Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and facility, extremely friendly and helpful!

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit to Peacock, the first was for evaluation as a new patient, the setting is peaceful and relaxing, the staff I met Katie, Michelle and Mili are warm, hospitable and very friendly. I had two fillings, almost feel asleep twice in the chair, did I mention relaxed :) Cannot rate highly enough my first experience.

Fantastic experience: This is Really a great dentist they look after me really really well my teeth are excellent and the dentist are lovely people who look after you and make sure your teeth don’t hurt . I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist who is reasonable priced and they make you feel comfortable and they are very skilled. Every time i visit he Peacoke Dental spa I get the best treatment and the staff are excellent and the practice is excellent. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: Prior to my experience with Peacock Dental Spa, dentists were to be avoided until absolutely necessary due to bad experiences elsewhere. Everyone here is friendly, professional, helpful and very understanding with someone as nervous as I initially was, in my opinion the quality of the dental work I have received from them has been exemplary. I have only been a patient for a relatively short period of time but during this I have gained a huge amount of confidence and comfort of dental procedures, primarily due to Mike and Katy who both have a sense of humour when working with you, which I find alleviates any anxiety or tension I have previously experienced. It’s also obvious that they do everything they can to ensure you receive the best care possible. I have never been pressured into having work done that wasn’t necessary and wouldn't think of even going anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: Katy was an absolute delight. I came in because a deep filling I'd had done elsewhere was setting off my nerves. It was causing me extreme pain. My NHS dentist couldn't fit me in for over a month, so I found Peacock Dental Spa. Katy was able to relieve the pain in the first visit after my NHS dentist hadn't at their emergency appointment. She removed the original filling and I paid for a root canal. The price is the price and you can make your own judgements on that; but everything else was fantastic. There are little differences here like how You're greeted, what they offer you while you're waiting. But ultimately the Dentist themselves, Katy in my case, was fantastic. I felt very much felt at ease, she communicated everything really well. I definitely felt she went above and beyond to solve my pain and get even the most awkward parts of my root canal solved. It didn't feel rushed. Let me know if you start taking NHS patients :)

Fantastic experience: If you want the best and most professional care, then Peacock is for you. From the first moment we entered the building we said "wow". Every detail has been thoughtfully planned with the patient in mind. I am about to embark on over 12 months worth of work and I couldn't be more at ease with Katy as I know she is a master of her trade. My eldest daught is currently wearing her braces and is regulalry checked by Mike to ensure everything is ok. All of my family is on one of the great membership plans which offer reassurance and excellent value for money. I couldn't be happier with how we have been looked after and thoroughly recommend Peacock Dental Spa!

Fantastic experience: I visited for an emergency appointment for a tooth extraction. Firstly, everyone I met was absolutely lovely and so welcoming which really put me at ease as an anxious patient. Mike and Lucy were brilliant throughout my treatment, explaining everything thoroughly and letting me have a breather when I needed it. I would highly recommend, especially if you are nervous about dental treatment.

Fantastic experience: I visited for 1st time today having been recommended by a friend. My experience was not like any dentist I have ever had treatment in before. Comfort and care was their priority. All the staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. I went in with apprehension and came out with confidence an a clear plan for my treatment going forward. Fantastic experience: Update: I have now been with Peacock dental spa for a few years (and take my young daughter too) and every experience has been positive. Have gone from hating going to the dentist to it being totally fine! Katy and the team are absolutely lovely - professional and friendly. Love it here and highly recommend. Original review: After having been with the same dentist my entire life, I was very nervous about finding somewhere new after moving, especially as I knew I needed work done on a visible front tooth. I had an initial free chat with Katy, and felt totally reassured and relieved that I had found the right place (I had an initial chat elsewhere too, and was not impressed at all!). Everyone is so lovely and friendly, the environment is a world away from your usual dentist experience, and the extras offered are a nice distraction from dental work being done! Most importantly though, Katy and the team are totally professional and did a brilliant job getting my teeth sorted (whitening and a couple of fillings). I also took my daughter for her first ever dentist appointment and am so delighted that thanks to the wonderful Peacock dental spa she will hopefully grow up with no fear and dislike of the dentist. Fantastic experience: I have never been to such an amazing dentist before. I have high anxiety around going to the dentist. Peacock dental spa was recommended to me by a friend who told me how inclusive they are to meet all clients needs. I needed a filling replacing and a tooth repaired. Katie worked miracles with my tooth which was previously black all over. It looks brand new. Katie was so patient and kept me informed throughout the appointment what was happening and met all of my needs. Natalie made sure everything ran smoothly before, during and after my appointment. Both of these ladies are so approachable, friendly and professional and made my experience of the dentist completely positive. I will never go anywhere else for any treatments or checkups in the future.

