The dentist Kate who saw me was so so lovely I can not even put into words. She made me feel comfortable and was understanding. Very professional practise, the staff are excellent. I would recommend this practise for anyone who is looking for a dentist in the area

Fantastic experience: I always feel really looked after by the team here at One Two Three. Numair is a brilliant dentist, and he explains everything in detail but in a way that’s also easy for patients to understand. I had to go this week for emergency treatment and really couldn’t fault the excellent service. I needed the treatment doing quite urgently and so Numair even stayed later the following day to do the dental work before he finished for the day and went on annual leave. So appreciated! The patient seating area and decor also looks great and is very comfortable while you wait for your appointment. Recommended for anyone looking for a fantastic dentist in Guiseley and surrounding areas.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Kate in November 2025 as a very nervous and scared patient, but Kate immediately put me at ease. Since my initial assessment, I have had quite a few sessions with Kate. From the start, everything was explained to me as we moved from procedure to procedure. Fantastic experience: Thank you to Dr Bassi- he has shown the upmost care when dealing with our daughter who has required some treatment recently. He explained the options to us clearly, quickly arranged the treatment that was needed. He went above and beyond to make sure it was done before any further damage was caused to the tooth. He’s done a great job and we are beyond thrilled with the end product, our daughter is smiling with teeth again!

Negative experience: Sat here waiting in the dentist for an appointment that is now overdue by 30 minutes and still one person in front of me. When I asked when I would be seen I was told 2 emergency appointments came in. If that's the case the least they could do is call those that are going to be affected. If I'd have turned up late and gave a pony excuse I would have got charged from an already over priced dentist.

Fantastic experience: I have always had good experiences with this practice and the dentists working there.I do feel that I have to report that on two occasions recently there has been a malfunction of the drill which to a nervous patient did not help the procedure.This was not the fault of the dentist but rather with the equipment provided.I was surprised that the drill had not been replaced or mended by the owner of the practice as the malfunction happened again on a subsequent visit.Hopefully the matter will be resolved before my next visit as I have always had excellent service from this practice and do not want this to change.

Every member of staff goes above and beyond, to make you feel comfortable, to help and to explain things clearly. I phoned with a concern at 8am and was seen at 11:15am. At this dentist, you are not a patient on a conveyor belt, you are a person who matters. I’ve been anxious at dentists all my life, but I reflected with another patient today that it’s relaxing from the second you walk in. You are truly cared for and looked after by all.

Fantastic experience: I've been happy to make the switch from my previous NHS dentist to this practice. I was a bit stressed before joining, having needed to get a crown and possibly a root canal. Fortunately I was seen by Numair and he explained my situation and went through all the options for treatment. He also pointed out other work that I needed doing,which my former practice hadn't pointed out. Happy to say I'm glad I've joined 123 dental. I'm also happy with the plan I'm on. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this practice for the over 30 years that I have lived in Guiseley. For most of that time Dr Kate Laidler has been my regular dentist. Kate combines excellent clinical sklls with genuine and consistent concern for my comfort and welfare. She explains treatment options in detail and answers clearly any queries that I may have. The other dentists who have treated me occasionally, the surgery assistants, the hygienists and the administrative staff have always been competent, courteous and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Lovely surroundings, very friendly and professional staff. The locum hygienist Emma was exceptional- extremely efficient and passionate about her work. The only down side is the hygienists are short lived and very hit and miss- which is such a shame as otherwise its a great practice and a fantastic team.

Fantastic experience: Kate has been my dentist for longer than I care to remember, we moved away from the Guiseley area a number of years ago and a round trip to the surgery is approximately 100 miles. This is how good she is! I am a nervous patient but she has looked after my teeth (I still have most of them) through a combination of sensitive surgical interventions and encouraging effective daily routines. We always have a nice chat when I visit.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Kate Laidler for the wonderful dental treatment I have had over the last few months which have transformed my appearance from a Nanny Mc Phee look to one where I am happy to smile with straight white teeth but besides the appearance it is great to have strong teeth at the front because of the bridge and a denture which is comfortable and works .Gum disease over these last 30 years has created my dental problems but the journey has been one where my dentist Kate has accompanied me reassuring me at every stage . She placed a couple of white fillings to disguise 2 smaller teeth at the front of my mouth . Kate took the time to explain the treatment and put me at ease . She and Alarna are helping me with good advice to look after my teeth and mouth too Her attention to detail is super and the result looks absolutely amazing . My brilliant new smile is ace.

