answered my queries in a timely manner. Negative experience: I receved an unsolicted text message (09:30 27/05/23) to my mobile phone from Monkmoor Dental offering teeth whitening. You can stick that one where the sun don't shine!! Teeth whitening actually damages teeth! The oxidising/bleaching agents, such as hydorogen peroxide, used in the teeth whitening process, actually disasociate (dissolve) the calcium ions that teeth/enamel are made up of. To add insult to injury, after I had sent a text message back to STOP receiving any more unsolicted texts (LXRKSTOP), I then recieved a text, from my mobile phone network provider, telling me, that I had been charged for sending the STOP text! Actual Bodily Harm & Fraud, does not surprise me, from a company that has close ties with a Corrupt Tory Governments, Department for Health, namely, The NHS!!

Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot say how amazing this dentist is!! They have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for all my family! This time I was very anxious about a lump on my tounge I'd found and not swallowing without pain I was so worried they were fully booked and its a Friday my doctors couldnt even see me.TRACEY on reception new how worried I was and made me feel at ease and rang me back 5 minutes later saying they'd squeezed me in , in an hours time, I got there, the reception staff are always so so polite and friendly and professional you couldnt ask for more from reception staff thankyou TRACEY and DEBBIE for today! The dentist and assistant I saw RACHEL and CLOWIE was so lovely and thourough!! Taking time to explain things in detail , there was no rushing just pure professionalism and answering any questions I had, both reception staff and the dentist and assistant I hope they get some recognition as they are so lucky to have such wonderfull people working there and so commuted !! Another experience a while ago of many ,my child was petrified of dentists and even had to have gas and air once due to a bad experience somewhere else! This dentist had so much time and patience with him and now he has no fear at all!! Again the reception staff Tracey and another lady of whom I don't no her name was amazing so, was the male dentist, Monkmoor Dental practice you are all amazing !!! And thankyou so much for all you do!! X

Negative experience: I rang them 6month after my latest appointment and they refused to see me, saying that if I did not need any urgent help, they would let me know about my next check (as they were still coming out of pandemic). In November they texted me and said that I needed to book an appointment, which was overdue, and when I rang as requested they said that they do not have enough nhs dentistS and can only offer me a dental plan (private plan). I found this unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: I had 4 fillings today and a clean and polish. Everything was done amazingly well and not once did I feel uncomfortable and I was asked on many occasions if I was okay. My Dentist Sam, is amazing, she listens is patient and I feel completely at ease with her. Overall this practice does go above and beyond for there patients, I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever reception will always work with you and squeeze you in if they have appointment Tracey Leslie the lot are great and the dental nurses are amazing Rachel always puts You first before the job she makes sure your feeling ok and as for Elana I love this women she has rebuilt my teth from virtually nothing I’m human again she goes above and beyond to make you feel confident comfortable always and makes sure your happy before you leave and her assistant Kellie I can only echo the same she kept my mind occupied when I was scared and virtual held my hand mentally to help me stay calm
