Fantastic experience: I dont know who the reception lady was today but she was so lovely and caring. Payal Sankhe dentist truly knows how to work with children—so polite, patient, and gentle. She took the time to carefully examine each tooth, which I really appreciated. I’ve been to many dentists before, but the service and attention I received from her were exceptional. She genuinely cared and gave helpful advice on prevention and dental care. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Outstanding Practice I am terrified of dentists due to a bad experience as a child but these guys instantly put you at ease. I had to attend today for a root carnal on a broken front tooth. Not only did I not feel a thing but the dentist left my with a temporary filling that looks a million times better than it did when I walked in. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience, she explained the process very thoroughly and even call/ texted to check up on me the next day to see how I was feeling. Fantastic experience: After 15 years of visiting different dentists in London, I was highly impressed with the professional approach of Dr Mehil Patel for both of my daughter's appointments. During the check-up appointment, Dr Patel explained everything, with different options for treatment. All information has been collected to have a good overall picture of my daughter's teeth conditions and previous treatment. The dentist's cabinet is well equipped, an x-ray has been done, and all teeth have been checked thoroughly with dental medical glasses with binocular lenses. Advice was given on filling and whitening procedures. The next appointments have been prearrange with the receptionist, to achieve the discussed treatment. Both appointments were NHS. Highly recommend the clinic and Dr Mehil Patel as professional, friendly, compassionate doctors.

Negative experience: They are hiding something

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with the charming young dentist today, he was thorough and very knowledgeable. The receptionist was very nice as well and the surgery was clean and bright . I’d definitely recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Mount Road Practice for the last two years and it has been the best dental care I’ve ever received. I wanted to straighten my teeth and Dr Brij took the time to work out what option was best for me. The Invisalign treatment was a great success and if there were any issues I was able to get an appointment by the next day. Dr Brij is always very caring and friendly and makes sure the treatment he provides is the best for you. Would 100% recommend this practice to anyone!

It might be a good idea for clients to be told if dentist / hygienist running late as this was the case today , It didn’t matter to me today but another client needed to ask if there was delay personally I would rather be made aware out of politeness so can reschedule my day if needed

Fantastic experience: I am a nervous patient & have avoided going to the Dentist for a number of years. I decided to try Mount Road Dental Surgery due to their great reviews on Google. I was given an appointment with Nev & all I can say is he is BRILLIANT He has such a nice, calm, warm & friendly personality. I have found previous Dentists to be critical but Nev is completely non-judgemental. He takes into account your concerns, priorities & doesn’t pressurise you into doing anything you don’t want to do (which I have found other Dentists do). He explains everything that is going to happen, continually asks you throughout the treatment appointment if you are ok & will regularly pause when needed so that you can compose yourself I have not felt this ‘comfortable’ (not sure this is the right word as no one surely likes going to the dentist - right ?) with a Dentist since I was a child - as an adult of 50 years that’s some achievement. I WOULD VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEV

Fantastic experience: Had Profihlo treatments with Dr Dipen, i am absolutely amazed by the results! I am fan of botox and had never heard of profihlo until Dr Dipen had recommended it to me and i think it might have to be my new favorite treatment! I am extremely grateful i found Dr Dipen after having filler complications from a pervious clinic that he saved me looking like sloth for the rest of my life, but he has actually restored my skin and confidence better than it was before. Fantastic experience: Brij was excellent. In a time where seemingly everyone is being recommended Invisalign, it was refreshing to have a consultation with Brij who gave me all of my options and didn’t force anything down my throat... Brij changed my smile completely - it was a no pressure consultation and he diligently explained the options and the consequences of each. A year or so later and my teeth are the best they’ve ever been, and I feel so much more confident. From the scan of my mouth, to the ordering of the retainers, to the regular check ups I was offered, my whole experience was 10/10. I’ve sent so many referrals to Brij and he has given them the same level of professionalism and expertise he has given me. Affordable treatment which changed my life, delivered in a way that I felt like I was meeting a friend whenever I saw him. The people I’ve sent in have all had previous Dentistphobia, but one meeting with Brij and they left smiling - and smiling even more after a few more consultations. I cannot recommend this practice for Invisalign enough. 5 stars. Thank you, Brij, and Francesca at reception! Lovely bunch.

