Fantastic experience: Nice Staff, nice environment, i have had the privilege of taking my family here for the last couple of years, Dr Paul Cassidy is great, listens to the worries my son has had at a different practice in Crowborough who weren't very gentle after all! The prices are reasonable considering the cost of living today, thanks to all the staff, i'd bring the cakes in but you might get told off!

Fantastic experience: I have recently finished my Invisalign treatment with Ash and, speaking as someone who has always been a reluctant visitor to my previous dentists, the whole experience has been an an absolute pleasure. I have also had two hygienist appointments, which were excellent. The whole team are welcoming, friendly and always put you at ease. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Attended Ringmer Dental hygienist for a scale & polish. Despite this feeling like a form of medieval torture (just my opinion!) the young lady, Antonia, providing the service was friendly, polite and efficient. Highly recommended - gums and teeth felt great afterwards.

Negative experience: Just need a loose tooth extracted and an xray but they are not interested unless you become a registered patient and they give you a treatment plan,

Positive experience: Great dentistry, turned up on time, was seen on time, didn't try and flog me expensive additions to my checkup. Reception was a bit hot, could do with a fan or some other cooling method.

Negative experience: They are going private so wouldn't waste your time. It isnt worth the amount they charge. Shame they have become greedy.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say how impressed I was when visiting the practice, I received a very warm welcome from the receptionist, which helped put me at ease, as I am a nervous patient. Upon meeting the dentist he made me feel very comfortable explaining what was going to happen, after the treatment the dentist took the time to explain what to expect, and what was required in my follow up appointment, I didn’t feel rushed at all, I was able to ask questions and get the information I needed, I really cannot recommend this surgery enough.

Fantastic experience: New client, following change of Dentist during Covid-19 Really great. The team there are very friendly and efficient. My dentist took me through what was required to repair a broken tooth. He checked that I was okay throughout, and I couldn't have felt in better hands, with him and his assistant providing great care. The repair was totally successful and I've booked a check-up for 6 months time! Perfect service.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending this practice since I was a baby, through various owners the current (Ash) is by far the best. He's brought the practice into the 21st century and now runs like a Swiss watch! The staff are all very friendly & kind, the hygienist I had today (apologies I forgot her name) was excellent, as was her assistant. She made sure I was happy with the work before I left, which I was. In all a great experience today!

Fantastic experience: Following a check up with Dr Paul he confirmed what I suspected that I needed a fairly large filling. I had the treatment this week and Dr Paul did a really good job. He was very reassuring and advised me exactly what he was doing throughout the procedure, which I found comforting, and he was kind and caring. The filling feels good. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Ringmer Dental - all the staff are friendly and professional.

Positive experience: I had a very good experience when had a white filling recently. The dentist even built it up in the shape of a tooth. Very impressed.

Negative experience: Had appointment with Hygienist at 11.00am I thought it was to be 30 minutes but didn't go in until 11.09 then came out at 11.24 and not a great job. Every time I go to the Hygienist they are new person. All this for £58.!!!

Fantastic experience: I wouldn't go anywhere else. (not sure anyone would have me! ). They are incredibly patient and kind and do everything to make sure you are as comfortable as you can be. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with Dianne, dental hygienist. I felt it was a beneficial and helpful visit and feel confident in her professional and friendly manner.

Negative experience: This has to be the worst dentists that Ive been to. A mistake was made and I was left in pain, the dentists both then lied to cover up for each other and I was made to feel that I was at fault! Not a nice feeling. I also kept getting phone calls checking up on me that I would be attending my appointments - what is that about?! Isn't it enough that you get a text reminder?! Was also going to be charged a private rate by Ringmer Dental for some work that needed to be done which my new dentist informs me Im entitled to on NHS and saving me nearly £100! Will definitely be sticking with my new dentist who have treated me so nicely and corrected the mistake made here. Nb... the admin staff and dental nurses couldn't be nicer though and deserve credit where credits due.