Negative experience: Newly renovated practice. Was made to feel very welcome. All the procedures were very thorough so felt very safe. Dentist was excellent and put me at ease. Have been since and feel there is a lot more emphasis on teeth “looking nice” ie cosmetic treatments than what I have been accustomed to in other dental surgeries where the focus has been on maintaining what you have and preventative treatment. Still very clean, safe etc Update On my 5th visit and 4th dentist. Very disappointed. I like consistency hence reduced rating. Maybe not the dental practice for me. No complaints about the actual treatment received (although hygiene appointments are regularly cancelled so I can’t comment on those) Second update Last time the owner saw me because there was going to be ANOTHER change of dentist (the new one hadn’t started) and this week my appointment was confirmed by text on Monday and then cancelled three days later because they are closing the practice to take “advertising photos” ??!!!!! They’ll need good advertising campaign to replace all the customers they have lost through appalling customer service ( in my experience).

Fantastic experience: My most recent experience was a pleasant one. Numair is a brilliant Dentist. He provides in depth explanations and takes the time to ensure that you understand everything. His interpersonal skills are second to none. He recently performed a minor procedure on a tooth. I was nervous due to previous bad experiences with other Dentists, however I had no reason to be. The procedure was pain free and very smooth. Afterwards, I was greeted by the receptionist Nicky, who further ensured I was okay and helped me plan my next appointments. Fantastic experience: I’ve been with 123 dental for approx 2years they have been treating my dental implant and they did a fab job they gave constant support and never pushed any decisions on me and made sure that I knew exactly what they were doing at every appointment they were always available for any questions I had no matter how silly they were. Fantastic experience: An excellent double appointment today. Greeted by a cheerful lady called Nicky on reception, I then had a very short wait for my Hygienist appointment. The Hygienist was excellent and very efficient (I didn't get her name unfortunately). I then went back to the waiting room and almost immediately I was greeted by a new to me dentist. Reuben introduced himself to me and I liked him instantly, he said he joined the practice in the new year. Again, very efficient with a very calming bed side manner. He explained everything to me very well and was happy for me to answer questions. I hope that 1,2,3 can retain this dentist and I get a bit of continuity going forward. I have seen several different dentists since 1,2,3 acquired the Bickerton practice. See you in 3 months and 6 months respectively.

Fantastic experience: I am currently in the process of having an implant and I'm not ashamed to admit I was not looking forward to it. Went this morning for a fairly major part and expected to be in a lot of pain afterwards. Sat at home 12 hours later. Several stitches (and not a pretty sight) but no pain killers (not needed). Also fitted me in for stitches removal as we are going on holiday.

Negative experience: Very disappointed today. Had dental appointment at 3pm and hygienist at 3.20. Both of which had been previously cancelled by the surgery and reallocated. 3.35 I was still sat waiting with no explanation on a delay. Finally got to see the dentist who was “running late due to patients being late for their appointments”. Couldn’t wait to see the hygienist as I had a further appointment at 4pm. Only professional person in the building was the receptionist.

Fantastic experience: After years of intending to get my teeth straightened I took the plunge, signed up with One Two Three dental. They took me through all the options and I went with the Fast Brace system top and bottom. 8 months later I couldn’t be happier with the results. Teeth are now perfectly straight and I have retainers to keep them that way. One Two Three do a single price and that includes all the brace, regular checks and changes and the retainers. I felt consulted and agreed all treatment i(there are always options) in advance. Very happy with the process and the end result

Fantastic experience: Apart from this practice being an amazing dental practice the staff from the receptionists ,the hygienist Maria and her dental nurse, the dentist Karan Rishi and his dental nurse are the kindest and most understanding team I have come across in one practice . I wear a hearing aid which has just died on me and therefore was unable to hear anything at all. Their patience was just amazing the dental nurse even thought to write things out that was been said to me. Fantastic experience: This is a great Dentist. My friend recommended me when I told her I was interested in getting a brace. I went for a consultation and it was all very straightforward and easy. Within 3 weeks I had my brace. Any issues I had with my brace was dealt with even without a appointment. This is a lovely friendly dentist so would definitely recommend.
