Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at L&Y dental since June this year, after enquiring about Invisalign. I have proceeded to have regular hygienist appointments to prevent some developing gum disease that was spotted, prior to my Invisalign beginning. The team have been fantastic and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process and my gums are so much better. I’ve had so many questions during the process the team have been great ant answering - I’m now ready for my Invisalign and bonding and couldn’t recommend this practise more!

Fantastic experience: From start to finish Dr. Yasmine and her team have been fantastic in assisting me with an Invisalign and whitening treatment. I had a middle gap for years and it was time to close it up. The consultation was relax with no pressure allowed me to discuss what I wanted to achieve in the coming months. When I needed new and tighter Invisalign trays, they came quickly. It’s a super friendly practise and I couldn’t fault them during the past year with them. Really happy with how it’s turned out.

Negative experience: Poor communication and a lack of responsiveness showing how much they respect peoples time. I would recommend avoiding this company and seeking out one that values professionalism and has strong or in this case at least a decent level of organisational skills and communicates effectively. Was supposed to meet with Dr. Yasmin and was told she is physically not there after waiting for 15 minutes and she will call me on zoom which I waited around for and she did not but regardless of that why was this not communicated with me before my arrival. Waste of my time and money. Your response just further proves how you as a company cannot take accountability for your mistakes and why would anyone trust a company like this with something as important as dental treatment should anything go wrong? Does Dr Yasmin Anaboussi de Santiogo not work at your clinic telling me my interview was with somebody else unrelated to your company and do you not work with Smiles and Smiles? Please do some research and find out the truth before trying to wash your hands off a situation that was caused by people who work there and organised it poorly I have screenshots proof of where i was supposed to be and who i was supposed to meet please don’t make me attach those. I have not said your treatment coordinators and front of house, nurses etc. don’t put in hard work. All i am saying is i was not made aware Dr Yasmin was physically not there when I arrived and was told 15 minutes later. After a lady behind reception spoke to her on the phone IN FRONT of me Dr Yasmin was supposed to call me which she never did. I was later told that allegedly she was on her way but something must have happened etc. which is absolutely ridiculous because then the least your team that organised all this could have made me aware by call, text or email there was NOTHING so do not spin my words.

Fantastic experience: I want to thank Dr. Nahla for the fabulous work she did! Her skill and professionalism are unmatched I didn’t feel any pain at all she made a fantastic work . I’ve had bad experiences with dentists in the past, but she completely changed my impression. I’ll definitely be booking future appointments with her and recommending her to everyone I know. Negative experience: I came here last year, forgot to leave a review but came across this company, they are not good with time and communication. I got there and was told they were slightly running late, I asked how long and they said 20 minutes, I asked if they were sure and they said yes, that would be the maximum time and it could even be less, which was fine by me then. 30+ minutes went by and nobody came to tell me anything, I was still waiting so I went over to the desk and ask how long again and they said another 10mins and still nothing so altogether after 40mins+ I decided to just leave because I would have been late to pick up my daughter as I lived far from there, it took me 1hour and 30minutes, paid for parking at my local station. The lady at the desk didn’t really seem to care. That was my first time there and it gave me a bad impression. I did send an email to express my frustration and did get a response to say they can refund me for my parking (that’s why I gave the extra star) if I send proof, I didn’t bother because it’s not about how much I paid it’s just the frustration of how unprofessional it was. I understand that people can be late but the lack of communication, not giving a care about other people’s time is the frustrating part, it wasn’t nice and that’s all I can remember from this business now, first impression counts. Hopefully it’s better now.

