Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr. Nisar for the past three years. After a long gap in dental care, I’ve had two fillings done that have been problem-free since. Dr. Nisar explains everything clearly and talks through what he’s doing, which I really value. I’ve also seen three different hygienists, and each one brought something different to change or watch out for, which I appreciated even though I usually prefer sticking with one professional. The practice is a bit old but clean, appointments run on time, and visits are smooth overall.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the practice for years, and although the reception area could do within an update, the dentistry is reliable and good. In recent years been seeing Dr Bassiri who has been very helpful. Nush is wonderful, it’s always reassuring to know that she is there!

Yes, the prices can be on the expensive side but the quality of service and the materials used more than makes up for it.

Negative experience: Badly treated at the time of being advised about the treatments. They put you under waiting list for three-four months for NHS treatment but you can get a same day appointment without NHS. How is this possible?? Terrible customer attention. Interesting you questioning my registration when I periodically receive promotional offers. See the screenshot for reference. I didn’t use a false identity; why I should?

Fantastic experience: Wonderful practice with extremely experienced dentists who are always considerate of pain etc. They also have excellent hygienists! I’ve also always been given really great advice from the dentists with regards to work needed with specialists. Would recommend if you’re looking for a centrally located dentist!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years but had to come a bit more frequently recently to sort out a composite filling, retainer and the usual dentist / hygienist check up. I’ve been particularly impressed with Dr Klaudia Tombolis! She’s straightforward, honest and good humoured! She sorted out a filling and somehow even managed to put back in place the crooked tooth next to this one so my teeth are now well aligned, all this with zero pain! She also offered some great tips for a tooth extraction I’ve been nervous about! The assistant, hygienist and receptionist are always super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and next to Tottenham Court Rd station so great location.

Fantastic experience: Staff very friendly, reccomended treatment that fixed a long term problem.

Negative experience: I really did not like this dentistry. They need to invest in better administration software systems to manage appointments. At one stage, I was booked onto an incorrect appointment which wasted my time, and they tried to charge me for it. None of the dentists had good bedside manner and I really did not enjoy going and should have switched dentists earlier.

Everyone working there is friendly and calming and I've always received the best treatment whether a routine check up, hygienist or a root canal. I've sadly always been unlucky with my teeth and have anxiety about going to the dentist, but they've always made me feel at ease and explain what's happening with my teeth and what I can do that'll be the best for my teeth! Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for over 10 years now. The location is great if you can find it. The building may be a bit old however the practice staff are great. My dentist has tracked my oral health and helped with key decisions. The hygienist service is also great! My teeth always feel great afterwards and I’m always getting great tips on how to keep my teeth healthy. I used to be scared of the dentist however now I book my appointments religiously!

Fantastic experience: After a really unfortunate accident while on holidays I came to Centrepoint for emergency tooth fracture repair. I was given an emergency appointment the same day I called. Everyone was so kind and empathetic towards me and after just two hours I left with my smile intact and a follow up appointment on the cards, excellent service!

Fantastic experience: I've been using this dental practice because it's very conveniently located but also the receptionists, dentists and hygienists have been great. All the hygienists have been brilliant, I learn something every time I go and they have helped me look after my teeth more proactively.

After such a long time away from the dentist, I was quite anxious, but I was placed in the incredibly capable hands of Dr. Baber Nisar. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Nisar was the picture of professionalism and compassion. He was so polite and caring, consistently checking in to make sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the entire procedure. His calm and reassuring presence made all the difference. I must also give a special mention to Anjali, the hygienist, who was absolutely brilliant and so kind! To be honest, I arrived feeling terribly vulnerable and quite scared my situation felt serious, and my anxiety was very high. But Dr. Nisar treated me with such skill and empathy. He made me feel completely secure and cared for, leaving me with absolute confidence in the treatment he provided. I cannot recommend Dr. Baber Nisar highly enough. He is a true legend, and I am so deeply grateful for his expertise and kindness. Thank you to the entire team ❤️

Negative experience: Apparently they've not been accepting new NHS patients for the past few years yet they aren't bothered to have that status updated to save people and themselves time like other providers (and receptionist acts like it was absurd proposition although she was nice enough otherwise).

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Klaudia for the first time, she immediately saw that a lump on my front tooth that had got stained over time was glue left over from my braces 10 years ago and removed and polished it off for me. It looked awful and I had asked at least two other dentists over the years if it could be fixed and the answer was no it was part of the tooth and would take a lot of money to fix. It’s been some less than ideal few weeks for me personally and though it seems small, this made my day if not month. She was also very friendly and professional, along with Anoushka and Sophie.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic dental team with decades of experience. The entire staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making patients of all ages feel comfortable. I recently had a challenging extraction that another dentist couldn't handle and referred me to a specialist at the Royal Free Hospital with a long wait. The team here however confidently assured me they could perform the procedure, and I'm so grateful I trusted their expertise. They removed the tooth swiftly and with minimal pain. Their professional experience, modern equipment and seamless collaboration between reception, nurses, and dentists creates a relaxing and stress-free experience - when you need it the most!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Centre Point Dental since the mid-1990s, first with Dr Rafel and now with Dr Bassiri. The treatment has always been first-class. I have just finished a fairly complex course with Dr Bassiri with excellent results, all done with empathy and transparency, with the various options fully explained. The support staff too have always been efficient, helpful and attentive. In short, I'm more than satisfied with CPD and will certainly continue with them. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Negative experience: Found the centre through the NHS website. Enquired about registering, and was informed the practice does not accept NHS patients. Shova, the customer service agent, has stopped replying since.

The work was always done well (crown, wisdom tooth removal, etc), everything healed well and didn't cause significant issues. Since my first appointment I have visited the hygienist, had multiple fillings which I needed, composite bonding and am booked in for a tooth removal. I can recommend every procedure as they were so easy and painless and I was informed of every step along the way.
