Fantastic experience: I had a very good appointment with the hygienist. Considering my teeth are sensitive the hygienist took care to prevent any discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Dr. Ray and his team for several years now and have consistently received excellent service and care. I always feel like I'm in good hands. Dr. Ray is extremely helpful and considerate, taking the time to clearly explain treatment plans and answer any questions. I was especially pleased with the knowledge, support, and results I experienced during my Invisalign treatment. I'm glad I found this practice and would definitely recommend it to others.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentistry and friendly staff. I've been going to Dr Ray for close on 15 years and have always had great advice, excellent dentistry when needed and have never felt a second's pain even when undergoing root canal surgery.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had routine hygienist visits at this clinic for the past 2.5 years and have always been happy with the service. Albeit the hygienists change regularly I have found a consistent level of care and good service. More recently I had a wisdom tooth extraction carried out at this clinic, and I cannot praise dr Nikhil Joshi enough. Before and during the extraction he explained options and procedure thoroughly, and happily answered all of my questions. Although my tooth had a chronic infection, he performed the extraction so gently that I felt no pain during the procedure nor after the anaesthetic had wore off. He also thoroughly advised on the aftercare. I must say he made the whole experience completely stress-free despite the thought of having a tooth taken out can be daunting.

Fantastic experience: I just love it here. I feel so safe and I know if I am in good hands. I had my first emergency appointment and it went super well. If you are looking for a hygienist/dentist in the area I would highly recommend this one. The receptionist, Denise, is an absolute god send. A friendly woman who might as well be my therapist. Fantastic experience: Quality of care and best advice are always guaranteed at Bridge dental. I have had a variety of treatments at the practice over the past 8 years and I am always assured that the best treatment is provided.

Negative experience: I had one checkup here and I could tell that the dentist is really excellent and a consummate professional, however it's impossible to get a follow up appointment with the staff to actually get treatment. I've been chasing up to book my first planned treatment for months and they just ignore emails.

Negative experience: The practice is subpar. It smelled and the Hygienist was 15 minutes late, they said she will see me for the full duration but she was done in 20 minutes. Will never go back again or recommend this to anyone. No wonder you can get a next day appointment as it's utterly rubbish service.

Incredibly friendly staff from the front of house to the dentists themselves they are very considerate and thorough. Fantastic experience: Cannot speak highly enough of Bridge Dental. From the warm welcome at reception to the lovely hygienist to the wonderful dentist, Dr Deb Ray. As someone who is normally so nervous about dental visits this was so smooth and comfortable, I felt nothing. Dr Ray, my dentist, talked me through every step, and was incredibly gentle. I was having a crown replaced. I highly recommend this surgery.

Fantastic experience: I am so glad I found Dr Deb and team in their wonderful clinic in London Bridge! I've never been to a better dentist with such deep understanding of dental problems. The practice is set up with the most modern dental technologies. Dr Deb is always incredibly kind and careful when handling my teeth, answering all my questions. I grind my teeth a lot so I purchased the clench inhibitor which has been a great investment. I'm considering Invisalign next. The hygienists are great too. I'm also very impressed with the reception team, namely - Denise, who went out of her way to find an appointment for me. The prices are perhaps slightly higher than other practices but you get what you pay for. Don't compromise your health! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed 9 months dental treatment under the care of Dr Deb Ray. I cannot praise him and his practice highly enough. He is patient and kind whilst maintaining first class levels of professionalism. His ability to put you at ease should not be underestimated and the pride he takes in his work is clear for all to see. Throughout my time with him I have been looked after at every stage and I am very, very happy with the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I'm only sorry I have to wait another 6 months now until we can catch up again!

He explains things very clearly with the help of photographs and other visual aids and his calm cheerful disposition is very reassuring. It is obvious that he is passionate about his job and knows all the latest research. I have always had problems with cavities in my back teeth and have never really been explained why. Finally after 27 years of dental care I booked an appointment with Dr Deb by coincidence since I was in the area and he explained to me that I am likely grinding my teeth at night which may be the reason I had to get so many fillings in the past. I am grateful for this professional explaination as it all started to make more sense to me. Also the receptionist is absolutely lovely! Overall a great experience - I will be back.

