From start to finish, the professionalism, skill, and care were outstanding. The colour match is so perfect that it looks completely natural – I truly have my smile back again. Fantastic experience: Really great dentist! The staff are all really attentive and make you feel very welcome. Dr Arti Sharma is so lovely and gentle, always checking in to make sure she's not hurting you or you're uncomfortable. Ruben the hygienist is great too, he always make you comfortable, whilst he cleans your teeth, always smiling and laughing which is a great quality. The receptionists and dental nurses are all very kind and respectful.

Fantastic experience: Finding a dentist that you are happy with these days is not always easy. Having found the "Smile Studio' in Palmers Green many years back I have always found them excellent in their professional manner giving easy to understand and informative explanations about all available treatments. Fantastic experience: I recently had Botox treatment with Dr.Arti Sharma for my bruxism and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the very first moment, she made me feel completely at ease . She has such a gentle and caring way about her that instantly takes away any nerves. She took the time to explain everything in simple terms, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood how the treatment would work. The actual injections were surprisingly quick and virtually painless , her hands are so light you barely feel it happening. It’s now been a few weeks since the treatment, and the results have been fantastic. My jaw feels so much more relaxed, I’m no longer waking up with headache and I can genuinely feel the tension has eased in my jaw muscles, which is such a relief after struggling with this for so long. Arti also offers a wide range of facial aesthetic treatments, and it’s clear she has a real passion for what she does. She listens, understands your concerns, and never rushes the process , you always feel like you’re in safe hands. If you’re considering Botox for bruxism, or any other facial treatments, I’d 100% recommend Arti. She’s professional, warm, and incredibly skilled at what she does. Absolutely 5 stars from me!

We have both found Dr Siddique to be highly professional and very ethical - always recommending the least invasive interventions to protect and improve our teeth. She explains options very clearly and is open and transparent with treatment options. The whole team working alongside Dr Siddique are courteous and very professional also. We highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service

Negative experience: Visited them in April. Was in extreme pain. The dentist didn’t even give me proper anaesthesia and started drilling. I was in so much pain shouting and they told me they had to go for lunch so need to quickly finish. I would highly recommend you to think before going here. I was so scared of going to a dentist that I preferred to be in pain for 4 months but then I went to Cannon Hill clinic and they really helped me out. It’s a shame how they treat clients here. Please think twice before going here.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Smile Studios for over 15 years. Have always been treated with care and professionalism no matter who I have been seen by. My current Dentist is Dr Michael who has looked after me very well. Communicated is clear so I know exactly what is going to take place. I feel like I am well informed in my options as a patient. Positive experience: Booking an appointment was easy, staff are very friendly and the dentist was lovely but when I needed to amend my appointment I was told there was no appointments after 5pm and no weekends. Which unfortunately means I cannot make an appointment as I can’t justify taking 4hrs unpaid leave from work especially for such expensive treatments. I originally registered here because on their Google hours it said they are open 8:30-7pm on Wednesdays 8am - 6pm on Fridays 8:30-6pm on other weekdays and open at weekends. So unfortunately had to cancel my appointment and get a refund for the £60 I paid up front. When I called I was told someone would email me or call me back within 24hrs to process the refund. After 4 days no one called back so I had to call again. Refund was processed and I was told it would be with me by end of day. I was then told that actually there are Saturday appointments and I said I would call back up once the refund cleared and get that booked in as I am not in the position to book in until the refund is processed. After 3 days I still didn’t have the refund so had to call again and this time I was told “it can take up to 5 working days, you must have been misinformed” So that’s three times I’ve been given wrong information which as an autistic person, is incredibly frustrating and has totally put me off! It took me two years to work up the courage to register with a dentist after a really bad experience and I left feeling really positive and ready to go but after the 3 calls and misinformation being passed on, I just have to say I am absolutely gutted I now have to try find somewhere else.

Positive experience: I'd really recommend Ruben as a hygienist! He did great work on my teeth, cleaning staining I've had for years which other hygienists have told me they could do nothing about! Nice guy too!

Negative experience: Unfortunately the customer service is really poor here. Avoid if at all possible. The prices are competitive, so it's easy to find a better alternative. Such a shame as it seems very promising but it's being let down by some of the staff with unacceptable behaviour.

