Fantastic experience: I had my composite bonding a few months ago at confidental. All staff are brilliant and so helpful through the whole process. Thanks to Dan and Sam for the amazing results.

Positive experience: Got my composite bonding done from here few years ago. Very good quality and amazing work. Would definitely recommend. Only downside I've found over the years they've become very busy so the customer service has started to lack. I was promised a phone call 8 months ago where some one would get back to me within a week. 8 months have elapsed. I did phone up and said some one would call me back again still waiting...... Other than that can definitely trust your teeth with these guys.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at this dental clinic! the whole team were absolutely amazing! They were so kind, caring, and made me feel really at ease. The receptionist Olimpia was really nice and kind. I had a great experience with her. Arika was my dentist. She explained me everything very well and did my treatment smoothly with no pain. I usually get nervous about going to the dentist, but here I felt completely comfortable and well looked after. You can really tell they care about their patients. I’m so happy I found this place and would definitely recommend it to everyone! Thank u again

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently moved dentist, and registered here from a reccomendation from a friend. No one ever really enjoys the dentist but this is, by a country mile, the best dentist I’ve ever visited. Today I had a tooth extraction, and throughout the entire appointment I was put at ease and reassured throughout and then had a phone call from David in the evening to check in to see how I’m getting on. Aftercare at its finest. If you need dental work, look no further!

Fantastic experience: After 2 failed attempts at fixing my damaged teeth (after suffering with an eating disorder throughout my 20s), I was recommended Dr Mckemey at Confidental by my local dentist. From start to finish, Dr Mckemey made me feel relaxed, well-informed and that I could trust his judgement. He gave me 3 different options of treatments that would achieve the results I wanted (with no pressure on choosing the most expensive). I am fully ecstatic with the results. I feel like I have my perfect smile back and I've even booked in for some small adjustments on my lower 4 just to add the final touches.

I am so impressed with the surgery and staff who were incredibly thorough, the staff explained the entire procedure and were super friendly and calming the entire time. My easiest dentist trip ever! Fantastic experience: What turned into a disastrous Boxing Day left me extremely distressed when my front tooth fell out. I was embarrassed about my appearance and spent a large part of the day upset and crying, feeling that I looked awful. As it was a Christmas bank holiday, I honestly thought no one would be able to help me at such short notice — especially as I was due to go on holiday just two days later to celebrate the New Year. I searched online for urgent help and came across what appeared to be a competent and reputable dentist, ConfiDental Dentist on Ecclesall Road, Sheffield. From the very first phone call, the gentleman I spoke to was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. He told me not to worry and that they could sort everything out, which meant so much to me as I was extremely upset. They managed to get me an appointment the very next morning and fixed my tooth at a very reasonable price. I cannot thank them enough for restoring not just my tooth, but also my confidence and happiness — especially as it was the day before I was due to go away. Had this not been fixed, it would have completely ruined my trip. Thanks to them, I was able to start the New Year feeling happy and confident again. What an absolutely fantastic service. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I've always had a bit of a fear of going to the dentist, as many people do. After using several dentists through my life, Confidential are the one's that have absolutely changed that for me. I originally came in to get Invisalign - my teeth have always been a bit misaligned, the bottoms quite seriously. Any problems I've had throughout the process, they've sorted for me quickly and I did not think it was possible to get them all as perfectly straight as the team have at Confidential. They look so natural as well. I don't think it's an overstatement to say it's changed my life. The entire team have all been amazing throughout the entire process. Always friendly, super helpful and happy to see you. It's great to have found a dentist that I will now be using for all dentistry needs moving forward, and have even referred other friends to them. Special props go to Dave, he's top dentist and a top guy! Can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Went today for a deep clean. My gums are severely sensitive but staff was very patient with me. They supported me through a difficult deep clean due to pain but they helped me relax and made me feel comfortable with understanding my situation. Fantastic experience: I had Botox done with Megan. So happy with the result. I’ve had it done before and have always needed a top up. This was my first time with Megan, I chose to have a little top up but it certainly wasn’t needed. Incredible results. Done to a high standard, all the anatomy detail explained and far more professional than other places I’ve been historically. Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and excellent customer service! I had root canal done here and what I thought would be an intense experience ended up being extremely easy and painless. The dentist was very nice and put me at ease. Reception is also very helpful. I had a filling come out during the holidays and they were able to fit me in between bookings so I wouldn’t be uncomfortable over Christmas. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I never leave reviews but this time k don’t know where to start or to end. Dan, Samantha, Leslie and the rest of the staff have been amazing! I’m always nervous to go to the dentist, but shout out to Dan always making feel comfortable. Such a down to earth person, honestly has saved my life recently when I had a bad infection. I was a mess and came in crying, they looked after me and shuffled things about to prioritise me and my mental/ teeth health at that time I was in so much pain. They look after you. They care about you and how you feel about the your teeth. Samantha is also lovely honesty, makes me laugh. The only complaint I have is the duo making me laugh when my mouth is wide open being fixed hahaha. A great dentist if you have anxiety (like I do) and have had horrible experiences at dentists! They are willing to help you for free if any fillings feel wrong for a year (warranty). It feels like a catch up with a bunch of friends sometimes, and this is my second visit only. Can’t recommend enough!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Dan - will be recommending you to everyone on earth … Jupiter is next! :)

