Fantastic experience: Dr Maria Akhtar is such a good dentist previously I was with a different dentist but Sh gives you and your child a lot of courage and really good at taking teeth out.

Negative experience: I have had various issues with this practice. They cancelled my appointment and when I cancelled the rearranged appointment they deregistered me from the clinic. They were not very helpful and this is one of many many reasons why I am giving a 1 star review. The reasons for taking me off was because I have cancelled 3 appointments in the last 4 years. These appointments where for my children who where unfortunately sick at the time.. which unfortunately I am unable to predict in advance to let the know. Avoid booking children at this practise.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous and anxious when attending my appointment due to past experience at another practice. Receptionist was very friendly and calmed me down. The dentist explained everything to me, listened to me and asked questions. I felt soo calm during the process and happy with the results. Would definitely recommend this practice especially to those who like me don't like dentist's.

Negative experience: They used my card details to order from uber eats an action fraud has been notified. Also tried making bets online to. Be warned. They took extra £40 to an still haven't returned it I payed through emergency.com but I forgot an your receptionist called me an asked me to pay again over the phone. I gave my card details like a fool over the phone. She took another £40 an when I got home an realised I contacted emergency.com who confirmed this. Your receptionist rang me again to say it would be returned but never was also tried to make bets on a online betting site an also orderd delivery food. I still have the online bank statement if you want to see it again. I was in much pain an was a fool but I assure you this happend. I've photo evidence I'd can upload if there's still unsertaintty.

Fantastic experience: Originally referred via an emergency I am very impressed with the work ands standing my dentist dr hitesh has done for me. I have had 3 items of work done in under two weeks and very happy with the results. Anyone who needs a crown or general dentistry I would recommend coming here

Fantastic experience: Dr Mohan was so calm and patient with my very nervous 4 year old daughter. He has been the only dentist to make her feel comfortable enough to sit in the chair. This is a huge win for us and I can't thank him enough.

Fantastic experience: I usually see Dr. Myria Akhtar, but as she is on maternity leave, I recently saw Dr. Prab. He was excellent very professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Together we came up with a plan for me to see the hygienist to improve my gum health. His nurse, Allena, was also very kind and reassuring, which really helped as I was a little nervous seeing a new dentist. Overall, a really positive experience. I felt well looked after and in safe hands.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, lack ot transparency and accountability after i had questioned the poor treatment and customer service they provided. Please stay away from this place!

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience at this practice. The staff were professional, helpful, and made everything straightforward. Sam, the practice manager, was approachable and supportive throughout the process. I felt well looked after and everything was handled smoothly.

Negative experience: If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only did they fail to communicate during treatment, but the whole place feels like it’s been trapped in a time warp from 1993 — including the magazines in the waiting area. The receptionist looked at me like I’d just interrupted her nap, the chairs creaked like they were pleading for retirement, and I’m pretty sure the background music was on a 20-minute loop of pan-flute versions of pop songs. Appointments run on “mystery time” — they might call you in early, late, or never at all. The treatment rooms look like someone just pushed random dental equipment into the corner to make space. I half expected cobwebs to start forming while I waited. By the time I left, I wasn’t sure if I’d been to a dentist or accidentally wandered into a very low-budget escape room. Save yourself the stress, your teeth, and your sanity — go literally anywhere else.

Negative experience: A response to my latest review : THE DENTIST IS NOW LYING TO PROTECT REPUTATION AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WITH ANXIETY DISORDER. First of all, no i did NOT ask for any additional things i would NOT ask for that 1) because i have an anxiety disorder I didn't ask anything 2) it isn't my money NOTHING was discussed NOTHING was asked I ONLY CAME IN FOR THE THING I PRE BOOKED NOTHING ELSE WAS ASKED OR DISCUSSED. THATS ON GOD You're clearly now lying to save your own back You DID take advantage of the fact i have disorders. I didn't agree to anything. I came in for an assessment which INCLUDES X-rays i DIDN'T get any extra treatment. What happened is the exact same treatment as what was pre booked. Do not try and lie to me. I know what happened. You will not be getting away with taking advantage of me. Yes i did use aggression on call that's the 1 thing you've said that is correct but im sure you'd be the same if someone clearly was taken advantage of you. NOTHING was discussed AT ALL. I don't know how you can sit there and lie through your teeth. Obviously to save your reputation. Again: i didn't agree, or contest to any additional things at all. I did NOT ask for anything else or anything AT ALL SHAME ON YOU.

Fantastic experience: I have had this dentist for about 6 years now great professional service from the receptionist to the dental assistants to the dentist themselves they always make me feel comfortable good advice for after care i have had a few tricky extractions over the years friendly team explain everything from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: After suffering from gum recession, dark spots around my gum and frequent swelling for over 2 years, Dr Mohan has truly transformed my gym health. His multiple deep cleaning sessions and valuable advice made a huge difference. My gums are now healthy and pink no more swelling or pain. Excellent care from Dr Mohan and the entire staff. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend Dr Amrinder Singh enough. Been with him for 6 years and even followed him from his old place. He is literally the best dentist I could ask for. Honestly makes visiting so much easier for me as I HATE my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Today my 8years old daughter had her first tooth taken out by Dr Hitesh Mohan, he was amazing with my daughter kept talking to her, checking she was ok while he was numbing her area around her tooth. She never felt nervous at all. My daughter did not even move she lay there and said it didn't hurt. She also had a filling the same day. He explained everything to us before he took the tooth out and also explained what not do after it was taken out in a child friendly way. As he explained to my daughter he was putting the tooth to sleep and he was putting a plaster on the other tooth. I am glad i have a dentist that makes you feel welcome, very well mannered and make you feel at ease. I highly recommend this dentist. The lady who was also helping the Dr Hitesh was really friendly and welcoming to, she gave my daughter a sticker and glitter tattoos for being brave.

