Fantastic experience: My 5 year old son attended this afternoon, it was his first time attending The Smile Centre. We had a fantastic experience, the dental nurse was simply amazing. So informative, so friendly and really put my son's fears to bed. I am so thankful.

Negative experience: Unorganised people with no respect towards the staff as well as customers . Very rude and disrespectful felt uncomfortable going into the practice. Disappointed to have a dentist like this in Coventry . I had given it no stars

Fantastic experience: Have been a patient here for 31 years.Dentists are all top notch.l went yesterday first time since ,Oct 2023.Which is totally my fault but Dentist.Anna was fabulous will be back for treatment in a couple of weeks.Thank you to you all at Smile Centre.I must add I have to have some teeth extracted which will take place at another surgery Anna informed me this on Friday morning.Saturday lunchtime I had a call from Longford Surgery who will doing this work they booked me in immediately.Fabulous First Class service if your looking for a top class Dental Surgery you must try the Smile Centre.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to The Smile Centre ever since I first started secondary school many years ago. The dentists have always been great and do a superb job no matter the situation you're in. Receptionists are really great - Leona in particular is fantastic and will go above and beyond for you. I’ve only ever been to this dentistry, and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. From booking to the appointment, the service is excellent and the process is always smooth.

Fantastic experience: Ive just picked up my new denture, from the smile centre on ball hill. The service is second to none from the friendly receptionist Leona to the expertise of Toufiq who fixed an I'll fitting chrome denture that I was no longer wearing in around 20 seconds. Also then making a new resin one that is the best fitting and most comfortable denture i have ever had. Thanks very much

Negative experience: My experience with this dentist has not been very good, me being a heart patient has been rushed in to hospital many times and due to not attending my appointment cause of and emergency they took me of the system even knowing my circumstances they did not understand.

Fantastic experience: I've gone to this dentist my entire life. I wouldn't be able to recommend this dental practice enough even if I tried. The people are lovely and you are greeted in with the likes of Leona and the other receptionists. My experience here has been brilliant from dental checkups to orthodontist appointments I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Nicola was my orthodontist and has helped me through my teeth-straightening journey. She is the most wonderful soul and is so easy to have a conversation with. As we know it has been a long, painful process but I'm glad it was with Nicola because she made me look forward to our next encounter. I'm happy to be one of Nicola's star patients and hopefully keep my teeth as wonderful as they are right now so i can keep up on the leaderboard. Thank you for the treatment and all the giggles we have had over the years .

Negative experience: I was registered here, they messed up my filling and now saying I’ll have to find somewhere else, I’m in extreme pain.

Negative experience: Regsitration with practise last year December and didn't show to my appointment in December as had Covid symptoms and rang them before my appointment and told then. Today they told me I haven't turned up for 3 appointments which isn't true and as a result I am no longer a patient there. She then went on to tell me I have been a patient there since 2011. Again not true, I was registered at a different practsie in Radford before this. No common sense and didn't listen to a word I said. Obviously their system is wrong. I just rang to see a dentist and to have a check up. I couldn't be bothered to argue and left the call and joining a different practice now.

Negative experience: I went in for the first time for a hole in my tooth. The doctor I saw recommended a filling and said that would fix the issue. I asked about a root canal because I’d been recommended a root canal previously but couldn’t get it done at that time. The doctor said the hole didnt seem deep enough for a root canal. So I got the filling. I went back in a few weeks later (less than 2 months) to complain because the pain hadn’t stopped, in fact it seemed more frequent and was then told by another doctor “oh you’d have to get a root canal at this point” And I’d have to pay the £73 pounds I’d paid previously that would have covered a root canal anyway. Of course I declined. I’d rather go to another dentist and pay that money than return to a clinic where the doctors aren’t even sure of their recommendations. I’d like to add how dismissive the first doctor I saw was about my pain. When she did the initial checks and I winced she said “it shouldn’t even be that painful.” So, no thank you 0/10 would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for years and so do my two girls and brother. We travel a good distance just to be treated at this place. The reception staff are always so polite and helpful. Really rate this place

