Fantastic experience: Never been here before. Little nervous due to previous experience elsewhere. Excellent service. Very quick, pain free. Coming back next month for other tooth out. Thank you for giving me a new experience of visiting the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant from the moment I contacted them. I’d honestly give more than 5 stars if I could. Got me in super fast - which is ideal for my busy schedule. The pain in my tooth was gone immediately and the whole appointment was actually reallly fun (I’m usually scared at dentists). I’m so happy I’ve finally found my go to dentist now! If you’re hesitant about booking I promise you don’t be. The team are great! Thank you guys! ❤️

Fantastic experience: When I first went to this dentists I was petrified of dentists due to a bad experience as a teenager. I have now been going here for last 3 yrs and what can I say!!! I am no longer scared of the dentists. He is a lovely man and his dental nurses are all lovely too. He makes you feels so relaxed and likes to have a laugh and a joke with his patients which I find very calming. He’s good at his job and I would highly recommend this practise. Shame he doesn’t always get your name right tho. lol. JOKE.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist. I have had my smile white (aligner) journey with bonsai dental clinic and also finished off with some composite edging which he has done amazing. I have had nothing but a great experience from start to finish. Very welcoming and fab service! Although the drive was 40 minutes away from me, it was 100% worth it

I came to Bonsai Dental because I got referred by a Smile White Dentist and I can honestly say I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, mainly because of how friendly and approachable the staff are at this Dentist. Fantastic experience: I moved recently to Hull and I had a dental problem. My lower molar tooth had issues, because like 60% of the upper part of the tooth was already gone. I needed to extract it! I always had this phobia for going to the Dentist, but I knew I really needed to take the tooth out. The Receptionist was lovely, she assured me, that I had nothing to fear and that, she also recently, had an extraction herself and was quick and easy. That gave me some assurance. The Dentist was fabulous, I didn't feel any pain at all and he was really nice, gentle and funny. I will definitely recommend them. Thanks Bonsai Team

Fantastic experience: Since moving to the UK, I usually travelled back to Poland for dental treatment, which was fine but also limiting. I recently visited Bonsai Dental and I am extremely pleased with the experience. The standard of service is very high and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Bonsai Dent. The reception is staffed by friendly Polish speakers, which is an extra help for Polish patients.

Fantastic experience: Visited this dentist several times over the last 6 months after not seeing a dentist for 8-10 years. All work complete, the dentist is fantastic at telling you everything in as much detail as you require. He is very kind, polite and gets the job done. He puts you at ease and is very good at relaxing your nerves, as do his nurses who are also all amazing at what they do. Highly recommend and will always be my first port of call for any future dentistry work needed.

He doesn't do anything until he has fully explained it and you are happy with everything.I had to go back with a problem and he sorted it with no extra charge over a year later which shows how much he cares about his patients and has pride in his work.. and most importantly he makes sure you end up with the perfect smile..

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing dentist. They are s caring and listen to your wants and needs and not do what they think is best. I asked for full extraction they let me take that option minus 4 molars which are safe and pain free he made sure if that. Also as I'm getting married on the 28th September he has literally fast tracked my dentures within 3 weeks so can have them fitted after my teeth are extracted. This is one amazing dentist with such caring helpful staff and they aren't as expensive as other private dentist as I'm saving £2500 by going here which is a massive saving for me as I'm an NHS patient so never thought of the prices of private dentist before cos I've never had too until now. So glad I found Bonsai Dental

Fantastic experience: I got thrown out of my dentist during Covid and I've been unable to find an NHS dentist in the HU5 area for the last few years. A known dentist around the University area put me on a 5 year waiting list, and their closest private appointment was 3 months away. I rung 111 and the nearest appointment was in Doncaster!. I've always walked past Bonsai but never gave it any thought, but I was at my wits end in pain so I just walked in (I was expecting to be turned away) but I got an appointment the same week, and extraction the week after. I have recommended Bonsai to my friends and family. All the staff are so friendly and lovely. Affordable prices, and great care. Thank you Bonsai!!!!

