Negative experience: Used to see wisam and he was very good but now having left we saw Vanessa and I had my teeth checked she barely spoke and what she did say seemed to be to herself and in audible.my husband had some prep work done for post and crown and was there to have the work finished but she said that isn't something she does so the tooth would have to be left.she also neglected to look at another tooth he was having trouble with. My husband is registered blind and she seemed to not want to ask him to sit in the examination chair or listen to his concerns.he has left with his teeth still hurting and unfinished work on another.we have been at this practice a few years without any problems both Mr bell and wisam being very good. I wouldn't recommend Vanessa at this practice if she isn't willing to do a full range of NHS treatments and can't speak with someone with a disability

Negative experience: My top left cuspid pointy tooth already has a white filling, which I got through the NHS four years ago. Now, dentist from Perfect smile Tyldesley decided to take that filling out and put a new one in dues to sometimes its bleed from gums and she beleives that the filling touching the gum and causing bleed. I was told to come back the next day to get it done in total it will cost you £74.30 so you pay £27.40 now and the rest tomorrow. When I showed up, I was told to pay full price which is £100 and odd pounds because the NHS supposedly doesn't cover white fillings for that tooth, which is a lie since the NHS does cover white fillings unless it's for cosmetic reasons. When I argued, she said she could do a different white filling, but it would be temporary and would fall out in a year. I refused the treatment and left. Please stop misleading and ripping people off by saying the NHS doesn't cover things. It clearly says online that the NHS does cover white fillings for the upper left cuspid tooth, so why lie?

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely nervous patient, the dentist I see is amazing with me, she alway’s puts me at ease, also the staff are great very professional and polite

Negative experience: Every single time I make an 8:15 appointment on a Friday the ladies on reception prefer to have a chin wag rather than opening the door for 8am as stated on their opening times. If you have an 815 appointment do not turn up until bang on 815 or you will be made to stand in the rain like I have been on multiple occasions. To make matters worse I am only here because the dentist made a hole in my tooth during my previous appointment, with this next appointment literally weeks after my call to make mention of the hole.

Fantastic experience: I saw Priya for the first time today. What a lovely experience she was very professional and made the visit also her assistant was amazing too

Fantastic experience: I have been at this dentist for about a yeah and a half now and my dentist Mr Ganatra has been nothing short of amazing… I was so nervous to go to the dentist and he was so understanding and calming. He was constantly asking me how I was and now my treatment is finally over and I have had my first check up my teeth are back to being healthy with no pain or sensitivity. This has completely changed my life for the better and I cannot thank Mr Ganatra enough for everything he has done for me

Negative experience: If I could give '0' to the unprofessionals working there I would. Ashame a good dentists with a crappy admin team.

Fantastic experience: Alan Ng. What a great dentist, he makes you feel completely relaxed and at ease. I went for a check up yesterday and he literally made my teeth look like new he removed all the plaque for me that had come round to the front thru a gap. I can't believe how much better they look. I always feel calm and relaxed when here, and value the care and advice I receive from bothy dentist (Mr Ng) and the hygienist. I have had fillings and extractions, with minimal pain and discomfort.

Fantastic experience: Called for an emergency appointment and Alan (Ng) fitted me in within 2 hours (despite his busy schedule). I only expected a temporary repair, but got the permanent solution, a checkup, and a clean. Before carrying out the repair, Alan clearly laid out the options and gladly made a recommendation based on his experience. Very happy with the service provided. Alan is a pleasure to visit, always seems to be happy, and makes the time to ensure his patients are fully informed. I can’t recommend him highly enough :)

I had some struggles with my teeth when I was younger and had an awful fear of the dentist which I’ve been able to get over thanks to his patience. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this dental practice. All the staff are really kind. Mr Ng in particular, has looked after 3 generations of my family for around 20 years, many of whom have had complex dental issues which he has always been able to sort out. He is so kind, and provides truly excellent care, ensuring that none of us have ever been in pain no matter what treatments we have had. I have a daughter with learning difficulties who has had a number of dental issues. He has gained her trust and recently managed to keep her calm enough that she could manage local anaesthetic injections and a large filling without needing sedation or general anaesthetic at the hospital: therefore avoiding an 18 month waiting list. Just fantastic.

Negative experience: For you own sake. Pleas avoid this dentist at all costs. Ruined my teeth and then acted very unprofessional when I tried to make a complaint. Dirty place and the staff are very rude. It’s now costing me thousands with another dentist to rectify their mistakes.

I'm quite nervous when going to the dentist, expecially when it comes to having fillings and he very understanding and patient with me. But Eva put my mind right at ease and was caring throughout my procedure, checking I was ok throughout and willing to stop if it was too much for me. The staff always seem to be working flat out because it's a busy surgery, but they are always efficient, helpful and courteous. I am lucky to have Mr Ganatra as my dentist and I can't recommend him enough, it is like having a really good friend doing your dentistry! As soon as you walk into the room there's a really good relaxed vibe and he takes time to explain what he's doing or what needs to be done. He is very aware of the patient perspective, always checking throughout that everything is okay and allows for regular breaks if required during treatment. Any work I've had done has always been to an excellent standard and has lasted... so all in all, 5 stars from me!

Fantastic experience: I needed a dentist as I had been having bad pain in one of my teeth. I was told I had quite advanced tooth decay close to the tooth nerve and that I needed a filling. After a very bad experience with another dentist elsewhere, I was rather anxious just to go for a checkup let alone have anything done in my mouth. The dentist that saw me, miss Eva Miller was very patient with me and reassuring. This made me feel a lot better about the treatment I needed and when it came to it I didn’t feel a thing. She remembered everything I had told her and I felt very well looked after. I know going to the dentist might be a big deal for a lot of people but I would definitely recommend this place as the staff were amazing and treated me very kindly. It has changed how I feel about going to the dentist in the future and I would definitely remember the good one over the bad one.
