Fantastic experience: I have been using Smiles for over 30 years and have always found them friendly and pleasant. Additionally, I have had treatment from Giuseppe, Morris and the specialist Maria and can recommend all three of them. The hygienist Mariana is also very good! Weronika on reception always welcomes you with a smile, so am happy to still visit this practice despite having moved from Southfields to Raynes Park. Subsequent to the above post, I've had to relocate to a practice closer to home, as I was finding the travelling irksome. I'm very sorry to have left Smiles and can recommend them to anyone new to the Southfields area.

Fantastic experience: One of the best decisions I made was handing over the care of my teeth to Morris at Smiles@Preventativedental a few years ago. After some anxiety around gum health and moving teeth, Morris gave me a treatment plan that suited my needs and the highest standard of care. I completed the plan and now have total peace of mind, healthy gums and a lovely smile. Morris and his team are highly professional, caring and a joy to visit. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the on-going care of my teeth.

Fantastic experience: The best dentists I have ever had! I absolutely recommend the Smiles@Preventivedental practice. I first visited Smiles@Preventivedental as an emergency appointment in 2011. I received first class treatment from Drs Morris Weinstein and Guiseppe Di Filippo to a standard I had not experienced before. I was so impressed by the caring approach of the whole team, including the hygienists and receptionists, that I stayed with the practice for the next five years. I had to move back to Northern Ireland in 2016 for medical treatment so I transferred to another dentist there. The dental practice in NI was adequate but felt routine - not at all like the personalised, expert approach I had experienced at Smiles@Preventivedental. When I developed a potentially serious dental problem in 2023, the dental practice in NI did not have the expertise to deal with it. I then decided, without hestation, to go back to Smiles@Preventivedental in London to the dental experts I knew and trusted. As I had anticipated, the problem was soon identified and then treated with coordinated input from every member of the Smiles@Preventivedental team. The specialist input of Dr Maria Retzepi was especially appreciated at that time. So I have been attending the Smiles@Preventivedental practice again ever since. Dr Morris Weinstein has since got my teeth back into shape with some excellent restoration work and Mariana De Oliveira Santana, dental hygienist, keeps me in check every 3 months with ongoing encouragement. Fantastic experience: If like me you have a phobia of going to the dentist, then I can highly recommend going to Smiles. When I needed, but definitely didn’t want, to see a dentist they were unbelievably patient, kind and understanding. They took the time to explain what needed to happen, didn’t rush me and, most importantly, gave me the confidence to go and see them for routine check ups after the initial situation had been resolved.

Fantastic experience: I arrived at Smiles with a broken tooth and expected it to take several visits to put it right but it was done at once as the dentist built up a new tooth in one visit. Fantastic experience: See an expert hygenist at least every 6 months to keep the dentist away! Personally I see a Smiles@Preventivedental every 3 to 4 months and have only needed a basic dentist's check-up once a year for the last 5 years resulting in no expensive dental bills! Amazing! I have only experienced one incident requiring treatment when my veneer became dislodged: this event resulted from natural causes over a very long period of time i.e. no reflection on my dentist at all. Morris Weinstein is an outstanding dentist: my fear is not dental treatment: it is the fear of "horrendous" financial bills! But I AM fearful of hygenists if I don't follow their guidance which I have leaned over time is actually very simple and just requires habitual maintenance on my own part. My hygenist now even compliments me for my due care and attention and I go home with no necessity for any dental treatment...and NO exhorbitant fees.....again! What is my message? Take a leaf out of my book to save yourself considerable fees.

