Fantastic experience: I had a brace fitted on the 14th of August 2014 and had it removed on the 17th of December 2015 and also got a fixed retainer to keep my teeth straight, everything was excellent. I give this Dentist 5 out of 5

Fantastic experience: My 2 visits to the dental practice last week were dealt with compassion and loving care. From walking through the door to be greeted by the receptionists, who book you in and ask you to take a seat in the waiting room. My dentist Dr Paul Nixon, is always first class with his advice and treatments. I do get nervous but once in the dentist chair I relax knowing that Dr Paul Nixon will give me his up most care. As I get older I have realised my teeth are not the best but I'm confident that Station House Dental Practice are the best. I personally would recommend anyone going to them

Negative experience: Overly greedy. Had to pay for an extra dentist's appointment in order to be allowed to see the hygienist, as it had been over a year, but I have no complaints so I'm not keen to waste over £100. Practices like these cause people in the UK to get bad teeth. I'll go elsewhere in future, like some other people in the reviews.

Negative experience: Nothing but a greedy dental practice. Wouldn't let me pay privately for a hygienist appointment as the date they given me fell on exacly a year from my last check up. The costs are so high in this climate they're just making the service inaccessible and care more about the money in their pockets. Disgusting, I'll take my money elsewhere

Dentist also had a lovely manner and all other staff were kind, polite and professional. I really couldn’t believe the stains she got out of my teeth with airflow! Amazing. Thank you!

When my friend needed a dentist I had no hesitation in recommending Station House as everyone in the practice are really friendly and caring and go out of their way to look after you. I had a tooth out last week with William Yu, safe to say I was feeling the anxiety that day ! He was really good, aswell as his assistant. She was so kind and chatty she explained how I can brush effectively and I felt as though she helped me. I’d recommend anyone with a fear of the dentist 100% the best experience ever to date.

Fantastic experience: I used this dentist for the entirity of my childhood & through to the age of approx 23 before I relocated to Oxfordshire. Although he is no longer working here, Justin was absolutely AMAZING. Following his departure I was seen by alternative dentists on site, all of which were super atentitive - I couldnt have asked for much more. You were always greeted by a big smile by the ladies on reception upon entering. After registering with a new private dentist in my new hometown (5 years ago), I realise just how good of a practice Station House is. 10/10.

Also gave genuine advice about prospective additional work in the future - rather than encouraging supplementary treatment that would have been financially more costly, a balanced independent viewpoint with the overall picture in mind. Dr Laura Gill has a patient for life in me…& I travel 250 miles (each way) for the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant reception staff. A clean and well organised surgery. Caring and committed dentists, hygienists and dental nurses. I've been a patient for over 60 years and have been with Laura for the last 12. Would highly recommend this practice.

Positive experience: As a routine patient I'm more than pleased with the practice, but as an emergency appointment recently..., I was definitely disappointed !

Negative experience: Just taken my son out of this practice, Dr Gill has no 'bedside manor' and is generally distant and unfriendly. Would of given zero stars if it was an option!

Fantastic experience: I thoight I'd cracked a tooth - very painful. Mr Bates saw me quickly, x-rayed the tooth and found no deacy or infection. He sealed the tooth and gave advice and it did settle down.

Fantastic experience: Always so well looked after at Station House Dental Practice. The reception staff are friendly and really helpful. The dentists and implant specialist are excellent in their respective fields and are always looking for the best treatment plan for me.

Fantastic experience: Can't fault Paul. In all the years I've had work done he is the only one that getting an injection isn't a pain. My last visit was over due, had 3 front repairs... Big repairs. I was told to expect tooth ache for a day or two.. Nope! Paul, cracking job much appreciate your work.

Negative experience: My daughter has spent the last four months receiving treatment at this dentist, having extractions in readyness to have a denture fitted. On receiving the new denture we were verry disappointed at the quality and fit, when we showed our disapointment we not offered a solution just a request to carry out more dental work. I had already paid in access of 1600 pounds they were requesting more monies, for further dental work, although the extractions were carried out very professionally the charge for a substandard denture of 600 pounds I feel was to much. I have now got to pay a lab to correct the shody work carried out by the dentist in question. It seems that all they are interested in is your money and not good service

Nicola is also an excellent hygienist. I actually left Station House when I moved home but returned as I preferred the service from SHDP.