Negative experience: Incompetent receptionist, lied to me about the cost of my treatment and refused to continue unless I pay more. Very long waiting time between appointments. Around 3/4 months between basic appointments. Wouldn’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: Update: I just come back from having a triple root canal and I legit nearly fell asleep during the operation. NO PAIN AT ALL!! 10/10 Fantastic. The staff are so kind, polite and understanding. I cannot recommend the smile centre enough.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist for years and was extremely nervous about coming for an appointment. Dr Toufiq was recommended to me due to his kind and patient approach with nervous patients such as myself. He was absolutely wonderful, spoke to me about my fears, talked me through everything he was doing, and I left feeling much more comfortable thinking about future visits for dental appointments. Treatments are explained thoroughly and carefully and prices transparent. Very good at dealing with people’s fears and nerves about visiting the dentist. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dental practice. I have been going there for 40 or so. I needed to have a tooth removed and have a false tooth on a plate put in. I have had a fobea about false teeth since I was a child I am now 70 so you see what a big thing this is for me. I was so nervous but Dr. Toufiq Majeed was so good with me and helped me relax I can't thank him enough. I have had my plate for one week now. Going from I don't think I can put it in to doing it with out looking. I was eating with it in right from day one. He told me every day it would be easier it really was. If anyone has the fear I had then don't it really is not that bad. Thank you again to Dr. Toufiq Majeed

Fantastic experience: Visited this dentist today with my mother, who has avoided dentists for years. Ali the receptionist was amazing throughout my booking process and Dr Junaid was incredibly kind and compassionate from the very start of the consultation. He took the time out to explain the treatment plan and listen to my mother and her concerns, reassuring and respecting her anxiety. He was incredibly professional and showed true empathy throughout. His primary concern was mums well being, treatment plan, prioritising her needs. Highly recommended and will be moving the family over. So pleased to have found an incredible dentist !!!

Fantastic experience: In one NHS appointment, dentist Jatinder Khangura have me a full check up, painlessly filled a back double molar that didn't have much tooth left (I was worried it might have had to be removed), and sorted out my sensitive teeth by applying new filler to all my abrasion cavities. Fantastic experience: I have always been a bad patient with the dentist, but with severe Toothache last week i made an emergency appiontment with the Smile Centre (my regular Dentist) after a examination and some antibiotics, i was booked to go back in for an extraction a few days later, i cannot thank Toufiq and his assistant enough, for making me not only feel at ease, but explaining exactly what he was going to do in depth, step by step and always checking i was comfortable throughout my visit, if you are a bad Dentist patient, then i highly recomend the Smile Centre, thanks again. Fantastic experience: Attended the practice and saw the dentist Dr Tourfiq Majeed I really can’t speak highly enough about him as he goes over an above on his patient care not rushing and putting the patient at the forefront of his work. Leona is the receptionist at the practice and she is truly outstanding taking it upon herself to contact the hospital on my behalf to support on escalation. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dental Practice, from the kind and helpful receptionists to the dentists and nurses! I moved 10 miles from Coventry and will continue coming to The Smile Centre. I recently called from Greece having had a broken tooth on holiday, Leona was kind and reassuring, putting my worries at ease and got me booked in for the day of my return to get sorted. The dentist Junaid Osman, is also fantastic , always explains everything to you, is very friendly and highly skilled. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Went for my first appointment at the smile centre, after leaving my dentist of 17 years due to distance. I was worried that no dentist could live up the standards I have been used to but I was very impressed by Dr Toufiq and his dental nurse and even the receptionists. Dr Toufiq made me feel at ease and gave me a warm welcome from the moment I stepped into his clinic till the moment I left. He explained everything in good detail and has fast but kind hands when performing treatment. I’ve already booked my next bi-annual check up & would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was in February, I was assigned to Dr. Toufiq and Kelsey. They both were fantastic from the start. With the work that needed to be done Dr. Toufiq was very helpful and very fast in moving the treatment forward. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good dental care.