Fantastic experience: I've had 2 appointments at Peacock Dental Spa so far, and have been incredibly impressed. Every member of staff is so friendly, kind and helpful, and they really take their time to get to know you. Everything has been explained thoroughly, with humour and care, and the options for treatment have been detailed with everything clearly set out, no hidden costs. I have previously had some really shoddy work at another dentist, and Katy explained why what happened happened, whilst being professional and not criticising the previous work - very diplomatic! I feel confident that my teeth are in good hands, and little touches from the eye masks during appointments, right down to the Christmas loo paper, make me so glad I switched to Peacock. Sometimes you have to prioritise yourself and invest in your smile *EDIT* I am now so happy and confident in my smile, and my dental health. Fantastic experience: From dental phobia and having sedation for a clean and polish,to having cosmetic bonding,and filling with the usual numbing injection. This may not sound radical but from refusing most dental treatment for 20 years because of being absolutely terrified of the drill to my experience today is life changing, DR Katie is so gentle and everyone of the team welcoming and understanding. Thankyou Katie you have a beautiful,professional, talented soul inside and out . I cannot recommend this practice enough.

Fantastic experience: I arrived quite early and was greeted on arrival very courtiosly and asked if I would like a drink. Iwas also asked if I would like headphones which I accepted,when Mike and the team arrived I was taken into the surgery and treated very well. I was not really looking forward to my treatment but because of the care and attention of the team in all it was nowhere near as bad as I expected. Fantastic experience: 110% recommend this place. Needed and emergency appointment got me booked in for a few hours later on that day. Really put me at ease before and during the appointment. They offered me and my partner a drink upon arrival, I also had the chose off blankets, headphones, pillows etc for the procedure. I have not stepped foot in a dentist for over 20 years as I'm absolutely terrified, even the smell off a dentist makes me walk out, but there was no dentist smell at thus wonderful place I came out feeling so much better then walking in. Fantastic experience: Visited for the first time for an emergency appointment this morning. The booking process was super simple, booking at 1am using the online system and getting an appointment for 8.30am same day. The team at Peacock were brilliant and incredibly friendly, from William at the front to Mike who carried out my treatment. They immediately put me at ease and explained everything so thoroughly. Despite having quite a stubborn tooth to remove, Mike ensured there was no pain involved, allowing me to be in and out in less than 30 mins, even with an X-Ray. I would 100% recommend Peacock Dental Spa for any emergency appointment, especially if you're someone of a nervous nature about attending the dentist!

Fantastic experience: These guys are absolutely brilliant and I thoroughly recommend them to everyone. The quality of care here is first rate. After years of wishing for improvements to my dental health I finally braved a visit to these guys. I’m not afraid to admit that having experienced years of NHS dentistry I had become terrified of visits to the dentist. NHS dentistry taught me to expect butchery, infection, pain, and courses of antibiotics. I would seek any reason at all to not go and hold off dental visits of any kind for as long as possible. I would endure almost any amount of pain to not go. Only when it became completely unbearable and debilitating would I finally give in and visit the NHS dentist. At the NHS dentist all of my fears would prove justified over and again. Peacock are completely different !!!. They managed my fear. They promised no pain, and no infections. They gave me a little confidence in what they can do. They took their time and have been working through everything in a sensible way. After several of many needed visits to work on my dental health, I can happily say that so far they’ve actually delivered on their word. My mouth has never felt cleaner. I haven’t had a single infection. I’ve not needed any antibiotics. Although I have experienced discomfort I haven’t experienced any real pain. They are working at exactly what they said they would do. I’m really impressed. I didn’t think it was possible to get the kind of improvement that I wanted. These guys have actually been delivering it. I can’t thank them enough. Mike, Kate, Natalie, and William are brilliant !!!!

