I was a bit worried, there were a few things wrong. Bhavana in reception was really helpful. Dr Samil Patel who did my work was excellent. Explained all my options and the costs very clearly. Fantastic experience: Being a new patient at a dental practice is always very daunting, but the receptionist, Bhavara, was very helpful and welcoming, which put me at ease straight away. I had my root canal done by Dr. Samil Patel, who was gentle and explained everything that was going to be done before we started. He checked in on me while carrying out the work, asking if I was okay and stopping whenever I asked him to. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the care I received.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, overpriced and the receptionist needs changing. My pension mother entitled to a tooth extraction for free on nhs and was charge £180. They discharge you of they're system after 6 months you don't book an appointment what utter nonsense is that. Unhelpful surgery only there to profit from benefit patients. Go to bhageerutty smiles down the road, you'll be haooy, excellent service, polite and get the job done.

Fantastic experience: Having a lifetime phobia of going to the Dentist …….I plucked up some courage to attend an appointment with Dr Ranchod as I desperately needed my teeth cleaning . She fully understood how petrified I was and explained everything that she was going to do before she actually did it . She was very understanding and I felt In very safe hands. She gently removed all the built up plaque and did a fantastic job , the difference was very noticeable . I also wanted to mention the lovely Receptionist Bhavana who is very welcoming and chatty . I highly recommend this Dentist and the prices are reasonable too.

Fantastic experience: I went for an emergency appointment on a Saturday morning as my regular dentist is not open at the weekend. Everybody was very helpful and went out of their way to mend my broken temporary crown. I was super happy and it meant I could attend my event in the evening. I felt the pricing was fair. Fantastic experience: My wife and I were in today, her for a wisdom tooth extract and me for check and polish. Neither of us are a fan of a dentist visits but Dr Patel was really friendly, calm, quick and professional which calmed concerns. The tooth extract was pain free which was a blessing. After many, many years the dentist visit no longer fills us with dread. Well done to the whole team.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist surgery I have ever been to. Sam (Dr.Patel) has always been so gentle and yet so thorough at each hygienist appointment and for me really represents the gold standard of what a dentist can be. He is the youngest dentist I have ever met and yet all the other dentists I’ve been to could learn so much from him! I will be staying with the practice for as long as possible. Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional: Just there to help. I went for a check up after a long period of time and was invited back for a two stage clean. I have just had my first stage clean and I almost fell asleep on the chair. Relaxed environment with a professional receptionist who can advise on further oral care needs.

Fantastic experience: I fell over chasing my cat and went face first into the glass table ‍♂️ Hit my lip and teeth pretty hard and was bleeding everywhere so I needed emergency assistance to make sure my tooth was not damaged! I walked over to the practice which is round the corner from and I didn’t even have to beg them to see me! They immediately saw the damage to my face and gave me assistance checking if everything was ok! I was very happy with this service Thanks again And yes my tooth seemed to be ok

Fantastic experience: Up until now I have been petrified of the dentist! From past experience my last dentist hurt me so much I haven't been for years. Just before Christmas I have been going to see Sam and he has put me at ease and so far I've had a root canal done and a filling and will definitely be going back soon to see him as I need more fillings I highly recommend him he's brilliant.

Fantastic experience: They booked me in for an urgent appointment on short notice (and on a Saturday too), made me feel much more at ease about my extraction and aftercare, and I didn’t even feel so much as the anaesthesia needle. I used to hate the dentist but definitely not anymore, I’m so happy with the care I received here!

Fantastic experience: I saw a Shipra Bapna and as it was my first consultation with her I had some reservations but she was very professional in all aspects of the treatment and care, explained the procedure and the follow up procedure very clearly so as i could understand. Going to a Dentist for extractions is not pleasant but i felt as comfortable as you can be in her care.

Negative experience: This dentists has gone down in my estimations. I used to love it when Mrs. Hussien and her daughter ran it, and used to go at least once a year, but my first appointment since covid and since she retired was incredibly unfortunate. I went there for a teeth cleansing and was offered an alternative new service which cost double the amount I usually pay, but refused it because I’d never felt the ‘discomfort’ that was being sold to me as ‘the reason most people choose this new technique’ - well that clearly was a mistake - the pain I was put through as a result was quite frankly disgusting. I was then also told that I needed to come back every two months for a teeth cleansing, because there was an apparent a gap in my tooth that needed tending to. I get that dentists probably lost a lot of money during covid, but to so obviously manipulate loyal customers and treat them so badly is not the way to go about business. I shall not be going back.

Negative experience: As stated by others, the receptionist is very unprofessional. Spent at least 15 mins flirting with a client, who seemed oblivious to it. When I approached I didn't even get a smile. I had forgotten my card and asked if I could be seen and that I would return with payment. Refused and was told I need to re-book in 24-72 hours...why not there and then? Had she not flirted and giggled for so long I could have returned with payment after explaining. Found a fantastic Surgery now , polite and friendly!

Negative experience: The receptionist Ravna lets the business down. I have been lied to on my last 2 interactions with her. First time, was a lie about mandatory payments for future appointments. It's optional, but because her boss and previous boss were in the room she wanted to impress. This also hints at how the business is run. The second was when discussing pricing for teeth whitening treatment. I was told that the business makes £10 for every £550 whitening course. Surely the dental industry should have a higher standard of service that this.

