Fantastic experience: A lovely welcoming practice fronted by receptionists that offer both NHS & private treatments, the latter with an affordable plan for patients who are unable to find NHS treatment.There's no hard sell for those wanting to go private. Dentist Tej puts you at ease and was very professional along with his assistant .Free parking behind the back of the practice. Highly recommend

Negative experience: Receptionist messed up my appointments twice, hung up the phone on me whilst I was on my way to appointment (was having to travel 1.5 hours by bus) whilst trying to sort and explain. Ridiculous situation to be in. Stuck up and rude receptionist.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend them any higher. The receptionists are friendly and very efficient, sending you a reminder message 3 days beforehand, very useful! Raj and Millie worked very well together. My treatment was explained fully, the work was skilfully completed and I was put at my ease every step of the way. Superb indeed.

Fantastic experience: This is such a fantastic dental practice! If you are an anxious patient then you really have the best care here. I have PTSD and am neurodivergent and while dental appointments are usually a distressing environment for me (anxiety, sensory reasons, change in routine etc), the staff at Murton Dental Care are incredibly kind, patient and compassionate. Just today I had a hygienist appointment with Laurence and Carley. I was treated with complete respect and warmth and my anxiety totally disappeared about half way during the appointment. I felt heard, cared bout and was given information on what was going to happen during the session which is a massive help to me. The cleaning I had was quick, painless and not uncomfortable at all! My first appointment last month was with Dr Chopra and a female nurse I wish I could remember the name of. Both were reassuring me the entire time and again, letting me know what was happening throughout. I have further treatment with Dr Chopra over the next month and don't feel half as anxious about it! Would like to also mention the reception staff that are always very approachable, helpful and kind. If you're thinking about joining this dental practice, or if you're fearful about it, I can assure you that you will be very much taken care of. You will not regret joining- I certainly don't. I am extremely impressed!

Fantastic experience: I had severe dental anxiety, both in the form of going to the dentist, and with how my teeth currently look. I went along for my first appointment for 17 years and was shaking in the waiting room. Thankfully, getting in to the surgery I was greeted by Carley and Dr Chopra and I instantly couldn’t have been more at ease. Everything was explained to me, what was going to happen at that appointment and at subsequent appointments. I had the feeling that if the anxiety got too much I’d have been able to stop there and then but thankfully didn’t feel as though I had to. The current state of my teeth was fully explained to me (not as bad as I had worried!) and what the treatment options were. I left feeling a sense of accomplishment and relief that I have a plan ahead of me. If you’ve neglected your teeth for years, as I have, get yourself along to the practice ASAP. I only wish I’d done it sooner!

Fantastic experience: Wow Excellent best service I got here , Dr Tanya amazingly talented and highly caring person she explained very clearly and gave me essential information for teeth maintaining procedures, on the other side Miss Anya fantastic in team with her great job , both together in this dentist best . Additionally I had severe tooth pain 4 months before that time Dr Tanya treatment and I have been cured rapidly. Thank u Receptionists are also fantastic good job . They are gentle and professional, well done I do highly recommend this dentist as I got best service. Thank you

Negative experience: Been in pain with toothache for a couple years all throughout my pregnancy aswell and stubborn people won’t give me a appointment absolutely ridiculous should be ashamed of themselves leaving people in absolute agony

Fantastic experience: My son with additional needs had an appointment this afternoon and was evidently anxious, the lovely team were full of smiles and very accomidating and took their time to talk him through what was going to happen in a way that eased his anxiety they showed compassion and were very patient in answering questions and giving him a minute when he got overwhelmed which allowed him to feel in control. I went in for a Diamond clean today as was really pleased with the results! I love coffee, but coffee doesn't love my teeth unfortunately... but the diamond clean works wonders. And the care taken by Loz and Carley was brilliant. They were very reassuring and did a fantastic job Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Today I have been to Murton dental practice for my SmileWhite consultation. Filipe and carley have both been amazing. X-rays we’re taken of my teeth as well as a 3D scan to see how my teeth will have changed after the end of my SmileWhite journey. I can’t wait to start this journey and looking forward to be back in a month for my aligners fitted

I recently had invisalign and composite bonding and the whole process was much easier and less painful than I thought, but the constant reassurance and patience from Philipe and Nicole was fantastic. The whole team at murton look after their patients so well and it will be strange not popping in all the time!

Fantastic experience: I had my first ever deep clean at the age of 29 due to a severe phobia of dentists. I was so scared, but the hygienist and her assistant (sorry, I didn't get the names) were absolutely incredible. They were both so compassionate and I didn't feel like I was being judged in any way. I was repeatedly given praise for how well I was doing and made sure that I was okay throughout every step, which made me feel really comfortable. These two kind ladies made an unbearable situation so much easier to deal with. Amazing job

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dental practice. I had a hole/crack in one of my upper teeth that required a crown. IT WAS PAINLESS. Carley and Dr Felipe Mendes are a great team and worked so well to get the job done. I am very happy with the work and how they looked after me. If you are nervous or worried about pain during procedures, request to book in with Carley and Dr Mendes & you'll be more than fine.

She has been today for a procedure and was seen by Loz and Carley. I cannot recommend these two wonderful people enough. Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction today . Dentist Raj was absolutely amazing. He explained everything he was going to do and why . Great relaxing atmosphere and made to feel very welcome. Tooth removed with no problems. This was only my second visit and felt very comfortable through the whole procedure. I cannot stress how good a dentist Raj is alongside all the staff who are very professional and friendly. My daughter Carley has just started her dental nurse training there and it couldn’t be a better place to learn .Thanks again Raj see you at my next check up .

These guys are amazing, all staff are great and friendly and make you feel at ease and I have no issues going by myself and no long fear going! Fantastic experience: I have only been with the practice for a year after my previous dentist retired, all the staff from Dentist to the Receptionist are very friendly and professional. They explaine everything to you, offering brilliant advice. Another plus is my previous dentist changed me to 12 monthly check ups and now with Murton Dental care i am feeling happier to be back too 6 monthly check ups. Lovely place.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous customer service I’m a very nervous patient and would normally go for sedation for any of my treatments but Raj and the team made me feel so comfortable and confident for the first time in my life I had work without the need for sedatives. I can only speak highly of the professional attitude from start to finish with outstanding after-care. I’m booked back in for more work and very confident about the whole experience.
