Fantastic experience: It's a very comfortable and friendly place to visit!! I met Cara on Wednesday for a checkup she was excellent. The treatment report that I received was thorough and was really much appreciated but at the moment I'll just have to wait until circumstances change for me.

Fantastic experience: The staff are pleasant and helpful, the hygienist is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. The building has just been renovated so it's like new. I've been using this practice for 37 years, I recommend it.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is superb. I had an unfortunate accident where I almost knocked one of my front teeth out. I was in a really emotional state. When I called to make an appointment, Holly the receptionist was so understanding and managed to get me an emergency appointment the same day. Karen Whittaker and her assistant Erin were absolutely amazing. She managed to put my tooth back in place and splint it (something I didn't know could be done). They both kept me calm and were so reassuring. I have had to have root canal treatment on it since due to the damage caused (Which Karen predicted). I honestly never thought I would ever say this but I actually look forward to my dental appointments. I always have a laugh with Karen and Erin. This is definitely the best dental practice I have ever experienced. Thank you to all you lovely ladies. I really enjoy my visits.

I had my first Invisalign treatment today with Dr.Cara and her wonderful dental nurse Chloe & I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Cara is professional, efficient and caring. Chloe is friendly and reassuring and both of them made together made me feel at ease. I know I’m in great hands & I am so grateful to have a team that cares about me feeling confident in my smile!

She quickly assessed the cause of my painful lower molar and reassuringly and skillfully, remedied the situation, causing the pain to calm down immediately. She also recommended strategies to prevent the situation from recurring and advice on what to do,should the pain reoccur. I'm pain free, thanks to Cara!

Fantastic experience: Terrific dental practice. Wonderful staff at reception and then escorted up the stairs to the most excellent surgery. It’s around 6 months since my last visit and the first three lines still apply. I don’t think you can find a better experience for your mouth and gums, than right here in Holywood. As I walked to the surgery I had a thought Me and Rory McIlroy are the same we both had a hole in one, obviously mine involved a tooth. Anyhoo shortly after examination we agreed on the fact the tooth had to go and out it came, pain free now was I and a very happy man So to sum up just try it I don’t think you’ll regret it!

Fantastic experience: I am unable to get up stairs for appointments so I am seen at the downstairs room. I appreciate that this may be inconvenient to my dentist. Both my dentist and technician are lovely and make me feel at ease during appointments.

Fantastic experience: Was in terrible pain from an abscess and phoned High Street Dental Practice to see if I could get an emergency appointment. I was seen the same day in a matter of hours and Karen sorted the problem for me for which I was so grateful. Excellent communication from the reception team also.

The Receptionists are always extremely helpful too and go out of their way to accommodate you. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Negative experience: Was very disappointed that it took many phone calls and more than 1 trip to see the dentist to get my son treated when he was in great pain, was sent home with a disabled child in pain and him asking me why the dentist wouldn't help him.

Negative experience: Very disappointed, practise has gone downhill. Cramming too much into building, no waiting rooms, sitting in a corridor having to move every time people want past. Place untidy and rubbish in paper bag in treatment room, had to hold the water extractor myself as no additional staff in with hygienist. Not a pleasant experience

Fantastic experience: Hi just had the 1st stage of a dental implant completed today my dentist Jessica was thoroughly professional and the procedure was completed very quickly and to an extremely high standard. I should point out that there was no pain at all involved and I would thoroughly recommend anyone who is debating having an implant fitted to contact the practice.
