Fantastic experience: Absolutely great treatment. Had a molar removed and was incredibly well looked after when started feeling very ill from having anaesthetic injections (don’t do well with needles) took their time and helped me feel better before continuing with my extraction and so far feeling 100% better compared to how I was when I went to number 9. Thank you for your outstanding help and advice.

Fantastic experience: On entry to the reception the area was warm, clean & welcoming. The reception team had smiles on their faces and were very friendly. Once in the Dentist chair which was bang on time both staff in the room were once again friendly and polite. I was just in for a check up but had a couple of concerns which my Dentist was only too happy to help me with even organising for the reception team to hand me some exercise sheets to follow. I would highly recommend Number Nine Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: It was a very difficult filling and dentist had to have me laid right flat. I can’t lay flat due to COPD and it caused me to start wheezing. It made it more difficult to successfully complete the filling. It took longer but he managed to complete it .I was in to much pain to abort the procedure but I was treated very well considering the complications.5 * treatment for NHS fee.

Fantastic experience: I attended today for an urgent appointment after cracking a crown . An extraction was recommended. I was extremely nervous about this but the dentist and his assistant reassured me. All the way through I was kept informed of the progress (which was very important to keep me calm). I would definitely recommend this practice.

Positive experience: Ray the dentist was very thorough and listened to my concerns . It has been hard to get appointments for a few years with a loss of dentists and continuity which has had a negative effect on all the family’s dental care ( hence 4/5) but hopefully there is more stability now. The staff are always polite and try to help.
