Fantastic experience: 50 years ago, with my brand new baby son, I walked into the original Bachelors Walk Dental Surgery. My son stayed with the practice until Uni. Me! I'm still a patient. Over 50 years there hasn't been a single unpleasant moment with any of the staff. My current dentist is Catherine Walls who is so gentle, always allowing time for a chat before starting an examination. Patient, friendly, easy to relate to, professional. All in all she takes the pain out of a trip to the Dentist. If your nervous about going to the Dentist, give Bachelors Walk a call you won't regret it.

From the very first phone call where i cried about the thought of going to a dentist i felt reassured and got booked in with Catherine that same week. Fantastic experience: A superb practice with welcoming , accommodating Receptionist who really demonstrates Customer care unlike some other dental practices in Lisburn When my own dental practice turned me away ( despite several days of toothache) on Friday 9 th june, Batchelors Walk dentist Killian kindly saw me , carried out examination and x- rays and gave me prescription for penicillin which completely sorted my tooth infection. Extremely grateful and can highly recommend this practice.

Positive experience: I went through the process of Sure Smile over the last 18months. Quite the process from start to finish, getting detailed pictures of my teeth and a plan to straighten them, followed by whitening them. The trays were easy to wear and use and now I just maintain them 3-4 nights a week. The whitening process occurred over 3 weeks. There were plenty of checkups during the process to ensure it was going as planned. I get lots of compliments now on how straight my teeth are and the change that has occurred! So thanks team for all your expertise!
