Fantastic experience: I have been under Daniel’s care for many months now and during that journey he has taken time to ensure that my teeth received the best treatment possible. However this is not the only reason I am in awe of this dentist - he went the extra mile to ensure I had the best possible opportunities for my well-being as well as my mouth. He spent time to ensure I understood the different options and outcomes as well as listening to and allaying my concerns. The words ‘Thank You’ seem woefully inadequate but I will use them anyway! THANK YOU.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share my appreciation for the warm and professional team at the dental care clinic in Bounds Green. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine kindness, especially by the two lovely ladies at the front desk who were incredibly courteous and helpful. A special thank you to Mrs. Bambina—I wasn’t feeling well during my visit, and she immediately noticed. She kindly offered me water and stayed with me until I felt better. That kind of care and attentiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. The whole clinic truly has a family-like atmosphere, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ well-being beyond just dental treatment. It’s comforting to know you’re in good hands here. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This is a little gem in the NHS desolation. They still care about patients, they are kind, passionate, professional and , when it comes to their private treatments, they are affordable, as they are aware they are embedded into the local area and its many patients, many of which elderly or vulnerable. Especially good if you are a nervous patient. I come since 2012, and they never let me and my family down.

Fantastic experience: I want to take a moment to publicly address a recent situation involving my mother, who is a client at My Dental Care with Dr. Mark. We have always appreciated Dr. Mark as an amazing dentist. However, a few days ago, I shared my frustration publicly about a negative experience my mother had with the receptionist. Dr. Mark responded to my concerns publicly, and the Director of the practice personally reached out to explain the situation. I now understand the circumstances better and appreciate their efforts to clarify and resolve the matter. In the same way that I publicly criticized, I believe it is only right to publicly apologize and acknowledge my part in the misunderstanding. Thank you to Dr. Mark and the team at My Dental Care for addressing the issue promptly and demonstrating that good intentions and professionalism can lead to a positive outcome.

Negative experience: when you are hiring someone to be representing your Dental Practice please make sure you hire someone professional, the receptionist I spoke to on the phone today has no manners. I proceeded to ask to book an appointment has I haven't been there for a long time so I wasn't sure if I was still on the system or not. she said I missed a few check up appointments, I have not booked any check up appointments as I only book dental hygiene appointments, I didn't like her approach at all she sounded patronising and kept saying yes I did wow , yes you did non stop. I also advised her that she needs to be professional at doing her job as she is representing the dental practise. Further professional training is needed!

Negative experience: I had a frustrating experience trying to book an appointment for my child through the NHS. After they had no availability, I requested a private appointment. The first representative I spoke with was clearly new and took a long time to process my request, requiring me to repeat and spell my answers multiple times. The situation worsened when a different staff member called to cancel my appointment without any explanation. She was unhelpful and hung up quickly, saying they would inform me of future availability. I will not be returning to this dental practice. There are plenty of other dental offices that are more professional and deserving of your time.

Negative experience: I just phoned this place to ask if they are taking new NHS patients as it says they do on the NHS website. The phone was answered by a rather impatient person who told me they don’t take on new patients and tried to hang up on me while I was still talking to them. Very poor manners and social skills. They have just lost a customer who was going to book an appointment anyways.

Mark is mine and families main dentist, on the odd occasion when he isn't available, we have been really pleased with the other dentists. The practice always answer and explain any questions I have. Fantastic experience: After months of being poorly every now and then, today I managed to catch up my my dental care! The lovely Penny is a breath of fresh air whether over the phone or in person! Listened to my query, answered my questions and I was happy to go ahead with one the new dentists The highlight today was how team communicated amongst themselves about a local service user missing his appointment which was unusual. A new fave to my eyes, is Veronica.. who response was •may be something happened’ Wow why a great addition to the team.