Fantastic experience: I came to see Raj at Bridge Dental after experiencing severe dental pain which my previous dentist was unable to resolve. Raj has been fantastic identifying the problem teeth and treating them to a very high standard. After many years I can finally say I'm pain free and feeling much better about my dental health. I've also had a great experience with the practice, the receptionists are very nice, the practice is very clean and relaxing and I've never had problems getting appointments.

Fantastic experience: Dr Deb and his team are AMAZING. I went for the first time a few years ago with wisdom tooth trouble and have since been back a lot, and they have sorted my teeth for life. Dr Deb is really really transparent with prices, gives you options where there are some, and you don't feel like you're being ripped off, ever. He also seems to just really love his job and knows a lot of the latest research, so can give you very modern solutions that other dentists don't offer. I really cannot rate him highly enough. I also think their reception team are ace, always lovely, friendly and efficient. I also visited the hygienist and had a great experience, they played ambient music as I was having my teeth cleaned?! What more do I need to say!

Fantastic experience: I used to hate going to the dentist. Partially due to being a nervous patient and partially due to couple of negative experiences but can honestly say Dr Ray has restored my faith in dentists. He explains procedures simply and most importantly, what they mean to you as the patient and he has a general calming manner, that quickly puts you at ease. The rest of the staff are also lovely, including the super friendly and professional receptionist. Plus there are thoughtful touches, such as phone charging in waiting room.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very kind and considerate from receptionist through to principal dentist. Visits to the dentist make me a bundle of nerves but the pleasant staff here along with the decor (nice furniture, low lighting, relaxed music) do a great job of dampening my anxiety. I haven't finished my course of treatment yet but I am glad I chose to use this dental surgery. I have trust in the experience and ability of all the staff I have encountered here and always appreciate their openness and honesty.

Negative experience: I went to this dentist 3 years ago, where they told me I needed 4 fillings urgently. I was shocked as I was having no problems whatsoever. I then told them to do the 2 most urgent ones and I will come back to get the other 2. I then went to another dentist who told me there was no problem whatsoever with the other 2 teeth. Since then I have been to 3 different dentists, and 3 years later I have had no problems whatsoever, with a dentist telling me yesterday that there is no sign of decay on these teeth. Basic x-rays and more technical x-rays have been taken in this time. Bridge dental are scam artists who will do anything to make some more money, even if that means lying to their customers and drilling unnecessarily. DO NOT RISK VISITING BRIDGE DENTAL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE COMPLETELY EXPLOITED.

Negative experience: Was told by a friendly member of staff a few months earlier that it'd be free to pick up latex bands for my teeth, which is why I decided to come here to fix my unglued fixed retainer, even though they're not the cheapest.Was left waiting for five minutes at reception desk even though the consultant was ready. Price was not clear, the receptionists charged the wrong amount. Big blob of glue after the procedure and asked to pay £5 for the bands. A lot of miscommunication by the staff.

Fantastic experience: Having cracked a tooth on a Saturday morning I made an emergency appointment and was seen within an hour. Was seen by Dr Deb Ray who was friendly and reassuring and who sat me down afterwards and outlined my options. I went for a root canal which was done a few days later and, I have to say, as someone who is terrified by the prospect of dental treatment he and the nurse were reassuring throughout. I have now had several treatments and have always been met with the same friendly manner. I have never felt pressured to go for a particular option since all the options were explained to me and the pros and cons of all treatments gone into. Would most certainly recommend.

Fantastic experience: 100% successful root canal treatment! No post-operative pain, discomfort or tenderness whatsoever! Amazing dental treatment! After such a complicated and long procedure I was expecting to encounter at least some bruising and sensitivity, but I’ve experienced no adverse symptoms at all! Please pass on my admiration to the dental surgeon and his assistant.

I was seen on time, the dentist was very professional and kept me informed of everything she was doing as I hadn't been to a dentist in years..!
