Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. I tried for 2 days to get them to either answer the phone or reply to emergency messages about a serious tooth ache. Nothing. I had to then call emergency 111 and get an appointment with another NHS dentist, that saw me the same day. So that probably explains their conduct I am a NHS patient so ignore me! The receptionist is also a humourless and unsmiling individual that obviously has no customer service training, and NEVER answers the phone. There are plenty of other dentists in this area, choose another one!

Fantastic experience: Eddie at the auchterarder practice was absolutely fantastic with me. So patient. Im such a nervous patient and he put me at ease and explained everything that he would be doing. I had quite a lot of work needing done as im so anxious about going to the dentist so I had not been for a while. I never once felt judged. My 2 boys who have additional support needs also see Eddie and he was fantastic with them and quickly put their minds at ease.

I was taken on time, Abbie and her colleague introduced themselves to me and explained the procedure. I was given a total cost before they started so no shock me at the front desk. Fantastic experience: I have been for our first visit in the Auchterarder clinic with my two boys and we were very well treated. Doctor Edward made my kids to feel relaxed and confident explaining to them what is going to happen and they even received stickers from nurse Anca and even played with them in the reception while I had my treatment done. Negative experience: After an unfortunate experience with one of the dentists who incorrectly did not attend to a problem tooth, albeit in excessive pain, which i had highlighted and also missed on an x-ray which incurred delays i was not offered any pain relief and went to the pharmacy for assistance i have since returned and now awaiting treatment in april (albeit over 4 months since my initial consultation) due to the error since this paragraph above was written I have returned and unfortunately whilst still awaiting treatment for the initial tooth I accepted that a filling could be completed on another which sadly during the procedure caused damage to the nerve by the dentist causing pain and resulted in emergency care this in addition to requiring antibiotics. Due to the swelling of the gums as the initial untreated tooth which still had not been attended to at the time caused a large abscess to form. I had to call for emergency appt and given antibiotics but no lancing or draining to the abscess I therefore lost confidence in returning and as a result and contacted the clinic manager Ryan who together with his area manager held a meeting to discuss my concerns at my request after initially being told that after the filling I would need to enrol at another dentist due to voicing the issues . I was then informed during the meeting that I would be allocated an appt for the initial tooth as the abscess was visible to them however after the problem Initisl tooth was finally had the required procedure and due to voicing my concern to the practice Ryan wrote to me stating that no dentist will now accept me for treatment and to find another dentist. Allan this after spending a few hundred pounds and being understanding and respectful throughout The way I have been treated is disgusting no customer care unprofessional malpractice After taking advice I will now be taking further action as a result. I would never recommend infinity blu to anyone.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk into the practice, you feel immediately at ease.I was under the excellent care of Audrey Kershaw for 2 months and had numerous procedures carried out which were amazingly pain free. .Audrey is exceptionally kind and understanding and also her nurse Anca .Even when I had to get in touch with Audrey in an emergency, the receptionist always dealt with the situation quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend Infinityblu to anyone.

Negative experience: After such a fear of the dentist taken 20 year's to go. Very nice staff but it's all about the money. Registered with nhs but quoted private extortionate prices. Went back a few months later, not able to mix private and nhs treatments. Absolute rip off only out to make money.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding patent care! If like me, you are a very, very nervous patient, then fear going to the dentist no more. Iona and all of the dental nurses are just great at reassuring you and although I was unlucky to need both a root canal treatment and an emergency extraction (On 2 different occasions), , I had absolutely no discomfort or pain during both procedures. I did have a complication after one of the procedures, but I was seen within 2hrs of contacting the team, again no fuss, lots of reassurance and a world beating service with patient care at the heart of everything that they do. Honestly, if you haven’t attended a dentist for quite some time through being very anxious (Like I was), then contact Iona and the rest of the team at InfinityBlu, Auchterarder. Another special thanks to Mags on reception who again, could not have put me at more ease. You guys are the best!

Fantastic experience: Front line staff are well presented and have an excellent manner which sets the scene for, dare I say, an enjoyable visit to the dentist. From reception the dental nurse greets you with a smile ( it’s all in the eyes ) and directs you into the surgery. My dentist for the day was Keira Reid who immediately set me at ease with her happy demeanour. For the short time I was in the surgery I felt relaxed and comfortable with the examination while, everything was explained in details easily understood as to what was either getting done or going to be done in future visits. If you are looking for a clean, fresh and friendly environment for your next dental visit then I would highly recommend giving Infinity Blu a call, they will change your outlook on how dentistry should be.

What a beautiful, modern practice with just wonderful staff, who made me feel very welcome and even though I was in pain, I immediately felt relaxed and at ease, the feeling you get when you know you are in good hands. Dr. Audrey Kershaw is just a superb oral surgeon and clinician, she explained everything very clearly, carried out my wisdom tooth extraction expertly and before I knew it, my treatment was complete! I am so happy to be out of pain tonight thanks to the team at Infinity Blu, a huge thank you to Audrey, Anca and your lovely receptionist too. Thank you!

Negative experience: Charge £21 for PPE if you go private. Very high and much higher than what other practices charge. Scale and polish was £50 and the PPE was a little less than half? Insurance company of course will not take responsibility and only offered £7. When I paid my bill, they handed it to me folded up and I accept that I didn't review the receipt before paying but to hand me the receipt without an explaination seemed poor. I understand its COVID but don't go buying the most expensive PPE when there are significantly less expensive suppliers out there. Piss take

Positive experience: Was disappointed that Mags wasn't there to greet me. It was lovely to be met by someone who knew me by name. Find the new establishment is not as user friendly.

Negative experience: Not good to be kept waiting outside in hot sunshine. Surgery was running v late but nobody thought to tell the 3 people outside. By way of compensation I was offered. FREE filling for a tooth I had been previously told did not need filled

Negative experience: I think it’s awful that the dentists are not doing minor dental work. It seems they can easily fit you in privately but not on the nhs do we have to wait till our teeth are falling out!!!

Fantastic experience: I have recently registered with the practice in Auchterarder. The front desk team are very welcoming and strict protocols are in place to ensure everyone is kept safe. The treatment rooms are modern, extremely clean and the staff make you feel completely at ease. After an initial new patient check up with Max , which was very thorough I had to make a follow up appointment. The team offer NHS treatment, private treatment and membership plans, so there is something available for everyone Highly recommend to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I visited the dental surgery today, and seen Madhunandan for the second time. I found him and his assistant, Anca to be professional, and easy to strike up a rapport with. The work he carried out was first class, and the experience from start to finish was 5 star. I would highly recommend using the dentist and Madhunandan.
