Fantastic experience: I came here on an urgency , I needed a root canal done as my tooth was completely infected and destroyed. The team here did an incredible job, they worked on my tooth for over an hour to ensure the root canal was good and it turned out perfect. They are so professional! Couldn’t thank the Heathway Dental Surgery more! There was no pain, they were incredibly professional and caring. They reassured me through the entire process, they also kept checking in to make sure I was ok. I will definitely be coming back!

Fantastic experience: I would like to take the time to share my experiences at the Heathway Dental Surgery as I have had some very bad experiences in my dental life... Niti, is the nicest and friendliest person that I have had the pleasure of meeting and very professional too. She is so kind and makes you feel very comfortable, especially when I know within myself that I get very nervous and anxious about having anything done. That extends to all of the staff at this practice, whom are all very nice, friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist. Got an appointment here after having had to call 111. Saw me and had to get fillings. Was extremely helpful in showing me what needs to be done, explaining the procedure and next steps to take. Was easy to set up the appointment and get everything done. Dentist is very understanding especially as I was really scared and not the biggest fan of the dentist. Would highly recommend this dentist to anyone. It was a really good experience. Hopefully I won’t have to come back for any fillings and just checkups thank you so much for everything.

Negative experience: Very nice and polite dentists are working there but all teeth they had been repairing the fillings fell off within weeks or a month or two.I don’t know but I never had been treated like that .Usually when other dentists used to make my fillings they are staying with years not only couple of weeks.I am sorry but this is my true opinion about this dental surgery .I tried to get appointments in other Dagenham surgeries but they did not accept new patients,only this surgery accept new people and have some appointments and I don’t wonder why when they don’t do their jobs properly

Negative experience: When I arrived at the practice, I asked the receptionist how many people were ahead of me and she said 5 people. I waited for over an hour passed my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Second time this has happened to me at this practice with the Dr Niti. I walked in and informed the dentician that I had been waiting for over an hour. She informed me that emergency patients were booked in before my appointment time and that is why I had to wait. I told the dentician, if that was the case, it would have been considerate of them to inform me ahead that my appointment would run so late. The dentician informed me that she does not like my rudeness and will instruct the receptionist not to book any of my future appointments with her. I asked her that am I not allowed to express myself having waited for over an hour for an appointment. The dentician said that she is always running late and that my rudeness will not be tolerated. I was not rude. I simply expressed my unhappiness with the ridiculously long wait. This dentician simply could not handle a conversation and has thus banned me. I would not recommend this practice. I moved from Westminster and unfortunately this is the closest dental practice to me. But it is a far cry from the professionalism I experienced in Westminster.

Fantastic experience: After very long trying of dental surgeries in East London, we finally found a place where they treat us with understanding and care. They work quickly and willingly. Yes, sometimes they don't keep to their booking times, but that's not up to them. Everyone has questions and different problems. In order to serve us well, they sometimes extend the time with us and that slows them down. We, their patients, need to be considerate and patient. In the surgery, everyone is responsive and attentive. My family and I are very happy with their service

Fantastic experience: This was the quickest tooth extraction I’ve ever had. I’m terrified of needles to the point I faint if I see them. The Dentist and the Assistent were really reassuring. I can’t remember her name as I was trembling with fear but they done great. The other dentist it’s my daughter dentist and I think he has a way with kids sometimes she fakes toothaches to come and see him . She is more brave than me when it comes to dentists but everyone from the clinic done a terrific job with us. My dear Stella you are witty and quick they should call you Sonic ,being and attentions to everything so speedy. Thanks to everyone.

Negative experience: They dgaf if ur immunocompromised they send you to 111 for a general checkup if you ask them to wear a mask that helps you not die. Switching clinics

Such great staff members, they were very honest, polite and gentle. Definitely would recommend this place to others who are looking for a great dental practice. P.S it is very easy to commute to as its near the station :)

Negative experience: Never ever will be back there have an appointment for 10.45 and have to wait until next available which is in 30-40min. What's the point of having appointment when after you need to wait. They can make it walk in!!!!!! Otherwise doctors - dentist are good

