Felt like I had a full set of new gnashes !! Receptionists are always so friendly and chatty, they don’t register you and then ignore you , a lovely caring patient centric practice. Outstanding !

Fantastic experience: I had a new patient appointment, couple of x-rays and a scrap and polish. The bill was around £130 I think but dont hold me to that. Staff were lovely, J did my examination. Very thoughtful kind and professional. They even have a TV on the ceiling which I thought was a great touch. They also do some monthly plans that look like good value so you dont get an unexpected bill.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient at Browne's and recently had to have two quite difficult extractions. My dentist was Tanraj and from the outset he put me at ease and explained everything that he was doing. I felt no pain whatsoever during the procedure and I had absolute confidence in him. The receptionist and dental nurse were also friendly and efficient. I would happily recommend Browne's.

Fantastic experience: Browns are a first class dental surgery, and I highly recommend them. Every member of the staff there are very professional, courteous, caring, kind & gentle. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. Jay has done work on my teeth, and explains thoroughly, exactly what he is going to do when you see him. I have been extremely pleased with the work Jay has completed so far. As recommended byJay, I need a bit more complex work to be done, which I will have done at the dental hospital, due to health issues. However when that has been completed, I look forward to returning to Browns, for Jay to complete the rest of my treatment. Browns are definitely worth every one of those 5 stars. Fantastic experience: The dentist and the receptionist are very nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Referred to private Endodontist Ruth for a possible root canal on a veneered front tooth. I was beside myself with anxiety and worry. I had lost confidence in my current dental surgery and needed a second opinion. Great care from Carol, the welcoming receptionist thru to Molly, the practice manager and dental assistant in this clean modern environment. Decided to return for a new patient checkup - and Dentist Dr Jai had reviewed my notes/x ray, and advised a filling was sufficient at the moment and could do it now! It was a delicate process and took skill and time. It didn't hurt, and I felt reassured by the work taking place, and he took time afterwards to show me the x-rays before and after treatment. The confident, quiet approach he took and his assistant Holly was appreciated. I will return for my new patient check-up in a few weeks' time. Thank you, Brownes- a second opinion with skilled staff with time to help, was worth paying for.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for some time and always found this an excellent practice. I was sad to hear Paul Browne was due to retire, but wish him a happy retirement. I went for my regular 6month check-up and met Dr Dhillon for the first time. He was very professional and welcoming as were all the receptionists and Dental Nurse. So happily I am still delighted to be a patient at the Practice

Fantastic experience: Extremely pleased with the service. From booking in over the telephone, Carol was wonderful and really made me feel relaxed and looked after over the phone and in person. She talked me through every step of the way. When I met the dentist (Jay) he was also very compassionate and made me feel relaxed. The dental nurse was also very lovely (apologies I didn’t catch her name) gave me a very positive feeling as she had a lovely friendly kind smiley face. I usually have a fear of anything medical but I wouldn’t be frightened to go here again and will be happy to come back regularly. Highly recommended, very professional, relaxed atmosphere and very kind and caring people. Thank you for your help today all! The entire team made me feel completely at ease. Looking forward to seeing you all again in Jan!

Fantastic experience: Just been for regular check up with Paul Browne at Brownes Dental surgery. As always everyone there was very pleasant, the surgery is looking very modern and smart and Paul Browne is a great dentist. My husband and I (and originally our three daughters) have been registered with him since the 1980s at various practices, and dread him retiring.

Fantastic experience: Had waited too long to go to the dentist. I was quite nervous about it all. I saw Judith there and she and Sarah have been superb. They put a treatment plan together that was 8 months of visits. The treatments were quite invasive, but they did a tremendous job and I can honestly say I felt no pain or discomfort during or after treatment. I now have healthy teeth and gums and this is down to the care I received and support they offered. Highly recommend the practice. The have been excellent. Thank you.

My first impression was that no work was being recommended that was not necessary. Two fillings and a crown later, the procedures have been carried out professionally and with no pain. I've been a patient of Mrs Nicholson all my life and when she left Lichfield and came here I followed suit. I feel that the advice she gives me is helpful and honest, and she shows a personal interest which is reflected in how she answers any questions or concerns I ask about regarding my teeth. Fortunately I've not needed any major work on my teeth, but for general check-ups and cosmetic procedures I have been totally satisfied. Thank you.