Fantastic experience: First time having Botox and I was really nervous but Dipen made me feel completely relaxed. He went through the whole process before any procedure took place, I was able to ask questions and all answers were explained thoroughly. I wasn’t rushed or pushed to have the procedure in anyway. I have some health conditions at the moment and he was very sympathetic and compassionate and completely knew how to make the treatment bearable. I was apprehensive about my visit but he was very reassuring and gave me useful advice.

Fantastic experience: I've now had two tear trough filler treatments with Dippen and have loved the results and experience on both occasions. Dippen is very informative about the treatments and talks you through the process throughout the entire appointment. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Mount Road Dental and have been seeing Dipen for Botox and filler treatments. I always feel in such safe hands. Dipen is so knowledgeable, conscientious and is a true professional. Since becoming a mum (and suffering many sleepless nights!) I felt the need for a ‘pick me up’ and have since had lip enhancement and neck Botox as I noticed I’d started to loose definition of my jaw line. The results are natural and subtle but have given me a massive confidence boost. I’ll be booking in for cheek filler as soon as I can! I can not recommend highly enough, thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have moved to Mount Rd Dentists after my old dentist retired elsewhere and wished I had done it earlier. I have now had to have root canal surgery and Nev (my dentist) was brilliant. He explained everything, it was done professionally and I was comfortable throughout. Plus he is a really nice and friendly person - in fact after these 4 appointments, I am missing having a friendly chat with him!! If you need a dentist, I would recommend Nev in a heartbeat

Fantastic experience: Dr Dev, was amazingly patient and diligent with his work. Had a few issues with my temporary filling falling out, but that was quickly sorted out. Really easy to talk to and dealing with.

I was able to put my concerns to them and received the best advice and dental care I have ever encountered. Mr Patel and his team are fantastic and very knowledgeable and the resident hygenist (sorry I am terrible at remembering names) was a delight, exceedingly proficient and very re-assuring. Fantastic experience: I have been a paitent here with my family for over 6 years now. I am very happy with the service being provided. The team are very professional and friendly. Also the facilities are very clean and modern. I had a reasonable amount of work done about 2 years ago, with an extraction and fillings. The work is holding out well, and my teeth are in good condition, only requiring yearly checkups. Having a good relationship with your dentist is important, and here I feel they make the effort to remember who you are. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone who is in the market for a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: I started visiting this surgery around five years ago now when I moved in to the local area and at the time, it was just a tiny waiting room and one dentist chair! It has since been transformed in to an impressive, modern practice and it is very impressive; they have clearly invested a lot in to it. The one thing that has been consistent has been the service that I have received - the email and text reminders of appointments are SO helpful, particularly when the appointments are far apart! - and the receptionists are always super friendly. Similarly, I have never had anything but absolutely A* treatment from Dipen. I have had a number of fillings and treatments from him and when I first came to see him, I had to have some work done and was petrified, as hadn't been to the dentist in well over 7 or 8 years. I felt absolutely nothing - even the injections to numb your mouth are painless; he is clearly an expert at what he does. I have also since the refurb been going for three monthly hygienist appointments with Karen who is equally as good, very thoughtful and always puts you at ease. I would highly recommend Mount Road Dental and I quite frequently do to my local friends and colleagues! Even if I move out of the area, I will continue to use them.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending here for a while now for both Botox and fillers. I have recommended friends who previously had treatments elsewhere and didn’t get the same great results as myself; having then gone to Dr Patel my friends, like me, are really impressed with the results of his skills with botox. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient of Dr Patel for many years and it has always been a pleasure to visit the surgery. Something that you don’t often hear said about your dentist!! I find his professionalism and personality to be better than any dentist I’ve ever been to!! During my time at the practice the surgery has undergone extensive alterations and modernisation and I would say is a good as any other surgery and far better than most. I’ve also now started having a 6 monthly clean with the hygienist who once again is an absolute pleasure to be a patient of and my teeth have never been cleaner.
