Negative experience: On more than 1 occasion be over an hour late in being seen with no apology from dentist himself ! Dentures that don’t fit paid £1200 for them now tells me £200 to realign them. Other dentists will realign for £120!!!!

Fantastic experience: I feel very grateful to my local dentist, The Lawns, for seeing me today! I rang this morning not expecting a same day appointment. I have an infected tooth which needs to come out after an antibiotic course. I am very nervous of dental treatment but found the dentist, Petros Mapanda, very reassuring of my anxieties.

Positive experience: I’m satisfied with the treatment I received at the lawns dental practice today didn’t cause me to much pain I’m a happy customer

Fantastic experience: I come from Kings Lynn to go there after my dentist on Kings Lynn took both my son and I off their list during covid. However I think it may have been the best move. Always been nervous of going to the dentist but the young girl I see is amazing and her colleague. I would rate them higher if I could...sorry guys can't remember your names..we always have a little laugh whilst in the room. Today I thought they were getting ready to do some painting as they suited up...but no cleaning my teeth It can get messy ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I came to The Lawns Dental Practice with a number of complex dental issues that have been treated and resolved in a patient and understanding way by Mr Mapanda. As a result of his patience and expertise, and knowing when to refer to and involve other professionals, I have been diagnosed and treated for Atypical Odontalgia, TMJ and I have had a jaw tremor and misaligned bite successfully treated by Mr. Mapanda and his visiting associate Dr. Robert Kerstein using Disclusion Time Reduction Therapy (DTR). Mr.Mapanda’s treatment, his calm manner, thirst for knowledge and his ability to work with other professionals have given me back my smile and my confidence. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Petros and his team. I had a dental Phobia when I went there from childhood trauma and thought I would need sedation. Due to the kindness, care and attention of Petros, I had crowns and and an inlay with no sedation. I cannot thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: I have recently undergone Tscan digital bite therapy. I had a bite disorder, which had developed over time to cause jaw and tooth pain . Petros recognised the symptoms and recommended this treatment. I am please to say that following this process my bite disorder has been corrected and the jaw and tooth pain has been resolved. Petros has been excellent and very considerate throughout, thoroughly explaining each stage in detail during the treatment process. I have always been made to feel welcome by the very friendly and helpful staff. Big thanks to Alexa who was very supportive throughout. Amazing technology I highly recommend this course of treatment. Fantastic experience: We had such an amazing expierence once again. After 3 visits and amazing support from dentist Reham and her colleague my little 6 years old boy got his tooth fixed and is extremely happy! Previous traumatic dental expierence made him horrified of dentist but dentist Reham was so supportive friendly and patient that I believe my little boy will be happy to go to his all dentist appointments in the future! Could not recommend her enough, seriously for all the children (and not only them) Ms Reham is the best! Not to mention prices are surprisingly low. Thank you very much!❤️

The service from the team here was amazing and the hygienist performed the most thorough consultation and clean I have ever had. I have rated 5 stars as I cannot recommend the team enough and their infection control protocols are impressive to which makes me as a patient feel safe and in great hands.

Negative experience: I have been attending this Dental Practice for more than 10 years and the Hygienist treatment I have just experienced was the most uncomfortable I have ever had; it was comparable to being water-boarded! I informed the hygienist at the end of the session and got an apology but I think someone needs some additional training! I hope this message prompts that.

Fantastic experience: Hi everyone at the Lawns ,i would just like to thank you all for making my experience a very friendly and pain free one ,i have had over 20 teeth removed by Bruno over the period of 3 months and every tooth was extracted without pain or discomfort ,i would highly recommend Bruno as an expert in extraction of teeth ,i have had new dentures made which are beautiful and a perfect fit , the service is second to none the dentits are very friendly but also extremely professional and the receptionists are very welcoming and helpful , all i all in this very difficult time we are all going through ,i have had a very pleasent experience and will continue to use the Lawns dental practice as does other family members and i would and will highly recommend the practice to anyone who asks thankyou so much for my lovely new teeth .