Fantastic experience: It was a long journey but worth every minute of it. I had no idea what a difference the treatment would make not only to my teeth but to the whole shape of my face. Not only are my teeth nice and straight, but also the shape of my jaw has completely changed. My smile is significantly wider, my lips have much better support and my chin and cheekbones appear more defined. The end results are way beyond my expectations and I'm totally thrilled. Morris has been so supportive end encouraging throughout. His attention to detail is extraordinary and his pursuit of perfection is never ending. My treatment plan went on far longer than either of us had originally bargained for and at times I was on the verge of giving up but each time (of which there were many) Morris, encouragement persuaded me to continue which I'll always be thankful for. Morris has been my dentist for almost 40 years. I trust him implicitly so I knew deep down that he was right even though I doubted my own resolve to continue. The difference in my smile has given me so much more confidence and my teeth are easier to clean too. No more build up of plaque in difficult to reach places so in the long term my gum health will also benefit. I could go on.... Thank you to Morris and his team. I shall be forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: My family and I started using Smiles when we first moved to Southfields in 1995. We have used them ever since. I have great confidence in the skills of the dentists and the range of treatments on offer. There are several dentists working there and each one of them is excellent. The same goes for the dental hygienist who is very thorough. In general all staff are friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing (believe it or not for a dentist!). Fantastic experience: Appointments run on time, they're easy to book and all the staff, especially Weronika on reception, are welcoming and friendly. They have early appointments which suit me well. I find Dr Morris takes preventative approach to dental care and I never feel I'm having treatment unnecessarily. Mariana is a wonderful hygienist who also offers excellent advice.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Morris and his team for as long as I can remember, they are excellent. He puts you at ease, remembers important events, he is much more than a dentist! Fantastic experience: On 25 July I had for the first time a CEREC crown placed by the dentist Dr Morris Weinstein using specialized computer software. All was done as explained professionally two days before. Dr Morris Weinstein did an excellent work with patience and precision fitting the crown perfectly with the right color to my full satisfaction in one session. His assistant, the nurse Gosia, was of great help and made me feel comfortable on that day. There is a friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the practice and all the staff works as a team: the dentists, the nurse, the Hygienist Marianna, the receptionist Weronika... Fantastic experience: I am writing this review because I had such a great experience. The receptionist, who was incredibly friendly and patient (I apologize for not remembering her name), deserves high praise for her excellent job. Additionally, my hygiene appointment with Marianne was truly exceptional. In the past, I have had to go all the way to Brazil to have my teeth cleaned, and for the past two years, I had been trying to get rid of a yellow color on the corner of my teeth. Despite being told by others that it was just my teeth's natural color, Marianne was able to remove it and leave all my teeth looking cleaner and whiter than ever before. Fantastic experience: I have always been very happy with the treatment I and my family have received at Smiles Preventative DP over the years. The staff here are always very professional and friendly. I particularly want to thank Mariana the lovely hygienist who is very patient and gentle with me as I have sensitive gums, She did a great job polishing my teeth yesterday which made me very happy!

Negative experience: If I could give no stars I would. I have been totally bullied by the dentist at Smiles in Replingham Road. Firstly when I said I would like nice white straight teeth I received an email saying I should have all my teeth out and implants!! When I said I did not want to do this magically the dentist could help me in other ways! I did absolutely everything that was asked of me and completed my hygienst treatment. Was then waiting for my appointment with the dentist. I had an email telling me I had wasted 3.5 hours of consultation time. I had to change some appointments. The first was because the hygienist went on holiday the second was because I was told to leave two weeks between that appointment and the one with the dentist. 2 changes beyond my control. I did change two other appointments for very good reasons and I gave virtually a weeks’ notice for these changes. I then received what I can only describe as a totally bullying email. I replied saying I was not questioning the dentist ability but then received a second even more bullying email. I am afraid there is a big problem there. I asked to speak with the owner Morris Weinstein to put forward my bullying allegations but he deemed it not necessary to speak with me. Also before this happened I recommended a friend who has lovely teeth and she was told she should have her two front teeth out and implants. Totally and utterly unnecessary! DO NOT use this dentist.

Fantastic experience: Morris and his team are brilliant. I've just completed a 6-month Suresmile course to straighten my teeth. I'm 59 years old and wouldn't have believed that I could improve my teeth at this stage in my life. I am thrilled with the outcome. Fantastic experience: Underwhelming kerb appeal compounded by steep stairs to the Smiles practice. A condemned man climbing the Scaffold? Apprehension soon dispelled by a cheery receptionist and ordered waiting area. Morris quickly passed me on to Liz and a plan was made. The plan was executed with great care and precision by perfectionist Liz. It was not a quick process but I am delighted with the results. I don't think you would choose Smiles on pricing alone but for value, quality and all important confidence I would unhesitatingly recommend it.

I have been very happy with the treatment I've had completed and certainty feel the service has been much better than what I've received elsewhere in London.

The staff are personable, caring and careful to make each visit the best it could possibly be. It has quite restored my faith in what had been a very traumatic dental journey 10 years ago.