I want to thank extremely Dr Maaz, as he was so patient with me (I'm the sensitive one). He is very kind, inteligent, explains what's going on (my clench/ occlusion has changed during the years, that is why I am often there). He would answer all my questions. Awesome. Negative experience: I got an appointment quite quickly as a new patient which is rare these days and my crown looks great! UPDATE: I was seen as a new patient and was happy with my crown. However, my root canal (which another dental practice did) failed, and when I went to Heathway Dental about this, they did not even give me any x rays - and gave me antibiotics even though that never works on a failed root canal. She also didn’t give me a hospital referral for a second root canal, “because the wait is really long.” I then went back as another dentist said I may need a filling on another tooth - Heathway Dental said that isn’t true. They were incorrect, another dentist has looked at it and said the decay is very bad and needs doing urgently. This dental practice is taking on too many patients. The waiting room is extremely packed every time, and dentists are clearly trying to get patients in and out very quickly. This is resulting in neglect - not doing referrals, giving improper treatment, and claiming work does not need to be done even when it does. I’m not sure if this is intentional or accidental. You may want a second opinion after this dental practice says you do not need treatment.

Called here and luckily they were taking patients. I've had various work done here from hygiene clean to root canal treatment and have always felt at ease. Fantastic experience: ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DENTIST! Reception staff are lovely but not only that the dentist is amazing. I'm 28 and still had glue from my braces I had at 14. Previous dentists had said they'd removed it and they hadn't. Also had a build up of tartar causing my gums to bleed daily. I paid for an extensive clean and can say I've never been so happy to be in pain in discomfort. My teeth are a completely different colour and feel amazing. The dentist was very compassionate, checking every 5 minutes that I was ok and offered to stop if it was too much pain. I'm so happy I could cry. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: We moved recently from South West London to Dagenham area, my son was having dental treatment from Kings College university hospital. We were struggling to find any good dental surgery here. Then someone recommended us The Heathway Dental Surgery. We called them to register and book an appointment. Didn't imagine it will be that easy. We went there filled up the forms and right after received name called by Dr Mazz who explained the situation very well and told us that he will do the treatment same day with help of his assistant Diane. All the process and treatment was quick, really nice comfortable and they did really nice job. I would really recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: This is the best surgery ever. Dr. Maaz( sorry if I didn't wirter correctly the name) is a very professional dentist. My 4 year old kiddo has some dental issues and he loved coming to this surgery. The doctor is very patient and caring, and my son responded very positively to what dentist had to do. My son had 3 decay drilling and fillings also an x-ray and he was very calm and understanding while the dentist handled the treatment. I highly recommend this surgery especially for kiddos but for adults too, at least give it a try and you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had my hygienic cleaning appointment after a year. This was the best ever cleaning i ever experienced. This dentist is super incredible and skilled on his work. He probably have magic hand because when he cleaned I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. In the past on all my hygiene cleaning i experienced painful treatment but this time I was shocked. After the cleaning was done i checked my teeth, it looked like my teeth got new life. He is very friendly and well mannered professional who made me feel that he cared. I paid for private treatment, every penny is well spent. I would highly recommend anyone to try him once. I was able to find appointment fairly quickly and easily. It is in heathway town centre location just next to lidl.

Negative experience: My worst experience with a dentist, would only recommend people to stay away! Firstly, the dentist was running late as she always is. I visited the surgery twice, always book the first appointment at 9 a.m. but was seen at around 9:30. This causes the dentist to rush my treatment and so my appointment lasted about 2 minutes. The second time I came to get a filling, I got an anesthetic injection which must of touched my nerve which caused me severe pain going down from my mouth to my legs. My legs started shaking during the treatment as well as after, I told her to stop with the injection as it was so bad. However the dentist refused to stop the injection and told me to hold the pain in, it was honestly the most terrifying procedure. She did not even ask me to let her know if I feel any kind of pain prior to the procedure. She does not seem to care about your health at all just wants to get the job done which is extremely concerning. Also, I was concerned to see that the needle the dentist used on me was bent, very unprofessional surgery. Further on, 3 hours after I left the surgery I started feeling pain in my bottom lip which is definitely not normal I do not even feel hungry as it has caused me so much pain. I would not recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SURGERY DEFINITELY NOT WORTH A VISIT! If I could I would not even give one star to such surgery very upsetting and disappointing.
