Fantastic experience: I'm going through dental work at present l have had 11 teeth removed and have temporary bridge in place, And by January I should have my permanent implants. Throughout the whole experience I have be made to feel relaxed, everything explained to me. The staff have been amazing Mr Mostavi has been highly professional The dental nurse who i believe her name is Olivia ( apologies if it's not) was brilliant . She kept me relaxed continually asking if I was OK. I highly recommend this dental practice

Fantastic experience: This is a great practice that treats you as an individual. The practice is inviting, efficient and the staff are friendly and follow up to ensure a transformative experience has been suburb. The overall effect for me, is to give me back my smile in just one day. Mr Mostavi, Olivia and the team have been great in getting all the implants in and the temporary bridge has already boosted my confidence and changed my look. Role on April and the final version is beeing fitted.

Fantastic experience: Clock Dental Practice Weymouth: I was quite daunted about going for dental treatment as I have neglected my teeth somewhat but found Dr Mostavi to be non judgemental so was off to a good start. I found Dr Mostavi to be a very patient dentist who was gentle and he really concentrated on his work. He was also unhurried. He is obviously very enthusiastic about his work. His assistant Olivier was also very re-assuring. The practice has some very high tech equipment which ensures accuracy. I had two bridges fitted which was done by using a 3d mapping camera of all my teeth so that when they were cut from a highly specialised ceramic they matched my existing teeth. This is all done by computer so is spot on. The result was fantastic. A near perfect match with my original teeth as is possible and I am able to confidently smile again. Negative experience: I was totally disgusted by the lack of options given to me regarding the problem I am having with my tooth under my bridge in fact none apart from in plants - and the dentist whole attitude when I dared suggest that what he was going to charge was a lot he just said some patients pay £35,000 - well good for them! It is a total racket it would appear to me his own interest is money not providing a service. So pleased that Dr Chan my own dentist is completely different - a lovely man.

Positive experience: Am absolutely furious the receptionist was brilliant and made sure my husband was seen on bottom floor as he has a broken femur and lack of bone density and a risk of slip or fall could result in fracturs of the spine and hip and when he turned up for xray on jaw to see if safe to go on medication he was made to walk up the 3 floors and was terrified coming back down ,the consequences of his fall would have catastrophic for him and the surgery, his nxt app is booked down stairs it had better be

There was no pressure put on me. The dentist and dental nurse were very professional. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: A good experience for a trip to the dentist

Negative experience: I had a child appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM. I picked up my daughter from school and headed straight to the clinic at 3:15 PM. But guess what? They called me at 4:00 PM! Who came after me? They called everyone, I felt like we might have been treated unfairly.

Positive experience: Receptionist made wrong appointment slot so when we turned up the dentist didn’t have enough time to do the treatment. Wasted our time and no apology made. When asked what would be done to ensure this wouldn’t happen again, no answer given. When we finally did receive the treatment it was fine.

Fantastic experience: Needed an emergency appointment, called me back with an appointment straight away. The dentist gave me option of treatment and booked me in within 48hrs before my holiday. So great service.

Negative experience: Got an emergency booking for an extraction to then be told that the dentist “didn’t have time”. If you didn’t have time then why take my booking? Dentist was extremely rude and tried to put me on a course of anti biotics despite telling me there was no infection. Absolute money grabbers. I work at sea and now have to go back out in constant pain when it could have been sorted by a competent dentist. Absolute joke.

Negative experience: Changed from 5 to 0…. So annoyed… been with them for ages. I should have known they were going to be an issue when they canceled my appointment and kept MY deposit of £25. And put a strike against me saying I didn’t attend. Despite me having the text saying THEY had cancelled the appointment due to sickness. I now find out that I’ve been removed for not being in in awhile… I’ve not been made aware or this. No call, email, text warning NOTHIN!!! The last appointment I had was last year and call them up to be told “oh that was a private appointment not NHS” again thanks for telling me at the time. I suppose I should have known since they charged me £75. Take your money and buisness else where please

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars then I would. This practice has definitely gone downhill since Mr Morgan left/retired. Checkups take less than 60 seconds now and then they have the audacity to charge £20+ as a NHS patient. Insisted that I see the hygienist at £74 a pop l, as a private patient cost by the way, which, okay, I’ve been reluctant to do due to cost, etc. When actually saw hygienist (reason for this appointment review) ‘Maria’ did the bare minimum and then insisted that I should be having a more expensive treatment costing £360 every three months even though the dentist had said that I only needed the basic hygienist treatment. Because I was not happy and queried the reason for her assessment, Maria became VERY rude and opened the door as if to usher me out, saying that I could always go somewhere else if I didn’t like it. Have raised complaint and awaiting response but in the meantime, I recommend staying away from this practice as they’re only interested in fleecing their patients unlike what Mr Morgan used to do.

Fantastic experience: Throughout my life I have always regularly visited a dentist and looked after my teeth. However 15 years ago I had a traumatic tooth extraction at a local practice, to which I did not return. Ever since I have had a succession of various inept dentists all of which has left me with a fear of dental treatments and my teeth in a less than good repair. In 2021 I was recommended to Dr Behrang Mostavi and have had extensive work. I have been impressed by his professionalism and extensive knowledge. For example he understood one of the side effects of a prescription drug I was taking was having a negative effect on my gum health. This has allowed me to discuss the matter with my doctor, and come off that medication, because of this my gums are no longer inflamed and have returned to normal. His Dental Nurse is also friendly and she further helps put me at my ease. My latest visit was yesterday and sadly it was for a tooth extraction and remembering my last one, it was hard to stay calm. He explained what the treatment would entail and it was dealt with sensitively, pain free and quick. The difference between this and my last extraction could not be more vast. Because of my experiences with Behrang, each and every visit I loose my nervousness. I am delighted that I have Dr Behrang Mostavi to look after my dental health, I can recommend him highly for his knowledge, kindness and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: This was my 3rd visit. Very satisfied. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Waiting area is comfortable. Was in an out quite quickly, as only having a night guard fitted.

