Fantastic experience: I've been coming here since the mid-1980s. The atmosphere is very welcoming and staff are professional and friendly. I've since moved from the area; however, I still come to Blythe Road Dental Practice because I receive excellent dental health treatment from Helen (my hygienist) and George (my dental practitioner. I trust them absolutely. George, incidentally, is also highly skilled in cosmetic dentistry and my teeth look completely natural and better than they ever did.

Fantastic experience: STILL the best dentist around! I have to update this review because - yet again - George has come through as a champion of dental work. I had a cracked back molar and George dealt with it speedily, painlessly and brilliantly. He knows how nervous I am about sitting in the chair and is gentle and compassionate, letting me watch great telly to distract myself and generally being the wonderful professional that he has been with me for nearly two decades now! ——- Easily the best dentist I have EVER been to. George is an artist. He replaced my old flat fillings and then *sculpted* them to look like the real inside of non-filled teeth! A m a z i n g. I have been coming to Blythe Road for years and I have never had a twinge of pain or fear, having had truly traumatic experiences at other dentists. (I used to be VERY scared of going to the dentist, so wouldn’t, which was obviously stupid). George & team are the sweetest, loveliest people - all of them - and that gets my vote.

At my first visit, Jean was cautious as to what step to take and wanted to make sure I didn’t have a sinus infection causing my discomfort. When that was ruled out Demi got me right in yesterday and with Lily’s capable assistance, Jean discovered the problem and took care of my tooth immediately. Fantastic experience: Was told very many years ago by a previous dentist that I urgently needed dental implants. I procrastinated for many years and made do with a bridge that would only last a few years each time as it was only able to be fixed on one side. When my most recent bridge lasted just a week I was recommended to George Stramotas by a mutual friend. George has now completely reconstructed my top row of teeth and I am extremely happy with the result. He is an excellent dentist with a very friendly professional approach that makes you feel completely at ease and he has a great team around him. As a bonus he has a flat screen tv installed above the chair to help take your mind off the more challenging aspects of your dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: Ive been seeing George since 2014 , my dental work was complex and my mouth was in a total mess (I was in need of a lot of attention from previous work which had failed) ive been given a smile to be proud of, im able to eat virtually anything without any issues either. My work involved multiple implants and reconstruction all around, the work was painless , George is very patient, kind and works to your timescales and budget and he is not that expensive in comparison to some dentists. His work and the work of the lab he uses is truly excellent!!! I do shift work so taking time out isnt the easiest, however George has always been flexible and has always fit me in at very short notice especially when ive been in pain. Ive had a lot of experience of dentists but George is the best I have ever seen. I wont go anywhere else!

George actually makes the visits fun! And if I need an urgent or short notice appointment or an early appointment before work then the practice always manages to find a slot.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist is not usually found on one’s top ten list of fun things to do, and I have severe dental phobia due to a past extremely bad experience, but I can honestly say this was my best dental experience ever. George put me at ease and completed my procedure (a crown) efficiently, and literally pain free. I’ve been living in London for 10 years and wish I had found him back then. George was wiped away my dental phobia (well at least when he his performing the procedure )

I really like the vibe at this practice and feel like every time I visit (about once a year) I'm greeted with a warm welcoming from the team. I'd even go as far as saying from the professional service these guys provide it's value for money and they'll be honest with you. I've gone to other practices in the past where they've encouraged unnecessary work or charged to much because of the address it's based BUT fortunately not here. Extra Kudos to Jean and her soft selling skills for taking someone who was very reluctant to floss and turning them into a daily flosser through some sort of voodoo magic. My teeth especially will be eternally grateful to this woman. Lovely people. Thanks guys!

Had to have a filling replaced and ended up going to Dr George Stramotas this morning and had the BEST dentist experience I’ve ever had in my life! I went for a hygienist appointment after feeling very self-conscious of staining during my Invisalign process (at a different practice). There is usually a month long wait for an appointment at my previous practice. For Blythe Road Dental, I was able to use their very easy online booking system - I booked on Saturday afternoon and had a 0855 appointment on the Monday morning. The advice, clean and polish is the best I’ve ever had from a dentist. I walked out with the biggest, shiniest smile and the all the staff were so helpful, friendly and highly expert. I have now booked my partner in as a new patient (he’s very picky on practices!) and I can’t wait to see the results for him too. Thank you Blythe Road Dental, I will be back!

Fantastic experience: George has been my dentist for my whole life, and not only are my teeth incredibly well cared for, but also it’s a joy to go to the dentist. 6 months I was due to get married I feel over and knocked out two front teeth - George fit me in, saved the situation with Crowns (not implants) and I have a perfect smile, colour matched for my wedding. In that time I have never been anything less than delighted by the treatment I have received. George is a very experienced and skilful practitioner who clearly keeps up to date with all the latest developments; additionally he is a very charming, likeable man who always make you completely at ease in his surgery. I have never had less than the most excellent service.Of equal importance is the staff that George surrounds himself with, in particular his very experienced and delightful dental nurse, Zuzana and his very accommodating and friendly practice manager, Alina. My whole family are also with the practice and as proof of the care they have received at Blythe Road, my children, now 30-ish, have not got a filling in their teeth between them!
