Fantastic experience: I have attended the dental surgery several times over the last month or so and have been greeted by friendly staff, seen and assessed, and had work carried out by several of the dentists. There is a long way to go and I am not looking forward to the next months or so, however if my future treatment proceeds in the same caring and considerate manner that I have received from everyone, and I see no reason why it shouldn't be so, then my fears will have been allayed.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend academy dental enough. They have looked after me, the whole dreaded process for a root canal has been seamless & they have expertly managed to keep me calm & informed along the way. The lovely root canal specialist was exceptional during the whole process & today my visit to have my temporary crown fitted was amazing, my lovely dentist was kind, informative & reassuring throughout the process & his ‘bed side’ manner was lovely too. The dental nurses have always been fantastic & observant in their approach to patients needs & comfort. The practice is always clean & tidy. The team on reception are always friendly and welcoming & never fail to help. They always make you feel comfortable & prioritised, you don’t just feel like another name in a system which can happen in a busy practice, The whole team are fantastic. I also really love the online portal where you can view up coming appointments, outstanding bills, paperwork & anything else you might need. If only all services could be so easy & seamless & have such good customer service!

I do not exactly have the best teeth in the world and also suffer a bleeding disorder that can catch dental practitioners off guard. Pardeep and his team treated me with kindness, understanding, made everything very clear in terms of options, dental procedures and payment and when you're investing in the health of your teeth and gums, I could not ask for more. I underwent, checkups, hygienist appointments, fillings, whitening and had a veneer fitted and it is the first time ever I have smiled with a little bit of confidence.

Made me feel comfortable given I am generally nervous about dentists but also gave really balanced advice about my dental treatment, he didn't make me feel I definitely had to do something or not (e.g. extraction) and that it was ultimately my choice, this is a far cry from some of the dentists I've seen recently. I was really pleased with the overall experience at Shepperton. The receptionist (I believe her name was Katie) was really lovely and helpful too.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit recently and it was the best dentist experience I've ever had. The receptionist was a sweetheart, the dentist saw me on time and listened and answered to all my concerns. Everything was clean but didn't feel or smell funny. Once we discussed my needs I booked my next appointments and received an email with cost estimates. The appointments with hygienist and specialists are pretty booked up, so definitely don't leave it till last minute.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a good few dentists in my time however none has come close to Pardeep. So much so, since Pardeep moved to his new practice in Shepperton I’m happy to travel two hours to get there as I don’t trust anyone else to work on my teeth. Pardeep is simply the best dentist I have ever had!

I have also been advised against the more expensive solution restoring my faith in dentists - ie theyr'e not all in it for the money! I'll be back again soon and will also be returning to the hygienist who did a great job

Fantastic experience: First visit at the surgery for an emergency, had to have two teeth extracted today and was truly impressed by the professionalism of the team. It all went very smoothly in no time and with no pain at all , absolutely brilliant . The surgery is modern and super clean and there is no need to wait , superbly organised . What a relief compared to other practices.

Negative experience: What a terrible experience I've had! Ended up having a filling done twice which is still not right, how can a qualified dentist mess up such a simple thing? In the process he has dislodged my crown I'm now being told the crown can't be saved and the tooth needs to be extracted. No fear am I going anywhere near this dentist again!

They impressed with the consideration given to another medical condition I have and the extraction was effectively pain free. Also the cost was noticeably lower than at my previous dentist. Also got a lot of compliments how good my teeth looks. Would really recommend dr. pardeep if you want to get Invisalign. He takes time to explain to you everything and will put you at ease. He is very patient and will make you feel comfortable if you’re a nervous patient.

Fantastic experience: I have used Shepperton Dental Care since it opened a couple of decades ago. I have always been impressed with the service received and friendliness of all the staff. It is now under new ownership and I think the service is even better! From the moment I walk in, I feel at ease and welcome. The whole team is very professional and actually make visiting the dentist a pleasurable one. Although retired now, I was a languages teacher in a local secondary school and therefore used my voice constantly.My union stressed the importance of regular dental check -ups, as not only are your teeth looked after, but the dentist can detect early signs of mouth/ throat cancer. If you are looking for a dental surgery, I cannot recommend them enough.