Negative experience: Had to leave because the dentist overrun with patients by quite some time and I had to go get my son from school. Disappointed because I lost £50 that I can't really afford to throw away and my time, for something that I didn't even get seen

Fantastic experience: Had my appointment with Dr. Maria Ruiz on Saturday for a PRP (Vampire Facial) all treatment from start to finish was painless and professional. My skin is feeling so clear and shinny. Dr. Maria told me I would be able to see the results after 2 weeks but I could see it 1 day after, the glowing and healthiness and my face feels so smooth. Highly recommend having treatments with Dr. Maria. This is not my first treatment with her and for sure won't be the last.

Negative experience: I have been at the practice twice. The receptionist is very professional and kind. However, the dentist named Maria is extremely rude and disrespectful towards her patients. I won’t recommend her to anyone. She needs to go through a rigorous professional training. I am very disappointed with her behaviour!

After just one consultation at The Clock, we felt instantly reassured and cared for. Nothing is too much bother for them. Since then, we’ve both had some appointments for fillings and my Wife has even had a SureSmile aligner fitted! Also, we were able to get an appointment for our 6 year old son and the staff were incredible to him. We highly recommend The Clock Dental Practice and we are so appreciative to them for their kind and caring manner but also their advanced equipment which helps to make procedures more comfortable. Fantastic experience: Excellent service from Dr Mostavi, had a crown fitted three years ago and over the last couple of months there has been a slight infection around the tooth. The crown was removed and replaced with a new crown, no visible signs of infection. Course of antibiotics prescribed and another appointment to review the crown in two months time.

Negative experience: Registered my 10 year old daughter here as a nhs patient here last year. And we are still waiting to see a dentist for the first. The first was cancelled on the day of the appointment while we were driving there (it is an hour drive away). I rebooked a new appointment, which the next available one was 4 months later. When the date of this appointment arrived I thought I would ring up before setting off. I was told this book had also been cancelled. The snooty receptionist claimed that they had sent a text in February to tell us however I hadn't made the booking until March. Very poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: I have a real phobia of tooth extraction & today had an appointment with Alix the lovely lady dentist. She so put me at ease & despite fearing the worst l hardly felt the needle. It was a back molar which was badly decayed & infected, but l can honestly say the whole procedure was completely painless. I certainly won’t be afraid in the future & cannot recommend Alix enough.

Negative experience: Horrific customer experience! Lack of communication during my check up and “consultation” regarding a brace. Receptionist had no costumer skills and was extremely unprofessional and rude.

Fantastic experience: I had treatment on the 10th July 2020. The preparation regarding infection control is second to none. I have recently been working in PPE provision and they were very well prepared. I was very impressed with the service, use with confidence that you are in safe hands. Ioana and her team were very friendly but professional at the same time.

Negative experience: Really very disappointed to call the practice today to make an appointment, to be told I’m no longer welcome as a patient as I have had to cancel just 3 appointments in the past due to being unwell with my disability (all of which I’ve called to cancel and explained each time) I’m actually really shocked and upset by this, and to not even have received an apology. I have a fluctuating neurological condition which the surgery was aware of, and although I appreciate the frustration in me having to cancel at short notice, unfortunately this is the nature of my condition and I have always let the practice know.

Nothing but praise for Dr Mostavi who I saw for the first time today: filling required that was done straight away during the routine check-up appointment - everything undertaken really professionally, completely painless and very quick. Dentistry is so much better these days than it used to be.

Negative experience: 5 years to find an NHS dentist , 3 months with one appointment cancelled to get a few uncomplicated fillings , 2 minutes for one filling to fall out. Don't you just love (the envy of the world )NHS. Tired to leave a review on their website but they wouldn't accept it probably only accept 5 stars will keep trying Hi just read your response to my review . There's no way I will set foot in to your surgery again no thank you. Just to update you, 3 days ago the repair to the filling in my front tooth cracked and is loose again . I am looking on your web site to make an official complaint to your professional body but you have no complaints procedure.

Negative experience: Arrived 4 mins late for my appointment and Iona pelican said I could not been seen. Rebooked and arrived 10 mins early. Kept waiting an hour. Couldn’t wait any longer so am still in pain. Waste of time. Shame as the lady’s on reception are nice but dentist is just bloody minded.

Negative experience: Awful. The lady who owns this practice, Ioana Pelican, is rude and obnoxious. She has an arrogant attitude. Seems to have ideas above her station and thinks she can treat people badly because she’s the boss. Shame as the two ladies on reception were lovely.

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of the dentist. Fact. I had not been for 8 years. I was scared to go. However the way I was greeted by Claire the receptionist was amazing. Simply put her manner and empathy are superb. She put me at my ease before I made the trip upstairs to see the dentist. This is not a job for her, but a vocation, and a stunning example others could learn from. Again the dentist and nurse were amazing and so gentle, helping me understand and explaining everything I needed to know. I will definitely be going back.