The dental clinic is very clean and the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. She was great with attention to detail and listened closely to my preferences to ensure I was happy with the result. Positive experience: The hygienists and dentists themselves are great - professional, friendly and patient. However, the operations and admin are messy. I have so far had 3-4 appointments with them (check-up, follow-up, hygienist etc.), and they'd call me a few days ahead to ask me to reschedule. I understand circumstances change, but this happens to almost every single one of my appointments. I specified a time for a reason and I am hardly late to the appointments. They give me the impression that they don't value their customer's time. I always have to chase to get the invoices sent to me for insurance purposes yet I do remind them after every appointment. This is simply unprofessional and bothersome. UPDATE APR 2024: Vast improvement to the management of bookings, no more rescheduling requests on their side. Happy with the service they provide.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service provided at L&Y Dental City branch team for my mum's oral procedure led by Dr Pasquale. Dr Pasquale was very patient and explained the procedure as well as the reports and follow up very nicely, also giving an opportunity to ask any questions. Fantastic experience: Simply amazing expereince! I was so impressed at how competent Dr Yasmin and her nurse Gabi were in helping me with a fractured tooth when I came in and luckily were able to save me from implants which I feared. The treatment on the day was great and they were both so re-assuring on the day to check on me throughout to see if I was in any pain or discomfort. All in all - 5 star service and L&Y now has a patient for life in me and I would recommend to all.

Fantastic experience: One of the best private practice in London. I always come here for my doctor appointments also for the dentist. Dr. Guillermo (dentist and ortho) is amazing with such a professional attitude, patience and dedication. Being from Venezuela myself I feel so comfortable whenever I have an appointment. After many years in the UK after living in Canada I wasn’t able to find a good dentist, until I found L&Y (previously StoneHealth Clinic).

Positive experience: I feel I trust this surgery after having tried a few different ones over the years, both private and nhs. As any dentists, the ones here are a bit different from one another but have always treated me with respect and I have not felt judged about my teeth. The treatments are private and expensive but not as exorbitant as elsewhere and there is no pushiness to sell expensive treatments. The surgery is very well equipped and extremely clean. So far the only surgery I do not feel weird going to! Only negatives are the private prices and the occasional delay in the waiting room. But it’s a rather comfortable one!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the service, after being waiting for more than 2 months for an appointment with the orthodontist, she told me she doesn't want to treat me, because it's a difficult case she doesn't want to take, and because of the "inconsistent of my situation", even insisting I am living and settled in London again. After a year approx I decided to start a treatment with them I was very happy with the dedication of Dr. Lola Mendez, I spent more than 300 pounds in X-ray and booking for consultation because the Dr needs time to think about my problem and situation, which I was very grateful for her dedication but my work situation in London changed and I had to leave to Spain, I informed to the clinic (they knew in advance that this situation could happen) and unfortunately I couldn't start the treatment, after a year approx I came back to the clinic and the Dr has denied to take my case or treatment with a very cold attitude, she said I should find a different clinic, without asking me any question about the reason of my consultation or what kind of orthodontic treatment I wanted to have or current situation. Very disappointed with the treat I have received it, I felt rejected, they have denied a proper consultation I was waiting for long, a treatment too and very disappointed with the lack of empathy from the clinic and services.

Fantastic experience: I just had my appointment with dr Guillermo. I truly recommend the clinic and the doctor. He is really gentle, professional and passionate about what he is doing. He explained in details what the x-ray was showing, a good deep cleaning of my teeth and really helpful giving me options and recommendations for my dental care

Fantastic experience: I am someone who has been petrified of the dentist since a kid and had neglected my teeth for quite some time. Dr Alberto Lopez was reassuring, professional and true gent from the very first appointment all the way through my 4 week treatment plan. The front of house staff were also fantastic with arranging my appointments and always greeted me with a smile. If you want a friendly, professional and reassuring dentist, look no further. Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic for treatment with hygeinist Geraldine at the start of 2022. my first non NHS experience and she was amazing. She gave me the best clean I had ever had!! I doubt i will ever have such a thorough clean again. She also taught me how to take better care of my teeth longterm. With her advice to this day my oral hygiene has mproved so much. Unfortuantely I no longer live in London but I would definately recommend her to everyone.

The hygienist was super gentle and she let my teeth super clean. The preemies super clean and stuff very friendly. Defenetly i will change my dentist to this lovely practice

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Came in early in the day to get tested for covid (for travel purposes) and inquired up front whether the results could come in same day. We were told you only did PCR testing even though the online ads and descriptions said you did antigen testing. That was weird but we were assured we’d get them in 4 hours and guess what happened? 11 hours later, no results!! Flights are early in the morning so opportunities to get tested at the airport in time are next to none. That creates several thousand pound damages for re-booked flights because of explicit incompetence of your staff. Disgrace. How can you flat out lie to people, in their face? Terrible customer service. Why does your staff ask your customers to spell out the email and then literally require them to write it down for you as well? Why is storing personal information (which I’m sure is against GDPR) a thing in your clinic when you can’t do the basic thing of sending the results back? You had literally one job, because you ask your customers to self test too, and for 95£ that’s borderline theft. You’re not even doing the testing and again, the one thing you had to do (provide results in a timely manner), your clinic failed at. [EDIT to your reply] If it's so rare -- you should be able to figure out who I am. And you've already ignored my emails so I don't expect anything other than excuses that you've already provided.