They are a professional team and have also amazing nurses and reception. Such a brilliant environment and my teeth were left looking incredible. Fantastic experience: Just want to say what an amazing dentist, I've been in pain for 2 days now and couldn't get an appointment at my normal dentist. So I called them and they fitted me in with no problems. They saw me with in 10 minuets of calling. The pricing was great less than I was expecting to pay for an emergency as well. Negative experience: I am a long term patient of theirs, I had been a private patient and paid for my prescriptions. Now I am on universal credit and they tried to force me to pay for treatment! They became money hungry I think it's the receptionist really, I'm not sure if the dentists that work there know about the receptionists conduct. Very disappointing and I have since changed my dentist and getting treatment for free now! The receptionist is rude and disgraceful. She is letting down this dentist. And we can't reach the dentists as she is blocking our access. Other reviews have said the same. And I can confirm it's true. Robbers.

Negative experience: Very bad experience guys I wouldn't recommend this dental surgery, normally they do not help people age 60 plus there has been 3 patients with dentures issues where forced to use different dental surgery. There is a lady on reception making life difficult for older people in order to register them into the surgery where as other surgery registered without any issues again the overall surgery is suffering from lack of experience, energy and management. Guys only use them as your extremely last resort but avoid them as much as possible. Your response reply no your very same dental service most of your 5* star are made up any away your not capable of receiving even a star.

The various dental work I have recieved from Dr Hasan is skilled, individually tailored, pain free and fairly priced. They use the most current techniques and equipment and I highly recommend their service.

Fantastic experience: I have recently moved to this dental practice and my experience has been excellent. They were very fair about the price of my check up. It was non-NHS but once they realised I had an urgent requirement they reduced the price without me even prompting them. I thought this was a sign of honest people! I then returned for a filling and hygienist clean. On both occasions the dentist who saw me was very friendly, good humoured and informative. A safe pair of hands. The receptionist was particularly brilliant. On both occasions she was efficient, friendly and offered extensive advice and information - she is very knowledgeable. Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this dental services specifically now when is coronavirus on there website is only emergency but they booking only those who will pay them money so non emergency . They have very rude receptionist who think she gives you big favour if she offer you one slot at time when is impossible for you to attend because you taking kids to school. So in this case I will need to asked probably school to be open at different time ! No other option available of course the app she give me was in the next flew days so I will really get high on medication to survive the pain I was having. Dentist who I had was always lovely but of course you need to book first through receptionist and she’s is nightmare.

Where would I now find a new dentist? And who could possibly provide the level of service I had become accustomed to? I had walked past this practice many times while walking to Tooting. So I walked in on a Tuesday morning expecting to be given an appointment two weeks ahead. I was not registered and had an issue that needed looking at. Five minutes later I was sitting in the dentist's chair! Quite simply, an outstanding level of service and professionalism that you would never expect from an unassuming little suburban house in Streatham. I've had a number of serious dental problems over the years so finding a good dentist is very important to me Friendly, professional and very reasonably priced. If you live in Streatham and are looking for a new dentist, I strongly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dental practice for several years. The dentists are very professional and have kept me coming back. They are friendly and knowledge. They charge within the NHS pricing structure and also offer very reasonable and competitive private rates for other services. Dr H Hasan does a very good job with my teeth. She always goes the extra mile. Reception staff are friendly. I’ve never had difficulty getting a convenient appointment. I particularly like the postcard reminder I get when my check up is due! It’s very helpful to be reminded with busy schedules. The only criticism I have is that I don’t get a sticker each visit like the children do!

Negative experience: I had root canal I paid nearly £250 for it, I did ask for NHs price, she said I have to charge you private because too much paper work to do, After 2 years I went back I had an abscess in same tooth I was expecting from her at least to apologize and sort me out. She said to it’s the bacteria we always fighting against it. I can not do it myself but it’s going to cost you FROM £850, we have one dentist he comes from Oxford Once a week if you want I will book you with him..!!!. From here I did realize that they don’t have any experience. If she did clean well in first time I wouldn’t have an abscess. I went to another dentist he asked for £120. Avoid all of them they ripping you off and they learning on you.

Fantastic experience: My partner wayne visited this dentist. He saw a young female dentist who completed all the work on his teeth that was needed. She done an amazing job. The work was completed in just under 6 weeks and the cost of the treatment was very reasonable. The dentist was very professional, reliable and friendly. We have found a new dentist which we will always come back to. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a job well done for a good price

Negative experience: Very poor and unprofessional service. The woman down stairs who isn't qualified to do braces undertake initial assessment to charge £30 then refere you to other dentists who can do the job. So litterly, advising people for something she isn't capable of doing. I found her an absolute useness. Desperate for money and advice people to spend money in their practice. It's completely immoral to examine such a complicated matter without digital photography before advising. It turned out that everything she advised was totaly and utterly wrong when I admit to a proper qualified orthodentist, who knew what she was talking about. Either do it properly, or just say we are not qualified dentist to undertake the job.

No, that was not a typo and yes, I am intentionally reviewing a Dental Surgery ;-) I have been coming here for nearly 5 years now and am soon to move out of the Streatham Common area, however I shall not be changing dentists. This is a lovely family run surgery wit a pro-active approach to treating their patients. I am always greeted with a smile and when I have needed treatment have been advised on a range of care helping me choose the best 'root' for me. You can tell this surgery actually cares about it's patients as advise and education on oral care (and in my case *better* oral care) are as much part of the service as the check-up itself. I have had a range of treatments here including fillings, root canals and extractions. All of which have been carried out with the upmost professionalism and care and as a result were all far less daunting than they sound. I cannot recommend this surgery enough. This really is the 'crown' of Dental Surgeries, a shining example of how visiting the dentist should be. I have always left with a smile, all be it sometimes a numb one.
