I was nervous that my teeth would take a long time to straighten out but in just 12 short months I was able to achieve a perfect smile! James is a fantastic dentist, and I am extremely thankful for the hard work and patience of James and his team through all of my appointments. A 5* dental practice!

Negative experience: Inexperienced NHS dentists. Always looking an up-sell. Horrible service. They will try to scare you into private super expensive dental care which breaks all dental practice rules within the United Kingdom. For example..i.e the head" practitioner no longer takes NHS patients. Not to mention Dr Maguire who was a gentleman. Creepy place after what happened don't be fooled. Kind regards.

I had a terrible time as a child and teenager with my teeth. The level of pain management when operated on was traumatic. James’s manner, skill & knowledge show in his professional approach to his work. He has managed my nervous disposition towards dentistry. His skill with pain management and the very little discomfort I now experienced under his hand, is night and day from my childhood. Fantastic experience: I couldn't be happier with the work James and his amazing team did on my dental implant. I've always been a nervous wreck going to dental appointments, but from being greeted at reception to sitting in the chair, the whole team couldn't have made me feel so at ease. Great aftercare, with phone calls checking that everything was OK shortly after the implant went in and structuring payments so they were affordable with each visit to put any worries at ease. And the care taken to ensure that my smile looked natural visually was well worth the nine-or so-month journey. I highly recommend it, and if I need another implant, I will be back with the team at William Street Dental.

Fantastic experience: I was initially nervous to come in for my filling, however my dentist Louise put me at ease before me started, was efficient and quick, and kept me updated through every step. I’m really happy with the work Louise did, my filling looks great and she told me how to look after it. I couldn’t recommend William Street enough, an experience I was worried about was made really easy and I’m happy with the results!
