Fantastic experience: Another good experience, I’ve visited this practice regularly over the last 18 months. Emma and Lexi were very attentive today, highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I had a beautiful experience at the Dental Health Club with Jenny and Becky. They were so thorough and knowledgeable and professional. I knew I was in safe hands when my teeth, gums and mouth were checked for anything suspicious. I then had my teeth expertly cleaned with the most up to date equipment and photographed to give me guidance on how to brush more effectively. I would highly recommend a check up here! My mouth and teeth felt fantastic! Thank you Jenny and Becky!

Fantastic experience: The best dental appointment I’ve ever had. I left with my teeth feeling incredibly smooth and fresh, a noticeable difference compared to appointments I’ve had elsewhere. Every member of staff was friendly and took the time to talk me through each step of the process. They didn’t rush at all and carefully explained not only what they were doing, but also how I can maintain and improve my dental care at home. The education and advice I received was genuinely invaluable and something no one has ever taken the time to provide before. A truly brilliant experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dental Health Club - Wirral Excellent Hygienist appointment - all the staff were kind and helpful - exceeded my expectations - the overall experience was very good from start to finish. Michelle (receptionist) was very welcoming upon arrival, bright, cheerful and very helpful both on the phone and in person. Rebecca (nurse) happy to answer all my queries with excellent knowledge - very good manner and kind reassuring patience. Jenny Walker (Hygienist) was very thorough - cleaned my teeth, gums and demonstrated whilst explaining the full process in "Layman's” terms for my future reference - answering all my queries with patience and care. Extremely happy with the results of this first visit - highly recommend - I can see and feel the difference to my teeth and gums instantly!!! Very pleased, Brilliant thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to the Dental Health Club and I had my first hygienist appointment with Carrie-Anne Taylor and Koren. I was put at ease as soon as I walked through the door and the practice was lovely, bright and relaxing. Carrie-Anne explained the procedure in detail and nothing was rushed. My teeth and mouth felt great afterwards and I could not believe how clean my teeth looked and felt. I was given so much important and useful information from Carrie-Anne in looking after my teeth which I really appreciate. Would highly recommend the Dental Health Club and will definitely be a regular customer going forward.

Fantastic experience: As someone who really struggles with the anxiety of going to the dentist, I was made to feel so at ease and had a really positive experience. I have had a scale and polish at the dentist previously which I have found uncomfortable but my treatment today was the complete opposite and my teeth feel amazing afterwards. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: First time visiting the Dental club. A very nice experience. Staff were great and the practice was bright and comfortable. I felt relaxed and in the hands of experienced staff who knew their craft. The procedure was not rushed and information was passed onto me during and after the work was completed. My teeth and mouth felt great afterwards. Your teeth and mouth health is so important to your general wellbeing. I am back there in 3 months to check if I have followed the good advice

Fantastic experience: I met with Emma and Koren today for my initial check up on my Dental hygiene. The visit was 45 minutes, but Emma put me at ease immediately and was very informative at every stage of the treatment. I was reassured and actually look forward to returning for my next treatment. Fantastic experience: Came dental hub before starting my other dental treatment, the staff are so nice , very knowledgeable especaly gum health, the treatment . Rebecca has been giving me has already shown significant improvement in only a few visits. Compared to my usual nhs dentist who have limited time ect. I do get anxious visating the dentist but on entering your greeted by frendly reception an Becky an other nurses put me at ease . Thanks girls

Rebecca was accompanied by Millie, both ladies made me feel as ease during the whole process and seem to have a great personal and professional relationship.

Fantastic experience: Jenny is a consummate professional and the best hygienist I have had and I have had private dental care for over 20 years. She was extremely thorough, explained everything she was doing and her findings, showed me how to clean properly with an electric toothbrush, how to floss between teeth and massage gums to get rid of bacteria. I left with some free samples to try out at home and was thrilled with the cleaning process and care taken. I am tempted to book my son in with Jenny for an ‘extra’ clean even though he is also on a private dental plan with four cleans a year. Thank you Jenny. I am now event more confident about the health of my teeth and gums and know that I am absolutely implant ready.

Fantastic experience: The most amazing care and attention from Jenny and Darcy today. Honestly I had put it off for months but they were both incredible. We have a plan! I feel so much better now and look forward to seeing them again soon to start my implant journey. Thank you ladies

Fantastic experience: I was referred here for a deep clean ahead of dental implant surgery. From start to finish, everyone was kind, friendly, and professional, and I was made to feel completely at ease. I usually get quite nervous visiting the dentist or hygienist due to a bad experiences in the past, but both Rebecca and her nurse Millie were fantastic. Rebecca was so gentle that the whole experience was actually relaxing — something I never thought I’d say about a hygienist visit!

Fantastic experience: Jenny & her team are excellent !!! They are perfectionists !!! They leave no stone unturned !!! You would not get better treatment if you went to Harley street in London !!! It is a very well run practice ,!!! Michelle on the desk is also.excellent !!!

Fantastic experience: The hygiene appointments here are completely next level! Incredibly professional and thorough! I was provided with a much more in depth assessment than my usual dentist practice. The hygienist explained everything in depth and showed my X-rays on a big screen to provide me with advice on how to brush in certain places due to gaps that couldn’t be seen. After just one appointment my bleed score had halved. The goody bag was a lovely touch too. This place is like a spa experience and the staff are lovely! I’d highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Having had gum problems for years I am always filled with dread when visiting the hygienist. I have had 2 appointments with Rebecca and have felt very relaxed and not made to feel guilty. A thorough check is undertaken along with cleaning and advice. Would recommend.

Carrie-Anne immediately put me at ease, and was friendly and professional throughout the appointment. She talked me through everything she was doing and why, clearly explained her recommendations and the next steps. Koren was very friendly and reassuring as well. I would highly recommend them!

The staff were very friendly and put my nerves to rest - I felt so comfortable I could have stayed longer and chatted. Negative experience: Appointments not easy to make and pay online as classed as spam. Time confirmed when first payment was different from a text received prior to appointment. Machine not ready for treatment . Hygienist experience ok.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time visiting the dental health club and I found it so clean and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Both Becky’s at the Dental heath club took care of me in particular, from start to finish they were professional and very thorough. During my appointment I had a hygiene check up as well as X-rays, Becky was a fountain of knowledge so I came away with lots of useful information on how to look after my teeth.