Fantastic experience: I am very highly anxious when it comes to visiting the dentist and I was very worried about switching over when I moved into the area. However, the staff here were fantastic, they listened to why I was so anxious, they understood my struggles and they made super to be very supportive throughout the whole experience. I always thought that my appointments with the dentist were thorough but it was nothing compared to how comprehensive the appointment in this office was and I have already recommended this place to people I know who are looking in the area. I even left the office with a knowledge of a filling I have no recollection of ever getting, there were pictures of all my teeth in normal and x-ray format as well as explanations of what I was looking at and areas of worry. It was one of the best visits to the dentist that I have ever had and I could not recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: After spotting Peacock Dental Spa’s composite bonding style on their Instagram and website, I reached out to them despite already having fixed braces with another dentist. I was in search of a dentist who could achieve a natural aesthetic and Peacock Dental Spa could clearly do this. Within days of my initial enquiry, they got back to me and we scheduled a consultation. The consultation process was incredibly personalised, and a mock-up appointment was arranged. Natalie was attentive to my needs, and she relayed all my preferences to Katy, the dentist who would be performing my composite bonding. Katy was not only super friendly and thorough but also provided valuable input without being pushy about the treatment required. Prior to my appointment, I received an email asking which complimentary comfort feature I preferred during the lengthy 3-hour appointment. I opted for the massage chair and found myself dozing off for a few minutes during the procedure. I wholeheartedly recommend Peacock Dental Spa to anyone seeking top-notch dental care. Katy, in particular, is a wonderful blend of kindness and professionalism, showing genuine concern for her patients' well-being. I’ve never been entirely happy with my smile, yet I am now, YAY! Fantastic experience: I'm extremely nervous when it comes to the dentist and Peacock couldn't have done more to help me through the process of getting back on top of my dental health. I just had my first ever filling and they couldn't do enough to make me feel at ease. I had noise cancelling headphones and Natalie put some classical music on for me and I had a snuggly blanket to help me feel calm. Mike did my clean and it was a walk in the park, no pain, no sensitivity. Katie did my filling and again no pain, no sensitivity, can barely even see the filling and I left smiling after both appointments. The whole team are wonderful and I am so grateful to them for the extra mile they go to. Thank you guys for healing not just my teeth but helping heal the trauma from my past experiences x

Fantastic experience: Such a beautifully decorated building, so much thought has gone into all the little details. You are always greeted with friendly faces and made to feel so welcome. The optional comforts are such a unique bonus and really add to the overall experience. I’m over the moon with my final results and can’t recommend Peacock enough. When a small tweak was needed, they were incredibly understanding and brilliant about it. Katy is so personable, attentive and always makes it a fun experience with her exquisite sense of humor. A real asset to Loughborough, very special.

Fantastic experience: only the one visit but to be honest brilliant all pain gone within 15mins 830am appointment home by 930am everyone was friendly,honest all the important stuff quickly out the way (ie price,payment,type of treatment etc) kept me amused during removal as i get "mardy" under pain mike was brilliant straight in and out didnt even know the tooth had been removed. staight honest

Fantastic experience: Went to Peacock Dental Spa after another dentist told me I needed 2 wisdom teeth removed and a filling. I picked them as I wanted sedation. Dr Mike spent a good amount of time checking my CT scans and told me I didn’t need any of the treatment doing! As I was so surprised he offered a second opinion from the other dentist! They both clearly and in no rush explained why. They showed me how to use a syringe to clean the wisdom tooth better and the recurrent infections have stopped. They saved me an absolute fortune! Fantastic experience: I recently became a client and I am beyond impressed with all of the services I have received to date. All staff are very friendly and welcoming and Katy has been patient, thorough and shows great attention to detail which appeals to me! My initial assessment was great and I booked in for a cleaning and for a number of fillings. Again very thorough, showed patience and kindness and talked me through each stage. After this experience I booked in for Invisalign’s and the process has been brilliant! Just had them fitted today and I am beyond thrilled with the service yet again. Next stop is to book my partner and child in for this 5* service.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful. Katie is a superstar and the practise she and Mike have built is such an asset to Loughborough. If you can't even imagine visiting the dentist and not dreading it, then try to imagine being put right at ease as soon as you arrive, welcomed like an old friend and offered a complimentary drink in a comfortable, pleasant place where everyone's kind and friendly... imagine a place that doesn't look, feel, or smell like a dental practice... and imagine a genuinely caring and patient dentist who makes you feel like they have all the time in the world for you, listening to you attentively and then calmly and cheerfully talking through everything they do, as they do it. It sounds crazy to say that having a filling was a pretty relaxing experience but it really was because it's such a stress free environment! I've also had composite bonding done here and Katie is amazing at what she does, with blatant passion for improving people's smiles and confidence, and a formidable attention to detail. I couldn't be happier with the results!