Fantastic experience: Started treatment with David. Had 3x teeth removed & 3x implants inserted which was completed in one and a half hours. Can't praise David enough, his skills are second to none. The whole experience was painless and David & his assistant made me feel at ease throughout. Best dental experience ever with the best dentist I have ever seen. Look forward to going back and having the job finished. Dec 2023 - my return visit to have my implant treatment completed was another painless experience. David and his assistant did another great job and I can't praise the whole team enough, they make you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. Fantastic experience: Dan recently did an amazing job doing composite bonding on my top and bottom teeth. One of my original teeth was still a baby tooth and last night it just broke so I was toothless. Spoke to the practice this morning and by 5pm today all sorted. I will need further treatment but he fully explained why. I can now go on my holiday tomorrow smiling. Thanks Dan and the staff you are the BEST!!!

Fantastic experience: What a fantastic place this is. I contacted them on a recommendation from a friend whilst suffering with very bad toothache. David was actually on a day off but came in specially to see me a diagnosed a large abscess and prescribed me antibiotics to clear up the infection. 1 week later i had 3 x root canal treatments on my 3 front bottom teeth all done in one session and i was expecting to suffer some pain after such a lot of work but i did not have one minute of pain which i was astounded at. I return on 11th July for completion of my root canal treatment. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough for the professional and caring way they go about their business. Alf Marshall

Was looked after very well today by Dr Garrett + the lovely dental assistant, can't remember the name but both extremely professional, extremely well trained and attentive. Honestly some of the best care I have ever got. I am a nervous patient, Nobody likes anxiety. ConfiDental really takes this into account. I found myself very relaxed during most of it. I felt listened to which is important. Very accommodating with appointments too. The practice is very clean, very modern. Fills you with confidence. They do not rush anything. I have dealt with two receptionists and both were incredibly patient, kind, pleasant and lovely. For private their rates are actually extremely reasonable. I have found my new Dentist and very happy about it. Honestly nothing wrong or bad to report! Thank you guys for taking such good care.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to take the time to express my gratitude and would appreciate my thanks/comments being passed over to Tom and Claire at Confidental. Tom has recently treated me for a root canal and admittedly, I was somewhat of a nervous patient. I did tell Tom this upon our first appointment and how even just the idea of having an injection made me overly nervous and anxious. The time, care and understanding that both Tom and Claire showed was priceless. Tom really went out of his way to explain the whole procedure to me beforehand, was so reassuring and within minutes made me feel so much more at ease. During the two appointments for the procedure, he consistently explained every step as we went including any sensations I might have felt and how these were perfectly normal. Not once was anything even remotely uncomfortable. Previous negative experiences had really tainted my thoughts and opinion towards visiting a dentist and deterred me from visiting as often as I should but after the level of care and treatment that I received from Tom and Claire it is safe to say that I do not have any second thoughts visiting your practice routinely moving forward. They both really do have the sincerest passion for the care of their patients at heart and are a real credit to not only Confidental, but the industry overall. Fantastic experience: I have a huge phobia of the dentist and I came 4 weeks ago and met Dr La Rocco who was so lovely and put me at ease. Managed to temporarily get my tooth sorted. Last night I was crying in agony from the same pain in that tooth and couldn’t get an appointment anywhere. I called Confidental and the lovely receptionist booked me in straightaway! I met Dr Tom this time who was super friendly and reassuring. Looking forward to my root canal treatment with Dr Tom soon! Absolutely amazing team here! Can’t believe I didn’t find them a lot soon!

Fantastic experience: Easily the best dentist I've ever been to in Sheffield. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the dentists really care and take their time to answer questions and explain everything fully. I came here for help with some problems after going abroad for dentistry - I had an emergency appointment within minutes of walking in the door. I wish I had known about this place before trying to save money abroad - it's just not worth it when things go wrong. I definitely won't be going anywhere other than Confidental in future.

Fantastic experience: As well as a new stunning state-of-the art set of Treatment Rooms, these guys got me in on the bank holiday Monday with little or no notice, no fuss, and ended a painful few days! Massive thanks and huge recommendation for the Confidental team; as well as brilliant health service, a great, relaxing time was had which is paramount when your health is involved. Fantastic experience: I have recurring pericoronitis and have been to Confidental for emergency appointments three times now. They've always fit me in quickly and got me the treatment I need straight away. I'm a very nervous patient and every member of staff has always gone above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. Cannot recommend this practice enough!