Fantastic experience: The first time you walk into the reception you are greeted with a smile from the staff and made to feel easy, I was dealt with by Leona who has the biggest smile which is so infectious, then I was directed into the waiting room. Then I was asked to follow a member of staff to a room where I met the Dentist and his assistent. He sat me down and went through different options after I decided which option was going to be best for me and what he was going to do. His name is Toufiq Majeed, sorry I never got his assistants name but she was lovely. After Toufiq did the mould, explained that I needed to come back next week. I went back today and my teeth were ready for me So Toufiq explained what I needed to do for a couple of days. After he fitted the denture and some final adjustment, he showed me my new teeth in the mirror, what a transformation, I was so impressed with my teeth and I cannot thank Toufiq and the rest of staff enough. Well done The Smile Centre & Top Marks

Fantastic experience: I came to the Smile Centre on Friday 23rd of February. I was nervous as a lot of people are when visiting the dentist however I was immediately put at ease with the Lady on reception (I didn’t catch her name) very friendly and helpful and instantly put me at ease. The dentist who saw me, Toufiq and his assistant Kelsey were absolutely fantastic. Welcoming and polite. He shook my hand, was not judgemental of my situation and their professionalism was first class. We spoke, had a laugh along the way and for someone like me who gets nervous in these situations this is exactly the kind of service I needed. Fantastic from start to finish and I can’t recommend them enough. First class service. 10/10 from the time I arrived until the time I left. Credit where credit is due. Fantastic experience: Fantastic service from the time we entered reception to the moment we left. As new, patients it felt comforting being greeted by Leona who made my son and I, feel very welcome. Fantastic experience: After the best part of 15 years of not seeing a dentist,from previous bad experiences , being afraid etc I was recommended the smile centre… these guys are absolutely amazing! From literally walking through the door and speaking to receptionist to the whole procedure was outstanding, I felt very comfortable, the dentist themselves explained every procedure which settled my nerves and throughout the surgery and were very delicate, I’m now pain free! Fantastic experience: Sameerah and her assistant, Sarah, I think, were absolutely fantastic for me and my family. She is the best dentist I have ever had and she is so attentive, explaining fully what she is doing and making you feel so comfortable. She is such a lovely person who is truly excellent at her job. Negative experience: Shouldn’t be on the NHS list as not taking new patients!

Negative experience: I would give a 0 star if I could absolutely horrible dentist my daughter had tooth decay and was advised at every visit that her teeth is fine and that she dose not need to go to the hospital. Now she has multiple gum boils. Non of the doctor have any experience or qualifications I have changed dentist and was given a argent referral to the hospital.

Positive experience: During my visit with The Smile Centre I was greeting at the reception and the dentist was very informative and kind. I made a good choice choosing The Smile Centre

Fantastic experience: After having to ring around multiple practices due to waking up in severe pain with no luck, The Smile Centre were able to get me in on an emergency appointment same day. The receptionist (Ali) was very helpful in getting me booked in and signing me up over the phone, upon entry I was greeted with a smile from the reception team and guided towards the clean and comfortable waiting area, after only waiting 5 minutes I was led to the treatment room. The Dentist (Junaid) took great care and attention to explain clearly what I could expect treatment wise after going in with severe tooth pain. He was very gentle and my procedure was pain free albeit I have to go back for further a appointment in the future due to an infection. Overall I am very happy with how quickly the team were able to respond to my pain and get me sorted and I am glad that I am now a patient of this practice.

Fantastic experience: The team at the smile centre have been great after having a hard time with my wisdom tooth. A huge thank you to Leona and dr Junaid who have both been amazing, they always made me feel at ease, listened to me & I feel went that extra mile to make sure i was seen to. What a fab team! Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dental practice the reception team are super helpful and accommodating. Special mention for my dentist Sameerah Aurangzeb who is very patient and always explains exactly what she is going to do and what to expect, she also explains the treatment options and puts me at ease which says a lot for someone who is a super nervous patient-the best dentist I have had by far!!

Fantastic experience: Like most I don’t look forwarding to visit g the dentist, but as soon as I entered I was met with friendly receptionists which put me at ease, I then saw dr haaris who was very professional and listened to what I wanted my smile to look like. His assistant Erin was also very helpful and thoughtful. Ali the receptionist was very helpful at arranging my appointments to suit my work which I was greatful of, after all the work Is now completed thanks to the team I feel confident again to smile and would highly recommend This surgery to everyone. Fantastic experience: Haaris and Errin were fantastic. They couldn’t do enough for me, I had terrible pain and they went above and beyond to get me out of pain and my tooth sorted. Fantastic experience: all I can say is for the major treatment I need for my teeth and after seeing the dental surgeon in room number 4 at this dental surgery and wot he told me abt my teeth and gums was brilliant advice and all I can say is the surgeon I seen knows wot he is doing.? Especially when u had a tooth pulled out 6 months ago by the so called no1 experts at banhdal surgery Coventry and the pain I went thru was unreal compared to the pain I’m going thru at moment. So wot does that say at the so called no1 dental surgery in Coventry. Because I would not reckon mend going to banhadal.