Negative experience: I've called this morning to book an appointment and was told to make sure I'll attend it as the last time I had to cancell which I did 24 hours in advance as required.As I was about to explain that the cancellations happened due to covid the receptionist didn't even let me finish the sentence and said I appreciate that however...I am speechless!!When I cancell I did it to protect you too as I was exposed multiple time as working in the public sector.Looks like manners are going out of fashion.I think my customs will be appreciated somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: It was very easy to book an appointment. Arti, the dentist, was personable, professional and provided an excellent service throughout. My condition and treatments were explained thoroughly. I felt well informed about what was happening and why and was giving good advice with demonstrations on how to look after my teeth in the future.

Negative experience: Wow. Literally enquired about having a lot of work done. No info given. And possibly the rudest customer experience with the front desk. Honestly. Do not hang up on clients and if someone says that they have issues trusting dentists. Then reassure them. Don't disregard them and speak with disrespect.

Negative experience: Was not impressed by the hygienist appointment (not as through as I had elsewhere, and communication was poor), nor the admin side of it. Have not been to seen by the actual dentist though, so can’t comment.

Negative experience: I waited for a whole month to get an Invisalign consultation appointment. My appointment day finally arrived and I was made to wait for 40 mins. The dentist was clearly overbooked. What a shame as I had arranged a babysitter, got an uber and waited a whole month for NOTHING! I had to leave without seeing anyone and left feeling upset and angry. It was a big fat waste of my time! Would not recommend this place based on the experience and customer service!

I had a really bad experience with a previous private dentist in the area and I was pleased to see an actual good dentist like her. She looked very confident and professional , which made me feel more relaxed . Fantastic experience: A friend recommended Dr Arti Sharma to me, I am so glad that she did. Dr Sharma dealt with some ancient fillings that I had, most of them were quite a challenge, not only did she manage to save my teeth but I now no longer have unsightly fillings. Fantastic experience: As a whole this dental practice is proffessional, and all staff are very friendly! Dr Arti is an amazing dentist. I have had multiple fillings , that have been a very difficult case, and they have all been saved by the dentist. As a patient who is scared of local anaesthetics, both the dentist and great nurses (Alex and Julia) have put me at ease, and supported me throughout the treatments! I would highly recommended this practice and dentists to anyone that wants close attention to detail and support, as they really do care about their patients!

Fantastic experience: I've been with the Smile Studios for about 10 years. My old dentist retired, and I was booked with Dr Michael Orlans. He took his time to examine my painful molars and then he discussed the treatment plan with me in detail, covering the pros and cons of different options. I felt I was able to make an informed decision, and did not feel pushed towards going ahead with any particular treatment. The work was done skilfully and professionally and I was very happy with the results! Dr Orlans is clearly an excellent dentist and someone who really cares about the work he does. Btw I visited the Smile Studios three times in the fall of 2020, so well into the Covid-19 pandemic. Initially, I was a bit nervous about going to the dentist, but they reassured me with all the extra hygiene measures they have put in place.

I really appreciated that Dr Orlans took the time to explain the possible cause of my dental issue and was happy to address any questions that I had. Fantastic experience: Recently I went into The Smile Studios for a white filling as my first ever procedure. Dr Arti Sharma performed the procedure and she is incredible. Her ability to walk you through every step of the procedure with a calming tone was very much appreciated, and the finish of the filling was excellent, looks as if nothing is there! Fantastic experience: Been visiting Smaile in Palmers Green for about 2 years now. I see Shenol for hygiene and dentist Dr Arti. The service is very good and they are always proactive with advice to protect the health of my teeth. When ever I do need work done I find their prices to be very reasonable, which is something I was concerned about before going private. I also have other family members go there and they are also very happy with them.

Not only is she very patient and very calming, she is also extremely thorough and explains every single step very clearly. I had my front tooth fixed (after avoiding it for years due to previous experiences with other dentists) and it is so good I haven't stopped smiling - it looks like a new tooth. Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Deepa for a painful tooth after being a patient of Dr Kathy Jones for thirty years . I’m quite an anxious patient at the dentist , but Dr Deepa was so gentle I felt the tension drain away . She fully explained each step of what she did , and took me through the x-rays afterwards . I’m very pleased to feel confident about going for appointments at Smile as I was before , and highly recommend Dr Deepa .

Connie is a great dentist backed up by the efficient and considerate Dora, Connie is both through and highly knowledgable reinforced with a caring nature and also a sense of humour which for dentists are rare. Shanel the hygienist is superb her level of professionalism, empathy and chair side manner are both calming and reassuring, also highly knowledgable within her remit. Anyone requiring any type of dental work, advice or looking for a practice for their family should look no further than the excellent ally located Smile Studios.

Not only has she replaced a crumbed old filling, but my tooth looks and feels more beautiful than ever. Her work is impeccable, . Her manner is sensitive and gentle.
