Fantastic experience: I finally found the courage to have dental implants, and this is all down to Irfans professionalism and caring nature. He talked me through the whole procedure explaining everything in great detail and answered all the questions I had. The whole process isn't quick, but so worth it, as the end results are amazing. Fantastic experience: In 2022 Irfan started repair work followed by implants to my upper teeth, I spent several hours in the chair over 12 months, initially I was not looking forward to the course of treatment, but I always felt the staff took great care, with very little discomfort, I can thoroughly recommend the practise. Irfan has been my dentist of a couple of years, always has time for his patients, listens to their patients needs, rarely kept waiting beyond appointment time, it is good to visit a dentist where you don't end up seeing a different dentist each time you visit, would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: After breaking my wisdom tooth on Boxing Day, I was dreading going to dentist to sort it, but my dentist meeda removed it without feeling any pain. Today I had a tooth extraction and 2 fillings plus a clean, and I have to admit my nerves were terrible, but meeda and her nurse were so gentle and talked me through everything and I didn’t feel any pain. Although it’s abit sore now, it’s nothing compared to how it would’ve been if I didn’t have the treatments. She kept asking me if I was ok and her nurse asked me too which I thought was so caring. I need one more filling and I’m not even worried about that now. The whole surgery staff, nurses, dentists and receptionists go above and beyond to make you feel important and relaxed, thankyou market street dental, you are all so amazing ☺️

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist in years and I’m scared of them, market street dental was recommended to me and I’m so glad I went. Irfan Khokhar is the nicest guy, so friendly, really puts you at ease if you’re feeling frightened and nervous. I had two extractions and had IV Sedation and I barely remember a thing. I was dreading it but I’m so pleased I had it done. The nurses were also so friendly as were the reception team, always on hand to answer any questions. The nurse even helped me out to the car with my partner after my IV sedation and treatment to make sure I got there ok. I’ll definitely start going to the dentist regularly, after visiting market street and realising the dentist isn’t that bad if you find the right one. Thank you.

The warm, friendly atmosphere is matched by a highly professional service. The reception staff were welcoming and happy to help. My treatment was pain free and the team members who provided it were wonderful. Neelam and Megan kept me informed of what was going on, and were happy to answer my questions. Fantastic experience: I have a huge fear of going to the dentist after many bad experiences in the past and went on the waiting list for this dentist after hearing nothing but good things especially when it came to nervous patients. I needed a fair amount of work doing but i was seen in no time and 3 appointments later all work was completed and i can smile confidently again. First Irfan Khokar spoke to me and explained everything and even asked what procedure I wanted to start with. Miss N Iqbal also treated me and was kind and reassuring. I was asked all the way through each treatment if I was OK or if I needed a break which I've not had before and I wasn't made to feel uncomfortable at any point for being so nervous. It helped that my partner was able to come with me and hold my hand. My children are now both registered with this dentist and they both came out after their first check up smiling and can't wait to go back again after commenting on how kind all of the staff were. If your nervous I would highly recommend this dentist, for the first time in years after treatments such as a crown and 2 tooth extractions I'm not in pain either like I have been in the past.

My partner was always so nervous about going to the dentist so I registered him here as I have always had such a positive experience at Market street practice. My partner needed fillings and tooth extractions everything was explained to him all of the staff are so nice and friendly. After treatment my partner said “this is the best dentist I’ve ever been to”. The dentist made sure my partner felt at ease they even came to tell me that everything was going well. Negative experience: Always had great treatment but as soon as I started working nights and missed an appointment or 2 due to my schedule and rota got kicked of the books in the middle of treatment I will admit I've been in agony ever since I have no calcium in my body which is causing these issues and omg the pain trying to get another dentist I'm struggling

I was very impressed with the consideration given to ensure I fully understood the procedure at each stage of the treatment. I felt really comfortable there, Meeda was great and really made me feel at ease while I was in the chair. She was also very good with my 2 year old son who doesn't do well normally in situations he's not used to. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Was a patient here. Not been due to covid and had my registration deleted. Went down and receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Told to ring and receptionist was rude and unhelpful.

Negative experience: These dentist’s you cannot trust to provide adequate medical care for your teeth, they do not wish to make sure you have optimum oral health. They tried to lie to me about not needing a filling after I recently had my daughter (I gather this was because I would have had the treatment for free given that I had not long had a baby), when I pressed the dentist for something to be done as it was arguable that the “stain” looked like a cavity, he agreed to FILL it with white filling which again he shouldn’t be doing as it’s something the nhs does not pay for. I’m guessing this was a bargaining because he did not want me to question as to why he was filling in a “stain”, I asked to be seen by another dentist there who glanced in to my mouth and said to me “don’t you think you should go to another dentist. You’ve broken your trust at this dentist”. The treatment by all the staff there, including the dental manager is completely disrespectful and negligent. Avoid at all cost! Do not waste your money or time to the place. I also hear their teeth whitening is awful, and they pull peoples teeth out when all they needed were fillings. Absolutely shocking service in my opinion. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate their practice in our town. The dentist specifically called the hole in my tooth a stain. Now, as he has mentioned in his response if there was no need for treatment they wouldn’t have suggested the “filling”, again the terminology the actual dentist used, so that contradicts the tone of his response. I shouldn’t have had to practically beg for them to do the filling over two separate appointments. Don’t be fooled. Dentists who have nhs patients actually are given incentives to not treat the nhs patients, they have targets to meet with numbers of patients and check ups but when it comes to costing for nhs they’re encouraged to lower this.

Fantastic experience: Without a doubt, the best Dental Practice I have ever attended. I was involved in quite a serious accident which left me with very broken teeth. Irfan and his team were great with me, they got me seen as soon as possible and somehow made me look like nothing had ever happened. I have always had a bit of a fear of dentists after a bad experience as a kid, but considering the amount of work I needed doing, I honestly didn't feel a thing...and this included root canal work. I really cant recommend them highly enough, from the receptionists, to the dental nurses to Irfan himself...everyone was great from beginning to end!

Fantastic experience: I changed to Market Street Dental after leaving a job in Lincoln, and i couldn't recommend them enough. Dr Khokhar is the nicest dentist I have ever met. He is patient, and really puts you at ease. I had a problem with a tooth and he saw me straight away and the problem was sorted quickly and efficiently. If i need and appointment quickly the practice can't do enough to help you. Fantastic experience: I went to see my dentist today to have my wisdom tooth out I was so scared and I mean shaking sweating! I had been several times before to have the procedure but chickened out when I got in the seat. But this time I had had enough of going back and forth and being in so much pain I got it done today! I initially contacted Irfan and the team during lockdown and received a very quick response which I was impressed with. Once I got booked in the team were very professional and helpful. The building is very easy to find, with parking super close and is ultra clean. When I attended my appointment I was given a variety of options and all outcomes for each treatmentA by Irfan and Han. Negative experience: Can't fault the dentist, always lovely. However, as they had my appointment time wrong and kept me waiting 20 mins I had to go to move my car so I didn't get a ticket and the 2 females on reception thought they would sit and make comments about me in front of my 12 year old daughter and customers! Not impressed with their manners at all! To upset my daughter is disgusting! And have now found out that one of them is the manager!!!!!!

I contacted the practice and within the hour I received a email offering me an appointment. Exceptional is one of many words I would use to describe Irfan Khokhar the dentist who did my extraction.
