I have been on a very complicated joinery with my own implants and correction and could have wished for a more caring Dr to ensure I’m comfortable and have the best results. She carefully checked everything and quickly discovered a deep inflammation and an old gum pocket that had likely been there for six months — something four other dentists had completely missed. Together with her wonderful nurse Ivelina Georgieva, Dr. Evgenia acted immediately. They made the right decision on the spot and performed the extraction that ultimately saved me from unbearable pain and infection. My face and scalp were swollen and in agony, and it took 10 days just to start recovering. I truly believe their professionalism and speed of care saved my health — and my peace of mind. Negative experience: After six years, my implant crown came off. I found out it was guaranteed for three rather than ten years, to glue the crown back, I had to pay for examination, scan, and crown. My own dentist did it for no charge. Very poor after sale service. That is me done with these guys.

Fantastic experience: I never write normally write Google reviews, but in this case I just had to. The experience I had at this clinic was exceptional. It’s not very often you meet a dental professional who you can just tell knows how to actually be a professional and has a certain level of expertise in said field. However, I can safely say that Dr Eugenia and the nurse Evelina carry such a high standard of knowledge, patient care and expertise so I just have to leave a 5 star review for them.

Negative experience: Really unhappy with the service provided at this practise. I came here for an implant last year. For whatever reason an infection/bacteria was caught after (which I did not know at the time) the only symptoms were gum recession and gums bleeding. When I went back to the practitioner and asked why this was she stated "small recession is fine and that I need to floss more" this is not ethical on how a oral routine is and neither was I told I had gum disease. I went there several times to be told the same thing "floss more" months later now after going to another dentist as I felt something was not right, I found out I have periodontal disease. The practise has not taken any responsibility on what has happened and simply ignored my last emails. I came for an implant but have left with periodontal gum disease at age of 29. How sad. Please do not be fooled by what is written on their website of 25 years experience and so. If this was the case the practioner would have advised I have gum disease which she did not once after visiting several times. I regret coming to this clinic as my gums have receeded everywhere and I have bone loss all over. This is what has happened to me at this practise. Clinic manager is of no help at all only to try voice and make the blame if it is yours. Definitely not a care provider to go too. There are Many other dental clinics out there that can do the job right instead of causing life long problems.

Fantastic experience: Three years ago I got an implant through Finest Dental. Last week, when on holiday, and after a period of instability with the tooth, the crown fell out. As Finest Dental had gone out of business, I assumed I was in trouble. I researched Dental Art and saw that they’d offered assistance to Finest Dental patients. I went along today and the service I received was second to none. Dr Eugenia and Karolina could not have been more helpful. They proactively investigated the implant, they sourced a solution and they reattached the crown. They kept me informed at every stage of the process, the procedure was painless and they really left me with a sense that they cared. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Terrible job done on my teeth that was confirmed by another bda dentists. I spent £thousands here as a private patient. And I've never been called or written to after my surgeries. This is in regards to Swiss cottage branch. I would not recommend this place. Below par.
