Negative experience: I called this dental practice today to request an emergency appointment after losing a filling and part of my tooth. While the person on the phone was okaish, tone wise, I didn’t feel they truly understood the urgency of the situation. I clearly explained that I needed to be seen as soon as possible to avoid infection, especially since I’m undergoing medical treatment and preparing for an operation, meaning I can’t attend routine dental appointments. Despite this, I was told nothing could be done until I had a general examination, and only then could I be booked for a follow-up, subject to availability! I was genuinely surprised by this, as most dental practices accommodate emergencies, but clearly not this one. Even after simplifying my request and emphasising I only had five days to resolve the issue, the response remained the same. In the end, I canceled my future appointments and found another dental surgery that was able to book me in immediately for the necessary filling, exactly as common sense would suggest. Disappointed with the lack of flexibility and responsiveness in what was clearly an urgent situation.

Fantastic experience: EB Dental newly opened in Worcester Park, Surrey, is a 5 star dental clinic. After having years of painful teeth , x-rays in the clinic located eight infected teeth which were all very successfully extracted. I now have a new set of well fitted dentures and for the first time in many years I can now tolerate ice and hot liquids in my mouth. The costs agreed to at the onset were maintained and every appointment made went to schedule. I am eighty one years of age and am enjoying my food once again thanks to EB Dental.

Negative experience: Wasn't told I was no longer nhs in any communication an was treated privately had a broken tooth an was advised I needed a certain treatment which will cost £1200 so asked if I could have tooth removed was told I couldn't asked if I would get same treatment on nhs an was told I wouldn't so asked if I could have the nhs treatment privately as cheaper but was told I couldn't avoid this dentists at all cost's

Negative experience: I have seen 3 different practitioners now with all saying different things. I was given a cancellation for treatment after they cancelled my original date to which the works planned never happened and I was told i have an infection yet wasn't given anything and I have to go back again. I just don't know what's happening.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t feel anything, I was really surprised it all went ok
Negative experience: I am not satisfied with my dentist. I have infection in my root canal teeth from start of June . And they are not doing anything !! I have visited today and told my dentist that I am in severe pain from last 2 weeks but he has NOT done even xray . The service is very bad !!! And Dentists is Lazy. On my other tooth the cavity is spreading with next teeth but he said I can’t do anything!! Plz don’t visit here. If the dentist can’t do anything with cavity teeth and infected root canal teeth and he leave his patient with severe pain then why he is a dentist!!!!

Negative experience: Sweet lady however, so much plaque still left on my teeth. When mentioning she assured me it’s not plaque it’s the blood left behind from her cleaning. Fantastic experience: Yesterday Dr Sally did an amazing job sorting out lost enamel on one of my front teeth. In just 20 minutes she covered the loss and now my tooth looks 100 times better than it has done for years. It was painless and so much quicker than I could have imagined.
