Fantastic experience: Renu Dental has such a serenity feel to it, it is honestly so calm and peaceful compared to other dental practices I've been to! Dr Latha is friendly, considerate, and genuinely caring when it comes to her patients' health. She and her team work hand in hand, creating a seamless and supportive experience throughout. Honestly, I don’t have a single bad thing to say about this practice. You’ll leave feeling like you’ve received five-star service!

Negative experience: They try to extract the maximum amount of money from you by prescribing treatments you have not asked for. I had rejected one and they tried to make me pay for it anyway. I'd go elsewhere

Fantastic experience: You are greeted before entering into a room of white light and wood panelling, perhaps cedar or pine. You hear the faint sound of binaural beats, a mix of tranquil marimba and Mongolian throat singing. There are monstera plants all around. A woman with the best teeth you’ve ever seen tells you to have a seat, asks if you need water, and you begin to tell her about your life. 20 minutes go by, but you already feel as if you have narrated the entirety of your existence. Have you found yourself in a rejuvenating dream or at the gates of heaven? No, you are just at Re:Nu Dental & Medispa. Relax, you are in Dr. Rajagopal’s hands now. Latha takes a different approach to her practice than other professionals. She talks through each step in the examination and cleaning and explains what you need to do to take ownership of your dental health. I went in for a deep clean, and her touch could not have been more gentle. My teeth feel brand new. She also was able to point out other issues that I was having, identified a fracture that needed filling, and recommended a regimen to help me maintain my gum health. If you are looking for a dentist that is a consummate professional and cares about their patients, go with Re:Nu. You also will be helping the orangutans.

Fantastic experience: Re:Nu & Latha have been amazing for me & my teeth. The clinic is very bright and inviting but also full of up to date tech and machines. Latha is so clear at explaining what needs to be done or suggesting improvements when helpful. The atmosphere is one of patient first, supportive, informative, caring and expert led. My teeth have never been better. My daughter is now also a patient and has no fear of the dentist! Coming from the US where I’ve never done a full 360• X-ray of my whole mouth, pictures taken of every angle of my mouth, such detailed analysis of my teeth by the wonderful dentist was a different and eye opening experience for me! The dentist, Dr Latha then took her time and patiently explained all the different issues she saw in my mouth and how to continue to care for my teeth. Negative experience: I received a dermal cheek filler treatment from Dr Latha almost a year ago that left my cheeks with an uneven appearance that I'm still dealing with. When I raised my concerns with Dr Latha, she refused to take any responsibility and even dismissed my concerns by insisting that faces are naturally uneven. After seeking the opinions of two, more reputable injectors, it was confirmed that the fillers were indeed unevenly and incorrectly injected, which was solely the fault of my injector Dr Latha. When I requested that Dr Latha correct the unevenness, she attempted to sell me other products to fix her mistake. She insisted that I pay for another filler treatment to get satisfactory results, but both injectors I spoke with said this could have worsened the situation. Due to her lack of accountability and prioritization of clients' results, I have chosen to go elsewhere to have this corrected. Needless to say, I will never be trusting Dr Latha with my aesthetic needs again.

Fantastic experience: When you first walk in, you’re greeted with warmth and friendliness. The spa has an airy, light ambiance. The pace slows and there is no hurry. No urgency to get you into the chair. It’s all very relaxed. Delightful. The staff are unfailingly friendly; very engaging - and it’s genuine, not faux. I went along for a “dental MOT” at my wife’s behest. I came away with a very clear understanding of what was happening in my mouth and why it really matters to get ahead of problems. Age doesn’t come without its costs! The investment in on-site technology that they have made also gave me an extra sense of security and confidence over both diagnosis but also ability to deliver a successful outcome. Even though I now live in France, I’m undertaking an Invisalign treatment in London with Renu, not for cosmetic but for structural and preventative reasons. The travel is worth it. The process was explained very clearly, ditto the costs, and absolutely no “sell”. I probably would have done this 10-15 years earlier but for the “sell” from the practitioner that undermined my fuller appreciation for the benefits of the treatment. Less IS indeed more. I can’t recommend Renu strongly enough.

Fantastic experience: I first came to this practice to do an Invisalign treatment and get my teeth cleaned. Dr. Latha is the first dentist with whom I had a great experience. She helped me realize that my smile was not awful at all and that I had options to make it better. As I will need an implant and my case is on a more complex side, she referred me to an implant specialist and orthodontist. Dr. Latha really took the time to help me find the best solution for my smile and was always available should I have any questions. She is incredible and although she referred me to another practice, she will happily be my go-to when I will need care. She and her team really attentive and thorough. The lady who treated me, I believe she is the owner of the practice did not listen to my concerns, and I felt she forced expensive treatment upon me. I would avoid this place. I want to do Invisalign to close the gap between the tooth But I have so many problems in my mouth, gum disease, tooth problem but Dr Latha was so patient to explain the dental care plan for me the get the best result and pay less. Also she also follow up my case with care. Excellent dental service in the area

Fantastic experience: I received the upmost care and attention at RE:NU Dental & Medispa. Dr Latha is an experienced dentist who provided me a thorough examination and more importantly explained in detail items that were both important and what I should be aware of going forward to ensure I maintain healthy teeth. The clinic itself is very clean and tidy , with latest dental examination equipment a patient could ask for. I certainly plan to use RE:NU again!

Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I had to change my old hygienist, and I was very nervous to visit a new place. Rest assured, the clinic is spotless with a relaxing atmosphere. The team was very welcoming, and both Gabi and Dr Latha made me feel so at ease. The treatment itself was comfortable, and the result is 5 star. So much so, that I will be returning to in the future for further treatments. Thank you ladies for the wonderful work.

Fantastic experience: One of the best dentists I have visited in London recommended by a friend - very professional, spanking new & clean clinic, very friendly and welcoming. The big plus - appointments available for evenings and weekends - I left a message at the clinic and promptly within a couple of hours got a call back to let me know availability. On arrival, a very friendly team greeted me, hardly waited and was in the chair for my treatment. The Dentists are very communicative, they brief on the condition of your teeth, treatment options etc.... Real gentle hands - I didn't feel a thing while the Dentist worked on my tooth - Its now two months no pain or problems with the tooth!! Will be back for my routine check up and cleaning - definitely recommend them and Dr. Latha - Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Haven't been to the dentist in ages so was a bit scared about going back! But Dr. Latha was really reassuring, and made me feel at ease. I had a hygienist appointment and an air polish which left my teeth feeling super fresh! I have very sensitive teeth so sometimes the hygienist can feel uncomfortable, but she made sure I was comfortable at all times, adjusting the temperate and checking in. I'll be coming back in a few months for another one, thanks for making the dentist *almost* enjoyable! (I mean that as a compliment!)

Fantastic experience: I had a filling fall out and Latha was incredibly accommodating in booking me in as soon as possible, and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Everyone is very personable and caring, and take the time to both explain the procedure ahead of time and do an amazing job! Highly recommend!