Fantastic experience: Walk-in, same day PCR test done. Had to be done within 24 hours of departure. I was anxious that I would not receive results in time. You do hear horror stories. But I was assured that I would have the result by midnight & sure enough they came through at about 9pm. Nice people, good process, would use again.

Fantastic experience: I stumbled across this place by accident and really glad I did. I wasn't someone that took care of my teeth very well. Went into this very pesemistacally thinking how much can a full clean on the teeth do. Was really wrong about that, I've ended up spending more time on my health and invested in kits to take care of myself which mentally is a massive boost. Ended up buying water flossers and electric brushes, sometimes you need a little nudge to set you on the right course. I love the fact that everything is very disciplined regarding time management for both my visits. Very nice and clean place to be. The staff are very nice, straight forward, know their stuff and extremely professional. The staff throughout any sessions make sure you are comfortable throughout. Since the sessions my teeth and gums feel so much better. I would highly recommend this place, the pricing plans are all explained on the site, you will be expected to make a small deposit, you have a grace period of 48 hours before the session if you wish to change appointments so I would suggest respecting this professional courtesy provided if you have any change of plans.

I'm such an anxious person, especially with dentists, and I can't tell you how brilliant, calm and totally understanding my dentist is, really listened to me, took her time, and made me feel like someone actually cared enough to make me feel relaxed. Negative experience: Terrible clinic. Booked online. No mention of requiring a deposit. Received a call from the receptionist saying a they would like 50% payment upfront. I told the receptionist i was not able to do it at that time. Heard nothing more about this. Received an email asking me to complete reams of paperwork which i duly did. Turned up at the appointment having travelled some distance to be there to be informed they had cancelled my booking. Waste of time and effort. Avoid.

Negative experience: Bad customer services, and they never refund me for my cancellation which I gave with notice. So if you wanna lose money this is the place to go. However, the doctor were nice, just the finance team are thieves and not serious when it comes to refunding money.

Fantastic experience: The dentist who did my first hygienist appointment in several years was incredibly kind and supportive. He also did a very thorough cleaning job on my teeth and they look and feel great! I will gladly go back to him again. The place is very nice and extremely clean and the staff friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I visited this practice for a covid PCR test after finding them on the government website as an official test provider. My experience at the practice was probably the best it could’ve been. The test was done carefully and gently, the nurse was extremely nice and talked me through each step, the results arrived the next morning. Just extremely professional, fair price and fast. Would recommend this place for PCR tests to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I first discovered Stonehealth Clinic last year. I went to get a PCR test for a work trip and I was so impressed with the staff and how gentle they were when it came to doing the test. Since then I have had a bit of dental work done, the latest of which is a whitening, and I am loving the results!

Negative experience: Worst dentist experience ever with Javier Perez. Specialized in implants (in order to maximize his earnings), he is not nice at all and takes the patient for stupid, overuses anaesthetics to cover his rude manners, and has zero psychology. Worst he does not accept his mistakes and shows bad willing. Never see him again.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Stone Health now for 3 years and I would never change from here now. So much so that I’m based in Manchester but I happily travel to London just for these guys. Since being a kid I have always feared the dentist (as most do) but the guys at Stone Health have seriously changed that fear of my visits to the dentist. At Stone Health you are greeted with a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. They have all the time in the world for you and the service is caring, genuine and honest. Fantastic experience: The place to go for aesthetic dental treatments. It took me years to find the place where to find the best service. They have such a friendly team, which was very helpful as I was quite afraid of dentists. Dr. Lopez is a wonderful doctor!

They are always more than happy to accommodate to your availability either late afternoons or weekends. The receptionists are always soo friendly!!!
