Fantastic experience: I joined this practice because of Dr Lisa Kienert. After seeing her amazing work on Instagram, I was so pleased to learn that she works locally in Wimbledon. Lisa helped me fix previously poorly done Invisalign, I had spent two years wearing it with unsatisfactory results, and she corrected everything in just under six months. Lisa is a perfectionist with a calm energy, a trustworthy dentist, and, beyond that, an artist who creates beautiful smiles. Lisa isn’t just incredible for adults, she’s also wonderful with little ones. She became my 4-year-old son’s dentist, and we now do regular check-ups. My son loves seeing Lisa she’s friendly, patient, amazing with kids, and always makes sure he gets a sticker each time. I can’t thank Lisa enough for making my son love going to the dentist without drama or fuss, he even looks forward to his visits. I couldn’t recommend Dr Lisa Kienert more!

Fantastic experience: Whilst generally looking after my teeth I’ve never prioritised the dentist and therefore was very anxious on attending for fear of judgement. Marzyeh Parvizi made me feel super comfortable, worked with me to put a clear correction plan in place whilst being very understanding. A stain was even fixed there and then on the spot. Fantastic experience: Excellent service! I went for emergency treatment for an abscess. I had never been there before but I was able to get an appointment the same morning. Dr Marxian was amazing. She put me at ease, made sure the area was well anaesthetised. The whole thing was finished quickly and smoothly.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to sing the praises of Dentist Marzyeh Parviz and her assistant (I’m terribly sorry I forgot to ask your name). I attended an emergency session after my local dentist was unable to remove a decayed molar. I had been in a lot of pain and believed it had now become infected also, which Marzyeh confirmed. I was given the options to either have it extracted or be given antibiotics and wait for my referral to come through. At first I was wary of having it removed because my dentist had tried for almost an hour, but she promised to only give it a five minute try and she was a woman of her word. I’m obviously still in some pain but I know it’s a pain that will gradually improve. Thank you Marzyeh! 5* service.

Negative experience: My experience recently hasn't been very good. During my last September visit, the receptionist was supposed to get back to me with an information but never did. Last week, I tried getting an appt. and for 2 consecutive days, I would get vmail messages saying they were out for lunch and that they would be back only at 2 PM, whereas I was only calling them after 3 PM on both the days. When I managed to get across finally on the 3rd day, which was a Thursday morning ,they got me an appt only on Monday afternoon and yet on the day I was charged £130 in the name of emergency appointment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Service the orthodontist was excellent with my young daughter very professional kept her calm throughout our time at Merton dental centre and made her feel very comfortable and reassured. Children can be difficult to take to the dentist but the orthodontist displayed exceptional interpersonal skills. Work carried out was carried out to a very high standard and was priced fairly. When Marzyeh took over the ownership of the practice a couple of years ago, she and her Team have continued maintaining the excellence and professionalism Merton Dental was known and appreciated for. Fantastic experience: I recently underwent a composite fillings procedure to chips on my two front teeth. I am delighted with the result and the treatment I received from Lisa. The whole thing was explained to me very carefully prior to the appointment (both the cost and exactly what it entailed) and how to care for the fillings going forward. Fantastic experience: Dear Dr Marzyah, I have been to your clinic on 8/12/2023 with my daughter who had fractured tooth.Basically , before coming to you I visited another clinic ( where my daughter usually visit ) with my daughter. But , their management , communication and advice were substandard even though she had a dental emergency .To add insult to injury , we given appointment after 3 weeks Therefore , I decided to visit you for a consultation and second opinion . As soon as you checked her teeth ,you advised to go to St Thomas hospital as soon as possible rather than wasting time with temporary managements . Fantastic experience: I had appointment yesterday . after suffering from pain, the whole weekend, I’m desperate to see a dentist I came across of this clinic, found it on the Internet . The lady Dr, she was amazing and also the nurse. They explained everything . I was Scared because I suffered with my teeth all the time . I felt that, in my case she did miracles . Next day in my work, and I say that there is no pain anymore. One advised to everyone. You may think because they are private, they are very expensive, that’s not the case. their prices are very good and always give them a call and they will explain you everything. I think that their prices are better than NHS dentist .