Fantastic experience: Every time I go to The Smile Centre you’re greeted by Leona and the other receptionists who are always so welcoming and pleasant to speak to. My dentist Sameerah is honestly the best, she makes you feel so comfortable, she’s polite, respectful and always keeps you in the loop of what’s happening in regards to your treatment, anyone would be lucky to have her as their dentist.

I recently had a fair bit of dental work done and I'm a very nervous patient but the team along with the dentist made me feel safe and comfortable. Fantastic experience: Visited yesterday - over 2 years since last visit because of Covid restrictions. Some new faces to me, anyway, but service and treatment was first class and staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking is difficult though so you need to allow for this- the side streets are now residents parking only.

Fantastic experience: I was registered at hilfeilds dental surgery whi stated my teeth were fine etc then I changed to smile centre who informed me I had problems with about 6 teeth which they are sorting for me ASAP I would always recommend them as I feel this is the best dentist in Coventry all the staff are supper friendly and help you with anything and make u feel at ease with any worries you may have I've so far recommended to members of my family and friends so if anyone struggling with their dentist who ain't registered then I'd say join the smile centre as I think they are amazing and would sort all your dentist needs ASAP

Fantastic experience: Have been a patient for years. All my dentists here have been great, Ive had Mr Osman senior, Mr Panchal and currently Sana Khan who is absolutely fabulous. Puts you at ease, professional, thorough. The children are now seeing Mr Harries who is also wonderful. I've recommended this practice to many as all staff inc reception , nurses and dentists are awesome

Fantastic experience: Been going here For years and all the stafff have always remained attentive and professional. Have nothing but good things to say about this dentist. Leona the receptionist has been really helpful sorting out my issues. And dr samira has always been really good too putting me at ease with all my teeth problems and getting everything sorted. All the staff are really friendly and amazing at what they do and always going above and beyond.

Fantastic experience: I was recently recommended to the smile centre dental practice and what a great call it was .. The reception girls are the first on hand to help and i got to say what a great help they are ( The paperwork ,, your appointments ,,your reminders ,, all done professionally and with a smile ..The dentist ( mr Rony Raju talked me through everything that needed to be done .. ( which was extensive work to say the least and i am now over half way through all the treatment and i am over the moon pleased with all the treatment i have received ( If you are in need of a dentist ( LOOK NO FURTHER )

Fantastic experience: I've been at smile centre since 2000 the staff are amazing welcoming and helpful . I love my dentist Sana Khan she's so awesome and always reassuring. Even if you don't like some of the things she has to say . She cares about everyone and definitely brightens up my day . Leane has a big warm smile and is so helpful and chatty as she makes my appointments . So what you waiting for ...

Fantastic experience: Really friendly receptionist Leona, who gave me lots of reassurance when I arrived as I was very nervous. Kind words go a long way when you’re anxious. Then saw Junaid Osman, who has been so patient and reassuring on both my recent appointments. He was aware that I was extremely anxious but talked me through the treatment plan was very empathic which made me feel calmer and help ease my fears. Would highly recommend this dentists.

Negative experience: The whole appointment felt very rushed and just seemed like they cared about me paying. Didn't really take my pain issues seriously and just told me to come back if it continues... but it already was at the time. Don't see why I would need to come back when the problem is happening now. The two stars are for the lady at the reception desk. She was nice. The dentist... not at all.

Fantastic experience: I’m 54 and have always had a fear of dentists until I became a patient at The Smile Centre. Had a tooth removed today and was made to feel so relaxed and calm that I didn’t even know it had gone! Thank you Dr Osman and all the staff for making my experience so much better than I thought it would be!

Fantastic experience: Always great service. The reception staff are very helpful and professional. They make you feel at ease at a time when you really don't. The dentists are friendly, helpful and above all caring. I have been with them for years and have always had nothing but not notch service. I have no problem giving them 5 out of 5 stars. A big thank you to all of the team for helping my wife out today with a dental emergency. We are both very grateful.