I'm scared of dentists, but I was put at ease from the first call to see if I could have a wisdom tooth removed, to seeing Dr Shamsaee. He had me laughing before the extraction, which really helped. His injection skills are amazing, I didn't feel a thing and couldn't believe how quick the extraction was. I'm going to recommend him to everyone. The prices are amazing. Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this dental practice enough!!! The dentist has been absolutely amazing and the receptionist are always helpful and friendly. I have gum disease and have inverted wisdom tooth on both sides that have been causing me a lot of pain. I tried getting treatment with my NHS dentist in Hull city center for a long time but was not able to get any support or referral. Since I found bonsai dental, I have joined their dental plan and the deep scale treatment has greatly improved my gum disease. I was so grateful that the dentist has also referred me to get the right treatment for my wisdom tooth with the NHS. Unfortunately Im going to move away this month from Hull to the South so I am honestly gutted that I had that i have to cancel my dental plan with Bonsai due to the distance. Dr Bijan has been so accomodating with me and made sure I could still get the remaining treatment and even insisted on letting me end the plan early because i won't be able to use it.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant dental practice, I had been suffering from a very painful infection caused by my wisdom tooth, I submitted the inquiry form on their website (very easily done), and within less than 24 hours they had me in for the removal of the problem tooth at a very reasonable rate. The staff are both professional and amiable. I Will be returning for any and all other dental issues and procedures.

Fantastic experience: Everytime I reached out to the staff, I always felt the compassion for my difficulty. Dr Bijan was always very friendly, open, honest and forthright with me at every single encounter. And when I finally decided to do the extraction, he took very good care of me, focusing more on efficiency and making the procedure, which admittedly was a difficult one, as painless as possible. And they have always responded to evert enquiry I have made after the procedure, never being dismissive of my concerns, no matter how trivial. I 100% recommend them, especially at a time when the NHS showed a total lack of regard for my plight.

Fantastic experience: I like many other people have a real phobia about visiting the dentist and as a result have not been for many years. Previous treatments at other dentists had been an uncomfortable and painful experience. This was not the case here. I can 100% inform fellow phobia sufferers like myself that they have nothing to worry about when visiting this dentist. Bijan has a nice tranquil and friendly manner about his persona and nothing is too rushed. You can put your trust in all the professional people at this Dentist.

Fantastic experience: This is a very professional dental practice with a great dentist and excellent support staff. I have been a patient of theirs for about 3 years. The dentist is very friendly and welcoming and always seems to have some sort of new technology or improvement that makes each visit better than the last - e.g. entire makeovers of the surgery, more advanced text notifications for appointments, better tools for more comfortable and effective cleaning of teeth and even a gadget to raise the temperature of anesthetics to make them more comfortable during administration instead of being ice cold! During visits he is very thorough and will discuss dental care regimes, recommend products and advise on their correct usage. I have had to visit for emergency care and was able to book a weekend slot to fit around work. I find the dental plans to be excellent value for money and feel lucky that I have found a dentist that really goes the extra mile.

I can honestly say my teeth are now in the best condition they have been for in decades. I would recommend this practice to anybody without hesitation. I travel over 15 miles across Hull to get there without question as they are that good.

Fantastic experience: As a patient of the senior dentist here, Amir Mohagh, I at last found a professional, kind and attentive dentist. He spoke honestly to me when a less expensive treatment was better for me in the long run, too. More recently I've become a patient of the younger dentist here, Bijan/Ben Shamsaee, and again I have found him to be thoughtful, thorough and honest. I recommend Bonsai Dental Clinic whole heartedly, and far beyond all others I have tried.

Negative experience: Bad experience by all accounts

Fantastic experience: I cracked my tooth several days before Christmas, and was unable to find an appointment anywhere. They had a cancellation and called me back almost immediately, and saw me the same day, Christmas Eve, in the evening, to give me a temporary filling and to remove the old one. It was fast, painless and the dentists were lovely and really put me at ease. Would definitely recommend.

I had a painful tooth, Amir Mohagh Dental Clinic was the only ONE who was helping me with a next day appointment. Even tried to give me same day appointment at first.