Fantastic experience: I have been part of this practice for a few years now and wouldn't use anywhere else. The entire team is so warm, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Mr. Hitesh Mohan has been carrying out most of my dental work for some time now, and I really feel that he cares and takes genuine pride in his work. He knows exactly how to address any problems and always gives a straight answer and great advice. I hold the deepest gratitude in my heart for his kindness and expertise as I had to have my first root canal and, like a lot of people, had a preconceived notion that it was going to be an awful experience. However, this was not the case at all, and I can say hand on heart that a root canal is nowhere near as scary or painful as you may think! You could not be in better hands with the D:ntal Clinic!

I attended as an emergency patient, but stayed at the practice due to the treatments and care I receive. Fantastic experience: I saw Sharan and Kajol today for a wisdom tooth extraction. I was so nervous, they were so lovely and reassuring. They took the time to explain to me what the extraction would involve which I really appreciated!! I had a great experience. The reception team were warm and welcoming!

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting The D:NTAL Clinic for the last couple of years and always receive a very professional and friendly service. During Covid I lost a few teeth and have been searching for a good implant doctor which is reasonably priced and has a good reputation. Dr Arminder has been fantastic in my implant process. I travel from Cardiff to Birmingham to see him but it is worth it. I am actually saving money as implant treatment in Cardiff is much more. Overall, I have been very happy with the service and my implant. Thank you everyone at the surgery for making the process easy and straightforward.

Fantastic experience: Attended for hygienist appointment and ended up receiving 5 star visitor treatment from my dentist Myria who proceeded to give a first hand look at their new private waiting room - what a gorgeous space - designed to a very high spec. Fear not, the coffee machine is on its way I was also introduced to Arminder - dental surgeon who was so polite, VERY knowledgeable, considerate and extremely honest. It was so nice to observe. Met the lovely Haleemah, dental hygienist, who like Arminder was professional, considerate, gentle and also knowledgeable. The deep clean treatment I received was a breeze. Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Arminder Sohal for a dental implant to replace a failing root canal-treated tooth. Although I was very nervous about the procedure, Dr. Sohal made me feel completely at ease. During the consultation, he explained everything clearly, and I felt confident I was in good hands. On the day of the surgery, the treatment was performed quickly and painlessly. Three months later, I have a tooth that looks natural and feels like a real tooth. If you are considering implant treatment, I cannot recommend The Dental Clinic and Dr. Sohal highly enough.

Fantastic experience: A lovely dentist practice that is organised and efficient, I’ve been using the place since it opened. I usually see Hitesh Mohan, he is great with the kids and me and my husband go for our 6 monthly check ups. He offers practical advice on how to tackle any tooth niggles and really breaks down what products and tools are useful in aiding great teeth and a healthy mouth. Dr Myria Akhtar is also very warm and pleasant, overall the reception staff are polite and the place is clean and welcoming.

I was quite concerned about any procedure but I need not have worried because I was put at ease & the Dentist was so good at his job that having a tooth extraction was a walk in the park!!

Negative experience: 1st visit £45 to check teeth was expecting a quick clean around, but wasn’t done. A 5 minute observations for £45 is robbery. Yes the dentist was very polite but clearly wasn’t interested in giving me a quick polish of the teeth as they said when booking.

Fantastic experience: Excellent quality of service from The D:NTAL Clinic. I had my Invisalign, teeth whitening and Bonding all provided. 10/10 experience with a transformed smile. I will continue to go back for my teeth check ups and ongoing maintenance.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this practice, I started my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Akhtar a few months back and the results are amazing. Dr Akhtar is a highly experienced professional and is an expertise in this field. All the staff are very friendly and very attentive. I have now also decided to bring my children to the practice as the level of service and attention to detail is excellent. I have used NHS practices before and they often rush but not with this practice. They treat all the patients very well whether you are private or NHS. 5*

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth done in Istanbul and after a few weeks were still giving me discomfort. So I booked a emergency appointment online, and was in the next day. They were helpful, friendly and didn't make me feel bad for going abroad. I had a infection which I got tablets for and peace of mind. Thank you and I would recommend fully.

Fantastic experience: Right from walking in through the entrance (as a visiting patient) I was met with a friendly smiling greeting. I was treated with respect, dignity, and with a caring, patient focused manner. I was called for my emergency procedure to be carried out at 12pm, spot on the time I had booked. And again in a very caring, and sensitive to my needs way, the dentist firstly reassured me that I wasn't serious. She then said how she was going to deal with my painful mouth. She duly went ahead . Completing the job, all the while checking with me how I was. Sufficient to say that I was pain free, very happy, and able to enjoy a week with friends. I can thoroughly recommend this practice and everyone working there. Well done and thank-you!

Negative experience: Would not recommend this dentist at all rip off artists book appointment and charged me for a emergency appointment rate also charged me for a filling and gave me temporary filling.

Fantastic experience: Was seen by Dr Arminder for an implant consultation, he was beyond knowledgeable and i was beyond nervous. The dental nurse and Dr Arminder both calmed me. I was initially seen my Dr Myria who referred me to the implant specialist onsite. Im glad i didn't have to go elsewhere and all my treatment is being carried out at the one dental practice.Cannot wait to start my implant journey.