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous, dreading having a wobbly molar removed but Natalie is so friendly and welcoming and then being able to select from a menu of complementary items to make you more comfortable was very impressive. I selected noise-cancelling headphones so that I could listen to soothing music and a weighted blanket and they really helped. Mike, the dentist, is very good at explaining what is happening at every stage and that really put me at ease. The place is very clean, modern and a lovely, even luxurious, place to visit, so different to my previous dentist surgery. I am very impressed with this place as they really seem to be changing what a dental surgery experience is like.

Fantastic experience: Just finished my treatment plan which was a few sessions sorting out fillings, new and old. Each visit has been a joy, everyone there is lovely and remembers the little things you last chatted about. Most importantly, Katy is obsessional about making teeth look like teeth. She takes the time to get it right which i appreciated a lot! Looking forward to my future check-ins and really pleased with the results. If you hate going to the dentist – try these guys. I get why they call it a spa now .

Fantastic experience: First visit today to have an extraction. Having had a bad experience at my previous dentist I was extremely nervous. The Dental Spa is beautifully decorated and nothing like any dentists I have been too previously. I saw Dr Mike who talked me through every step of the procedure and made me feel at ease. The tooth was extracted swiftly and without any pain. I can’t thank you all enough and I will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Another great visit to the Peacock dental surgery, even though it was for a more serious procedure! A friendly welcome and a warm coffee settled me in, thanks Natalie. A massage chair helped me to relax me throughout the process, with soothing music, and despite the procedure involving having my gum drilled into, I actually had to consciously stop myself from falling asleep. Thank you Mike for a job well done!

Fantastic experience: Having lived with a dental bridge that over the years had a habit of coming un bonded (the last time just as lockdown hit) I decided it was time to take the plunge and get an implant. I had always been reluctant to have an implant as it sounded like it could be a uncomfortable experience. Peacock Dental pride themselves in ‘no pain’ treatment and at no point did I feel any discomfort or pain. Mike explained the process and procedure in great detail and gave me written plan of the treatment. The surgery has a warm and friendly ambiance and is equipped to an extremely high standard making for a relaxed visit. Mike, Katy and the team are most professional and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has never been fond of the visiting the dentist I can honestly say that Peacocks has changed my mind. Katy and Mike alongside all of the other staff have created an amazing atmosphere that would make even the biggest worriers feel calm. I have always struggled with bleeding gums but in just 2 visits they have helped reduce this to now a rare occurrence. I will be continuing to visit them and will be highly recommending them!

I found the Peacock Dental Spa website and thought, 'thats a bit of me', and I was right. Natalie is your first point of contact, and rightly so. Such a darling! Katy was my dentist, and she was everything I needed her to be. Informative, answering my gazillion questions with clarity, friendly and fixed my teeth up a treat as promised. I'm booked to go back again, mainly because I fancy hanging out there ;-) Not really, they have got work to do, and I'm so looking forward to letting them improve my smile.

Fantastic experience: Spa.... who thought a dental surgery could be classed as a spa - however, Peacocks Dental Spa turns this usually scary experience into a pleasurable one. The smell of freshly baked bread as you enter and the smiles from all whom work there is welcoming and inviting. You are spoken through everything that is happening which brings comfort. Everything is explained in detail and easy to understand. Katy and Mike have certainly created something wonderful.