Every person I have dealt with at Merton Dental has been professional and caring- from the receptionist to the hygienist (Karin, who I highly recommend) to Dr. Munther. The costs are reasonable for the level of service and the treatment plans are well-explained. I have only been a patient here for 6 months but have seen and felt a dramatic improvement.

I am very pleased with the excellent treatment and sensitive care I have received from Dr Sulieman and his team. All proposed treatment is explained clearly, both verbally and in writing, with options and costs. My teeth are now in great condition, with healthy gums, requiring only routine checks and hygiene visits. I am grateful to everyone at the practice for their professionalism, the help to overcome my fears and the humour!

I used to trek into central London to a very good dental practice, but quickly found Dr Munther Sulieman and his team to be equally as good and now I wouldn’t go back! They provide a truly excellent service. They are professional, efficient, experienced and honest: prevention of having treatment is their number one priority and I trust them implicitly to provide the best advice. The surgery is very clean and excellent provisions have been made, in particular during the pandemic, making it feel a very safe place to go these past few months. The atmosphere is also very friendly and personable and it has a lovely local, family feel. Recently my 12 year old son had to have some teeth taken out in preparation for a brace as advised by our orthodontist. After a week of him worrying and suffering from immense anxiety in the lead up to the appointment, it turned out to be a really good experience and the team were brilliant with him. Fantastic experience: I am really happy with the service received at Merton Dental. I needed a fair bit of remedial work doing as hadn’t been to a dentist in a long while and had lost a filling - everything was explained clearly and I received a thorough written report (with pictures) following my initial consultation. All the staff are really friendly and professional, and it’s great that I always get Mr Sulieman and Lucy the hygienist (my previous dentist tended to chop and change based on who was available). Dental surgery was a breeze - very considerate and having four fillings done I experienced no pain at all, to my great relief! My gums and teeth are much improved after just a few weeks. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other private surgeries locally too. Wish I’d made the effort and joined sooner! Many thanks to you all!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Munther for 5 years since I returned to London and a friend recommended him. Munther and his staff are excellent, his work is to a high standard, with clear explanations and lots of fun. I live in W6 (north of the river) and travel to Wimbledon as an excellent dentist is important to me.

Fantastic experience: I put off seeing the dentist for so long. I am the type of person who only goes if I have a problem and it hurts... after a friend recommended dr Munther. He was so patient and gentle and we have agreed on a plan for the next year to deal with all my problems and for the first time in my life I feel like I can cope. Can’t wait to be able to smile without being shy about the gaps. Taken my children, wife and parents too. My mum has dementia and Alzheimer’s and he is extremely good with her. No negatives for me that I can think of but will update this over the year.

Fantastic experience: After years of avoiding the dentist, Munther and his team at Merton Dental have taken away all my fears with their gentle but effective approach. Especially during my first appointments, they allowed for extra time to discuss & explain all the steps/treatment undertaken. During treatment they always ensure that I am comfortable and not experiencing any pain. Going to the dentist/hygienist is still not on top of my favourite things to do, but Merton Dental have managed to make it a regular and not to be avoided nor feared appointment - and the condition of my teeth has significantly improved consequently. Also, worth mentioning that Karin the practice coordinator is excellent, so very friendly whilst also professional.

Fantastic experience: I’ve attended this practice for many years, despite moving out of the area I’m happy to travel back for treatments. Dr Munther is professional, an expert in his treatment and knowledge. He doesn’t mince his words or apply any of the sales pressure that you find in some practices. I am totally confident in any work he does. The practice is immaculate and the team that run it are friendly organised and probably some of the best I’ve come across. It’s definitely the best dental experience I ever had.

I came to the practice with a myriad of problems and pain, which are now a thing of the past thanks to Munther and his amazing work. Munther and the team also brought my Mum from being a nervous patient that required medication to sit in the chair, to someone who now has no qualms about paying them a visit without any additional help; which speaks volumes to their level of customer care and professionalism.
